Simply amazing! I book early and I suggest you do this. Small deposit holds your spot. Reconnected when we got closer to the date and they were awesome. Very flexible with menu items. On time with set=up and most important RAVE reviews about the food!!!!

We are so happy we went with Madeline’s Catering for our wedding. They were responsive and helpful with planning our menu. We chose to have the hand-passed hors d’oeuvres for our cocktail hour and the buffet style dinner. They took care of everything seamlessly. The staff were extremely helpful and kind the day of the wedding. We received many compliments regarding the food and service from our guests. Would definitely recommend Madeline’s Catering!

Due to the pandemic, we didn't get a chance to come in for a tasting. The food was amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything better. So many choices to chose from.

Edible Crush catered our 5/11/24 Wedding in Rochester. They were incredibly interested and helpful in customizing our menu. Their staff were top notch and Rob, in particular, was a pleasure to work with, helping us sort out some kinks along the way. The team left our place (we had the wedding at home) in immaculate condition. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and they advised us very well on certain ways to optimize cost (ie purchasing our own booze) without reservation. Thank you so much for making this day special.

My father had a backyard wedding in August of 2025. Palmer's Direct To You Market catered for us. They delivered and helped us set everything up. Chicken French and Carved Tenderloin was to die for!! The team at Palmer's has great service, and great food!!

BTU Events (aka Celebrate Events) bartended for our wedding. They provided an incredible (top shelf) bar at a fraction of the cost other catering companies were asking. They were professional, and gave our guests outstanding service. Any changes we wanted to make to our menu, they were happy to accommodate. They provided alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages (our wedding was on a very hot summer day and they totally took care of making water bottles abundantly available to everyone), 2 professionally dressed and skilled bartenders (guests said they were very competent in making cocktails), and glassware. They are licensed and insured, as well, which was a necessity for our venue Hurd Orchards.

We went with Buffalo Catering Company for our wedding reception at the botanical gardens last October, and we had an excellent experience with them! The food at our event was excellent! For the drink package, we were able to customize the drinks we serve since we wanted a focus on some craft/local breweries and they were great at accommodating. We also had several guests with food restrictions (including some challenging combinations) and not only were they amazing at accommodating these guests with alternative plates, we have been told that this food was also amazing. (I think the only thing we can say we were disappointed by is that we didn’t get to try the gluten and dairy free vegetarian curry, since multiple people told us it was amazing). We went with waited service dining and the catering staff were so wonderful and attentive not only with our guests, but also with us! We were blown away with how great they were at finding us to make sure we actually got hors d’vers, food and drinks that night, especially since without them hunting us down we definitely would not have. The catering staff also handled set up and tear down of the bar, buffet stations, tablecloths, etc. We were really happy with our choice and highly recommend Buffalo Catering Co!

Christopher’s Time Square catered my October 2010 wedding in Cathedral Hall at the Auditorium Center (Rochester, NY). He and his staff were amazing. First off, I didn't have to hire a wedding coordinator because Paul took care of everything. He set up the room (which looked fantastic), helped plan the room layout and timing of the reception, his staff was so friendly and responsive (the servers made sure that my husband and I had drinks and food all night, which I really appreciated), and the food was delicious! And I'm a bit of a foodie, if that tells you anything. Plus, the prices were really very reasonable. I would highly and wholeheartedly recommend Christopher's Time Square again and again.

Donna catered our wedding on August 10, 2019 and we are thrilled with how everything turned out! The food was excellent, we had so many complements! The price was absolutely fantastic for everything that she provided. We were overwhelmed by all the options she provided us with, and everything turned our great. We met with her multiple times, and Donna was really easy to work with. She asked about dietary restrictions for our guests and set up specific plates for guests who needed meatless and gluten free options. She even brought us an extra dish (that was a favorite of everyone!) of stuffing and turkey just because she liked working with us. That was amazing! After the wedding she packed up all the leftovers and brought them to my parents house, which we all happily ate the next day. That was so helpful and fantastic. At the end of the night she left the coffee for us and let us return all her stuff later that week! Donna was amazing to work with, we will definitely be using her again! We would recommend her to anyone!!
