Our engagement will actually be 3 years. I am in law school and my fiancé understands the importance of graduating and taking the Bar is for me. He understands that I want to do that before we toe the knot. It works for us but we know that that is not the norm for many. He knew when he proposed what I wanted to achieve before the wedding and he wants to help me achieve it.
