D&R catered our daughter's wedding at our home September 1st. Their food was absolutely incredible and the servers were very professional and attentive. We had fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, and vegetables and dip as appetizers, family-style tossed salad and cornbread at the tables, a barbecue-themed buffet and a s'mores bar later in the evening. We are still receiving compliments on their food... everything was so fresh tasting, loved the variety of cheeses, the potato salad and broccoli salad were very flavorful, chicken was so moist, pulled pork was delicious, loved the homemade macaroni and cheese etc. Sean and Jennifer were very accommodating, flexible, and made the whole experience stress free. Sean works with a local tent company, Double L Rentals, and a linen service so we were able to order the tent, chairs, tables, linens, and napkins through him. We also stocked our own bar, but hired 2 licensed bar tenders through D&R. I would highly, highly recommend D&R Depot to cater your wedding. Sean is very knowledgeable and will give suggestions to help create the dining experience your guests will enjoy and talk about long after the wedding! The price below includes food, tent, tables, chairs, linens, and bartenders.

Sean and his team were fantastic for our wedding at Genesee Country Village and Museum. We had a selection of Finger Lakes wines at our bar, along with personally selected beer options. Our meal still gets compliments from our guests TWO YEARS later! The staff was so attentive and made sure we ate - which was so appreciated (and how I know the food was actually good). We also had a dessert bar option instead of a huge expensive cake (we only had a cutting cake and have never regretted it) and our guests have raved about the pies, and other options on the dessert bar as well.

I cannot say enough about Sean and his staff. The many options for paying for the bar also AMAZING and not found everywhere. D&R Depot will make your day STRESS FREE.

We used D&R Depot as the caterer for our wedding located at the Genesee Country Museum. Sean and Jennifer did a fantastic job organizing their staff for set up and clean up. The food was terrific! The bartender kept the drinks going and our guest had a great time. We are so pleased with the services that they provided for us!

D&R Depot was fabulous!!! They were wonderful. Had about 50 people at the lunch after the wedding - and they accomodated everyone in their restaurant. The staff was so attentive even though we were all there together at the same time. The food came out very orderly as well. Everyone that attended loved the food & location. It was a small event for us though so it was perfect for that!!

D & R Depot Restaurant is based in LeRoy and let me tell you, their food is TO DIE FOR! We were lucky enough to get a chance to sample their food before our wedding and not only do they have such a wide variety of food to choose from, it's all amazing. Sean, the owner of D&R is so absolutely incredible! He was so wonderful to work with, and so fun! We have had so many people rave about how incredible the food was. We had a buffet, and sometimes buffet's aren't as good as served plates, but this was not the case for us. The Chicken French (my favorite) was sooooooooooooooooooo good - my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Chicken can be tricky when producing large amounts for a wedding, but it was not dry whatsoever! The mashed potato bar was also a huge hit! A little unconventional, but such a great add to our menu! My husband and I are not big on cake/cupcakes, and with his entire family being Italian, we really wanted to do canoli's, italian cookies, finger desserts really. We didn't know going in to our tasting, but Sean actually does desserts too! Unfortunately we did not have time to sample, but there was really NO need! The desserts Sean and team provided for our wedding were I.N.C.R.E.D.I.B.L.E! My favorite were these chocolate covered coffee cake balls - HEAVENLY! We had almost nothing left at the dessert table by the end of the night because it was all just THAT freaking good! Because we don't like cake/cupcakes - we really wanted to cut a Canoli! Sean was so excited at this idea he said let me take care of it - it's going to be great. And it was! It was literally the BIGGEST canoli I have ever seen in my entire life and after we cut it - it almost turned into a canoli dip that our guests could enjoy with canoli crust cookies! It was incredible! SEAN IS ALSO A LIFE SAVER! I forgot table numbers and THANK GOD FOR SEAN, because he printed some off for me on the spot, day of the wedding, and it worked out perfectly! Also - his staff - was INCREDIBLE! So

The Depot made it very easy to pick which foods to have at our wedding. They were very flexible and accommodating for food choices and sensitivities. I had nothing but compliments about my whole menu.

D&R Depot catered our wedding at the Genesee Country Museum. Though we played email/phone tag for a while, ultimately when we connected Sean and his staff were great to work with. They were even able to accommodate our request for pies instead of cake at the wedding, and they were a HUGE hit- not a single slice left (much to my dismay!). The food was very good, and the wait staff were fantastic. Sean was also very good about helping throughout the planning process and could not have been more accommodating or flexible.

They also allowed us to select several wines and beers to provide at the function, which was great because a lot of my guests enjoy craft beers that aren't typically on standard wedding catering menus.

I cannot say enough good things about the D&R Depot. They were fantastic. The food was affordable, and delicious. They really took care of us! They were there early in the morning and helped set up some of the decorations! During the reception, they also made sure my husband and I had a chance to eat and drink. We hired them for the rehearsal dinner and brunch the next day, and they were just wonderful to work with the whole weekend. They also have an associated tent rental company we went through, and I highly recommend working with them! They are a great team.
