Our experience with Maureen and her team at the Atrium @ Rich’s was absolutely wonderful. Maureen was incredibly responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met every step of the way. The staff was professional, attentive, and quick to problem-solve when an issue arose — truly saving the day.
The venue itself is beautiful, the service and food were excellent, and the entire team was accommodating and flexible. They graciously made space for our organization to deliver 51 baskets the day before the event, which was a huge help in our setup process.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend hosting an event at the Atrium @ Rich’s and would definitely do so again in the future. Andrea Cammarata
