Edible Crush catered our 5/11/24 Wedding in Rochester. They were incredibly interested and helpful in customizing our menu. Their staff were top notch and Rob, in particular, was a pleasure to work with, helping us sort out some kinks along the way. The team left our place (we had the wedding at home) in immaculate condition. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and they advised us very well on certain ways to optimize cost (ie purchasing our own booze) without reservation. Edible Crush was one of the fastest and easiest decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process, we had talked with a lot of other caterers and they seemed great but no one was able or willing to work outside the box with us to create a custom menu until Erin entered the picture! During our introductory call she was so sweet and helpful, answering our long list of questions with ease and transparency, and wanted to get to know us as a couple! Actually I think we were about half way through that first call when I silently mouthed to my now husband, "umm, yeah... she's the one" as we both nodded in agreement lol. To us, working with Edible Crush meant versatility, reliable and recurring communication, transparency in all things, affordability and willingness to work with our budget, candid input based in experience, and of course above all truly amazing people who put their all into creating a fully customized menu of delicious foods that were laid out in the most beautiful ways! Our wedding was October 2nd and everyone is STILL talking about the food, and I'm still drooling over the thought of it alone haha! I know this review is insanely long, but a final and very important thing of note is just really emphasizing how much you get real people who truly care with Edible Crush- we spent time in the bridal suite with our party during cocktail hour and not only did they personally make sure my husband and I ate, there was regularly someone coming with trays of foods to offer all of us so no one was missing out on anything delicious, they asked if we needed anything and what they could do for us, and at the end of the night they gifted us a beautiful item from our cocktail hour display that we now have proudly displayed in our home. There is so much heart in what they do. I think the ideal catering I hoped for was something that tasted good and didn't break the bank, Edible Crush encompassed those things but went so far above and beyond any expectations we ever even thought to have that we're both still in awe (and figuring out what event we can plan next just for the food haha!). I HIGHLY recommend Edible Crush for events of any kind, you will not be disappointed!!
