I had to double my budget when I found "the one". Mine is an Allure Couture and it was $2200. It is worth every penny! I haven't done alterations yet. I looked at Mori Lee gowns and they were around $1500.
Where do you all live?? I paid $800 for my dress in 1987. My daughter is in the process of looking and anything under $3000 looks like a rag. I'm in Chicago
Well, I have two-wearing both...but the first one cost $2000. It was a sample Watters dress so it was originally $3600. Then I got a second dress that is a Theia dress for $1200. My budget was between $2000 and $2500 because I figured finding the perfect blush dress was going to cost a lite more. (So not the traditional bride) I'm excited to wear them! I'm sure you can find something within your budget that will beautiful!!
Mine was $1600 Justin Alexander but it was the most expensive one I tried on and I loved the other ones too! You'll definitely be fine at that budget.
I spent just over $1,100 including tax. I went to a small, locally owned boutique that was offering 10% off if you booked a weekday appointment that month. Because of the fit of my dress, I won't need any special undergarments, but I am expecting to spend a few hundred dollars on alterations.
I got my Mori Lee at Anya's for $1100. Pretty inexpensive dress BUT alterations have already cost $900 at Anya's!!! And that was just one fitting. Plus $800 for veil.
Mine was $99 (David's Bridal) however I will have to have it altered so in the end it will be around a $500 dress. Its a 1K dress that was last yrs design but beautiful and everything I wanted!
Ah I'm in the same boat the one I fell in love with is $2250!!! Going to try one more place and then hopefully make a decision! Was hoping to spend $1200-$1800
Just bought my dress yesterday and was able to find a sample Mori Lee dress for $800. Maggie Sottero and BHLDN also have very affordable and gorgeous dresses.
