The Sweet Hearth, Buffalo’s 1st dessert truck, specializes in all things sweet; cupcakes, cookies, pie – all kinds of baked goods, desserts and treats. We make everything from scratch the old fashioned way – the way Grandma baked, but instead of a retro 1950’s kitchen, they’re baked in a 1995 Chevy P30 Step Van equipped with a commercial kitchen. We handcraft our treats daily in small batches using only the finest, freshest ingredients available; sweet cream butter, hormone-free dairy, bittersweet Belgian chocolate, pure Madagascar Vanilla, fresh fruits, fruit juices and zests. We buy fresh, local produce and ingredients when seasonally available. Time, quality ingredients and love baked in to every bite - you’ll taste the difference!

We are available for Corporate and private event catering and offer an extensive assortment of handcrafted treats and other desserts.
