We hosted the Journey's End Refugee Services 40th anniversary celebration at the Atrium @ Rich's for 340 guests.
Our experience with Maureen and her team at the Atrium @ Rich’s was absolutely wonderful. Maureen was incredibly responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met every step of the way. The staff was professional, attentive, and quick to problem-solve when an issue arose — truly saving the day.
The venue itself is beautiful, the service and food were excellent, and the entire team was accommodating and flexible. They graciously made space for our organization to deliver 51 baskets the day before the event, which was a huge help in our setup process.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend hosting an event at the Atrium @ Rich’s and would definitely do so again in the future. Andrea Cammarata -

We recently had the pleasure of having our wedding at Rich’s and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. I worked with Maureen the event coordinator and she was awesome. She always answered my questions in a timely matter and always made sure we were happy.
The venue itself is stunning. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the ambiance was magical. It truly felt like a dream come true. We brought in our own decorations and the venue staff placed it in the exact places I wanted it and it all looked perfect.
The food was out of this world. We opted for a plated dinner. Usually wedding food gets bad reviews but out guests were raving about the food. The chef and catering staff clearly take great pride in their work.
The service was top-notch. The team at Rich’s went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The staff was attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire event, making us feel like VIPs. We had multiple people from the staff come us to me and my husband and made sure we had a drink in our hand. They even packed away all our our decor and stuff we had left behind in the bridal suite and had it ready for us to the next day.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. If you’re looking for a venue that offers exceptional food, amazing service, and a truly beautiful setting, look no further than Rich’s . It was the perfect place for our special day! We have been getting non - stop texts and calls about how amazing our wedding was. -

Just Spectacular!
We had our wedding at Rich's Atrium on 10.19.24. We were so amazed by the service that we receieved. From the beginning, Maureen was so kind, responsive, and geniunely seemed like she wanted us to book with her (You do not always feel that way on tours). It was an easy decision to pick the Atrium. Leading up to the wedding, we felt confident with her and had little stress since everything was always covered. Day of, Maureen, Therese, and their whole staff were extremely professional and courteous. I did not have less than half a drink in my hand the whole evening. They were constantly checking on us and making sure we were good. The food was fantastic. I am in the industry, so I am a bit picky when it comes to event food and it was delicious. We got a lot of compliments on the food and venue throughout the evening. I had some guests come and say that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. This is a testimate to Maureen and her amazing team. -

Rich's is the absolute best!! It is hard to compare to anywhere else, we knew it was our venue from our first visit! It is hard to put how impressed we were into words!
From the very beginning Maureen and her staff were so welcoming and were so easy to communicate with! Our first venue meeting was supposed to happen in the winter, but when a blizzard hit Buffalo, Maureen was comforting and quickly worked with us to reschedule a time that worked for everyone! Once the weather cleared up, we got a tour and met with Maureen. She spent hours with us as we asked questions and looked through photos of different ideas of how the space could look and different options they provide! Rich's has everything on site! An incredible caterer- we heard from everyone how great the food was days later, a wonderful bakery, beautiful centerpieces, table settings and linens, a safe and secure wedding party space/bridal and groom suites--options to keep them together or two separate spaces if you choose to do a ceremony there! They have a ceremony space too!! They have a safe and secure parking lot that is easy to get into, and a secure room to keep all of your personalized items safe before and after your big day. They have it ALL! Not only do they have it all there, the staffing is unmatched! The entire night they handled everything! We were so relaxed and could have so much fun! We were never asked anything besides "Can I get you anything? or "Is there anything you need?". They know exactly how to do things, when to do things, and what to do during any moment! Rich's also provided a local hotel liaison to help coordinate any room blocks or hotel stays for the weekend! The amount of support and professionalism shown by Rich's staff is incredible. They truly made the whole process seamless!
Maureen worked with us through the whole process, she answered our late night emails from 2 years out to 2 days out with a kind, comforting and professional tone. She had excellent recommendations for other vendors. She was truly wonderful and exceeded all expectations! We could not have been more grateful that she was with us on our special day!
The food, the space, the ambiance, Rich's is phenomenal! We had the most PERFECT day all because of Rich's incredible staff and venue! We would choose Rich's again and again and again!! -

Outstanding! So helpful!
Rich’s catering went above and beyond making our wedding day perfect. They were there with us every step of the way and were always quick to answer any questions we had. They were attentive all night to not only us but our guest and the staff were the kindest people we’ve ever met. I would recommend having your wedding here without a doubt. We worked with Maureen but all of the staff and catering managers are wonderful. The food was amazing and even a week after the wedding our guest are still reaching out about how fantastic everything was. If we could do it all again we wouldn’t change a thing! -

The place is absolutely gorgeous but what made it worth its money was the team! Maureen and Therese were so wonderful from the planning to the day of the wedding. They went above and beyond for us even creating a custom dinner packages. They set up our decorations and the hall exactly the way we wanted and everyone loved the food. -

My husband and I chose Rich’s for our wedding this past June. We had such an amazing experience since day 1. Jennifer is such a treat to work with. She took care of EVERYTHING for me. The whole catering planning process was so smooth thanks to her. The food and service were truly amazing from all of Rich’s staff, from beginning to end. Once again big shout out to Jen, now a forever friend. We couldn’t have made it through the day without her, she went above and beyond for us. -

We LOVE Rich’s!!
We decided on Rich’s based off of another wedding we had gone to, we loved everything about it: the decor, the spacious building, the bridal suite, the convenience of everything being so close. We met Maureen and were sure that we needed to get married there! The entire process was seamless. Maureen was amazing with quick communication, professional recommendations, and doing what she could to make our day special! It rained on our day so every envision and plan I had was changed for the pre-wedding process, but Maureen was so helpful and made it so that although our plans changed, it was just as special and beautiful! From beginning to end, everything was wonderful. I would recommend Rich’s to anyone and everyone! -

I don't even know where to begin because our wedding and reception at the Atrium @ Rich's was the most incredible and flawless experience. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception this past Saturday, 12/9, and even almost a week later we have people calling us about how beautiful the wedding was, how gorgeous the reception was, how delicious the food and drinks were, how much fun they had, etc. Working with Maureen throughout the planning process makes you feel so comfortable-she knows what she is doing!!-and we just knew our wedding would turn out to be perfect. And it really really was. Anytime I had questions for Maureen, she and her team would respond right away, they were incredibly easy to work with! We just cannot thank Maureen and her entire team enough for all that they did for us, and if we could give a million stars we would. We will be recommending the Atrium @ Rich's to anyone looking for a wedding and/or reception venue over and over again. -

Maureen and her team made the night so magical for us! She had did everything we requested and even added a surprise for us during the cake presentation! Our night was so perfect and we couldn’t have asked for it to go any better! The venue was stunning! All the food was amazing and the drinks were great! The attention to detail made the night so much more special! Maureen and her team made sure we had everything we asked for and kept checking in on us throughout the night! There are a lot of decisions that go into a wedding, but selecting Rich’s as our venue was hands down one of the easiest! From the initial viewing of the venue, to picking up our items after the wedding, and everything in between, the communication was fantastic. Maureen and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with and did all they could to make our day everything we wished for and more! All of our guests raved about the beautiful space, the amazing food, and delicious seasonal cocktails. If we had to do it all over again, Rich’s would be our number one choice again! -

Just amazing
I cannot say enough good things about Rich's Atrium. We had my daughter's wedding there 6/2/23 and it was flawless. Maureen and Katie and the entire staff did an incredible job. The room was beautiful and the food was just amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique venue. -

We could not be happier that we chose Rich's Atrium as our venue for our wedding reception! They transform the Atrium into gorgeous, elegant venue space. Maureen and her entire staff did an AMAZING job. The staff takes care of everything, from set up to tear down. There was not a detail that was missed and the service was impeccable. Maureen was wonderful to work with, was very attentive, and helped with every step along the way. The night of the wedding, both Maureen and Katie were there to make sure the night went perfectly. We had multiple guests comment on how delicious the food was, as well as ask us where the cake was from (we got our cake through Rich's bakery - Frost Artisan Bakery). We had indoor fireworks during our first dance which really added a "wow" factor! We cannot recommend Rich's enough - they truly are the best in class! -

Absolutely amazing!
Our wedding was 12.3.22, if you have ever been to Rich’s you know just how stunning the reception space is. It was even more breathtaking around Christmas time! Maureen was so helpful from the very beginning of the planning process! Rich’s went above our expectations on everything! The food was amazing, the signature cocktails were delicious and the entire staff was incredible! Our package included a cake from cookie bakery. Jasmine was great to work with! She did an awesome job on our cake and it was absolutely everything we wanted and more. It looked beautiful and tasted soo good! We still get compliments from guest on how gorgeous and fun our wedding was. We would recommend Rich’s to anyone planning a wedding! -

A Wedding Winter Wonderland
It was an unforgettable December evening, with a winter wonderland outside and a magical winter wonderland theme inside set by specialty lighting, so many beautiful lit Christmas trees, and the floor to ceiling fireplace setting the ambiance which wowed our guests from the moment they walked into Rich's Atrium. The specialty signature drinks, hors d'oeuvres and late night chicken finger subs were just some of the added items raved about. The service, food, and cocktails were amazing - Maureen and her staff went above and beyond! So many guests commented it was the nicest wedding they had ever been to. We would recommend Rich's Atrium hands down! -

You will not be disappointed!
My husband and I got married June 2022 at Rich's Atrium. We had a large wedding of approximately 250 people. I am BEYOND pleased with everything Rich's had to offer. The venue was gorgeous; staff even sets up centerpieces, etc which is one less thing we had to worry about the day of or before. The service is impeccable. Maureen and Katie made thing everything was in order and ran smoothly. Staff even serves your drinks so you can socialize with guests and enjoy your night. Multiple guests raved about the food and said it was the best they've ever had. Everything from appetizers, entrees, and desert was delicious. We were even able to take meals to go for guests that did not attend but RSVPd. If you're thinking of using one of Rich's venues, do it; they will not disappoint!! -

Everything was absolutely perfect about our wedding day. Everyone we worked with was amazing and helpful. They fixed anything that came about and we’re extremely organized. Not a single thing went wrong and they were there to guide me and my husband through the whole day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! On top of all of that, our guests still talk about the food and the late night chicken finger sub stations. It was seriously the most magical day ♥️ -

Best decision ever!
Rich’s Catering & Special Events was everything I could have ever dreamed of and more! We started planning pre-covid and we instantly knew this venue was for us. Every single staff member along the way was absolutely phenomenal to work with, kind, attentive and easy to contact at any point. Prior to the wedding they made planning easy and I did not have to do much work at all. (I literally only brought centerpieces and 3 signs to the venue; everything else was there). Rich’s does everything for you, making the wedding planning process and wedding day stress-less and as simple as possible. The event space is massive and beyond breathtaking. We had a wedding coordinator through Rich’s that made sure everything from start to finish was flawless and perfect in every possible way. From the bridal suite, hors d’oeuvres (I literally talk about the mini tacos to everyone), slide show, cocktail hour, entrance sparklers, dinner food, cake, donut wall, bar service, etc… Everything was picture perfect and just an absolutely incredible experience. The attention to detail at Rich’s is incomparable to anywhere else. I could go on and on about Rich’s and I recommend this venue to EVERYONE! We are so happy with our decision and wouldn’t change anything from our special day at all. -

Our wedding was absolutely amazing!!! We live in Florida so I was so nervous planning a wedding from so far away. Rich’s made it a breeze!!! They really were amazing and so accommodating. A couple weeks before our wedding we had to make a request for a special meal due to health issues with a grandparent and Maureen was so helpful and made sure we were able to figure something out. It was the little things like this that really made such a huge difference. We received so many messages from guests saying how amazing the wedding was and how much fun they had. And the food, it was AMAZING!! We both come from families with a lot of good cooks and everyone loved the food so that is saying a lot -

Rich’s atrium wedding
This venue is AMAZING! Not only was my husband and I treated like gold but all of our wedding guests were as well!
Maureen assisted me with my wedding planning and she was so easy going and informative with every concern I had! Answered my emails quickly, called to respond to my questions over email & walked me through wedding planning.
The food was AMAZING!
We had the fireworks and fog during our first dance which was a great add on during our dance! (Do not have the professional photos yet only ones off iPhone)
As the night went on and the sun started to set the dim lights went on making the night just that more romantic!
We decided to have the ceiling draping and the firefly lights hanging and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
I wish I could relive our wedding at Rich’s every week! I can’t say enough great things about Rich’s, & Maureen!

Unforgettable
We can't thank Steve and his team enough for everything they did for us! Everything was absolutely perfect!! The food was amazing, the Christmas decor was magical, and the overall experience is simply unforgettable!! Heather at Cookie made us a cake that was not only delicious, but it looked identical to the picture we gave her!! We received SO many compliments from our guests about everything from the food and drinks to the ambience! After looking at multiple places online, I just kept finding my way back to Rich's. If you're in doubt about your venue, you should really sit down with them to see what they have to offer, you won't regret it! We're beyond happy with the way everything turned out, and still kinda in shock that it was actually our wedding!! -

Our Wedding Day 08.14.21
We had the absolute time of our lives. Our wedding will be a time that will be talked about for a lifetime because of all the work Rich’s put in to make our day special. Our wedding coordinator Steve helped every step of the way and he ensured our night turned out perfect. Steve you are truly talented. He made sure every last detail was perfect and helped to keep all the time lines on track. The guest raved about the food and even our vegetarian guests couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. If you are looking for the perfect place to have your wedding it is here, the space is large with high ceilings and a beautiful fire place. We cannot say enough good things about the venue, the staff, the food and the drinks. There were so many options to choose from too. Thank you Rich’s for allowing us to enjoy our wedding day carefree and making us and our guest so happy. We are forever grateful.

10/10 would recommend
We are forever grateful we chose Rich's Atrium as our wedding venue (both ceremony & reception). Steven, our wedding coordinator, truly went above and beyond to make our day was absolutely perfect. The entire staff was extremely professional and very attentive to all of the little details. Everything was taken care of - it is clear they have perfected how to run an event!
The special accommodations made for my husband and I made us feel extremely special and helped us enjoy our night! Our guests have been raving about the food and how beautiful the venue was.
We could not have been happier with our wedding at Rich's! -

Best wedding ever
We had our wedding at the Atrium on 12.11.21 and we could not have dreamed of a better venue. Steve and his team were amazing, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect day. All of our guests have complimented the food and drinks, the decor and the ambiance. One guest said it felt like a “winter wonderland”. Another said he has been to many weddings in big cities like Chicago and NYC and this was better than all of those. I would recommend this venue to everyone. -

Rich's Catering was amazing! Seriously, truly wonderful! Steven and his team helped walk us though what we had envisioned from day one and were so accommodating to any changes we had thought of at any time. They made the venue look absolutely gorgeous on the special day , the food was delicious and the staff were attentive and on the quick if we needed anything at all. We didn’t really have an idea of what our dream wedding would look like, but working with Maureen really brought it into focus. Her professionalism and efficiency was amazing. She was fully attentive to all of our needs, put us at ease with any COVID concerns and was by our side during the night to switch gears and make the night flow beautifully.
Our ceremony and reception took place at Rapids Theater. Rich’s was fantastic in breaking down the ceremony set-up and made a smooth transition into the cocktail and dinner portion of the evening.
We were blown away by the food! Weeks after the wedding our guests are still raving about it. Additionally, the service was impeccable. Of course, we were served first, but looking around shortly after receiving our food we were amazed to see all 85 of our guests had a hot plate of food in front of them too! The servers were very attentive and all of our guests were accommodated throughout the night.
If you're looking for a catering company for your wedding, Rich’s is by far the best. Your dream wedding is assured to become a reality!

Absolutely amazing
I am still in awe on how amazing our special day was. From the day we started planning, Steven has been a tremendous help from keeping us informed through all the COVID protocols to helping us stay positive planning a wedding through a pandemic to even helping fix a minor dress tear. We are so glad we selected Rich's as our venue. The service, food, organization, and overall experience was everything we could have hoped for and then some. Though I had attended events catered by Rich's in the past, the level of service, care, and attention to detail for our wedding day really exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for that. Steve was absolutely wonderful through-out the entire planning process. He not only helped us navigate through 3 postponements, but was responsive and accommodating to all of my VERY specific and detailed requests and over-the-top décor coordination and logistics from booking to execution and timeline the day of, and even beyond for pick up. He literally did everything from finding me rentals to bustling my gown- there is nothing he wasn't willing to do to help. The entire team is so professional and organized, they are simply the leader in the industry when it comes to both the Atrium and catering elsewhere. Whether you are having a large or small wedding, need off-site catering, or using one of their other locations there is simply no comparison to their level of service, quality of food, attention to detail and overall experience. -

We threw a wedding welcome party at the Frank Lloyd Wright Darwin Martin house.This September. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed, the event space was well organized the staff was impeccable. Our event planner, Maureen Latone, was such a pleasure to work with. She was flexible, creative and so responsive! Would highly recommend! -

Amazing!
Brides! If you want the BEST wedding experience ever, with outstanding service, Rich’s is the place to have it! My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at the Atrium @ Rich’s and I can’t compliment them enough on how good they did with everything. Steven the director of events, is hands down the reason your wedding day will be FLAWLESS and totally stress free. The attention to detail he has to make sure you have the best night of your lives is unmatched. They have so many different add-on’s you can choose to make your wedding personalized to you and what you want! The food was amazing and I am still getting compliments on it a month later! The big hits that I keep hearing about were the Buffalo Baked Brie, Crab and Shrimp poppers and the steak! A couple reasons why we picked the Atrium @ Rich’s were 1. Only one wedding is able to be booked there a night, which was huge for me. Other venues there could be 3 weddings going on so I liked that it’s one big area just for your wedding. 2. The reception and ceremony were in their own areas. We got married on one half of the fireplace and the reception was on the other, having that separation was huge for me. 3. They have a huge TV in the ceremony area where we were able to make a slideshow of the two of us for our guests to watch while waiting for the ceremony (my husband envisioned this before we looked for wedding venues so when I saw Rich’s had that capability I was sold!!) With all that said, our wedding day was perfect thanks to Steven and the whole Rich’s staff. I wish we could replay the day over and over again! -

Our reception at Rich’s was perfect! From booking in 2019 for January 2021 to postponing to August, we loved the flexibility and transparency regarding having to push back our wedding as well as how fast any questions during planning we had were answered. The day of the reception we felt incredibly taken care of, anything we needed or wanted Steven was there for us. He even made sure my headpiece stayed in place by adding some extra bobby pins and double checked my bustle was done properly! Everybody has told me how much they loved their meals and how much they loved the space and how perfectly it was decorated! One of the things that I really appreciated was my meal, I’m dairy free and typically have to have something mediocre at events, but my meal here was delicious! We can’t recommend Rich’s enough. We could not be happier with how amazing everything looked, went, and tasted! -

Rich Catering and Jennifer were such a wonderful addition to our wedding. When we first booked with them in Jan. 2020 it was pre covid and throughout the pandemic and process they were willing to help us change venues, size and were so helpful to accommodate each change and variation. On top of their flexibility and willingness to help the food was out of this world! We also got a package that included a wedding cake and wow that was also amazing. Cannot stress enough how much we would recommend them. -

Exceeded expectations!
Amazing from start to end! Professional, courteous and caring staff. The dinner was delicious and beautifully served. Event captain Erin was present all evening for anything we may have needed. Steven was with us every step of the way from planning, to wedding day! He was so quick to reply to a call or email. The compliments from friends and family keep coming in- everyone was wowed with the experience at Rich’s Atrium. This is the absolute best wedding venue in Buffalo! -

If you are looking for your dream wedding venue or venue for any event, look no further! This review comes from a couple that never actually got to celebrate with Rich's due to COVID-19. I fell in love with The Atrium the moment I walked through the door, but I'd be lying if I said that alone was it. The topper on the cake was Steve, his honesty, his charisma, his commitment and attention to detail, everything he brings to his role and this time in a couple's life. Words cannot begin to express how grateful we are for all of the support he provided to us throughout our planning process and the difficult decisions we had to make over the course of two years. This level of customer service is unmatched anywhere else. As I sat by and read horror story after horror story for COVID brides, I sat confidently knowing I had made the right choice. Steve answered countless calls and emails, worked with us to reschedule and recommended vendors when others fell through and was just as heartbroken as we were when the reality sunk in. With Rich's you're not just getting a gorgeous venue and delicious food, you're getting a partner-- a company that is as invested in this being the best day for you as you are. They are by your side every step of the way. With Rich's, it's personal. Seeing how they showed up for us in unexpected ways, we can say with confidence that Steve and his team would have delivered on their promises and gone above and beyond. It is evident how much they love what they do. Wedding/ event planning should be fun and stress free and with Rich's it can be! -

The Best Decision for venue
Where do we begin.. our daughter’s wedding was 10/12/19. Steve and Taylor went above and beyond to make this day the best ! Unfortunately, my husband had a medical event at the beginning of the reception and was not able to be part of this. Taylor and the Rich’s team handled this unfortunate circumstance with such calmness, professionalism and were beyond comforting to our family and guests.. and made sure the evening was the best for our daughter and family. We then planned a surprise mini wedding redo for our daughter and father of the bride so they could have the time as father/daughter and an opportunity to enjoy the reception together with our family and friends. At first, it was a difficult decision whether to do this at Rich’s due to the tragic event that night, but when I met with Steve and he mentioned the idea of trying to make this all appear seamless, we decided to have this at Rich’s. There are no words to describe this event last evening.. from the surprise, Steve and Taylor greeting us at the door, everything from lights, backdrops, food, bartenders, servers, etc... it could not have been more perfect. This venue is amazing and Steve and Taylor made a difficult situation the best it could be. We now have closure and our family and friends were there to share in the special moments... life long memories of an amazing experience put together by these wonderful people!! In addition Whirlin Disc went above and beyond who reached out to us as they wanted to do something special as they were there the night of the wedding. The owner reached out to my son in law and offered to do the redo for us.

Perfect Wedding
We were guests at Rich’s for a Wedding a few years back and loved the venue, so when it came time to pick our own they were already high on our list of options. After going through it for our own Wedding it blew us away even more. They take care of everything for you down to the last detail and really make sure your Wedding is truly the best day of your life. Between Steve and Taylor they took care of everything and made the night absolutely perfect. The value your get with such a great venue is second to none in the Buffalo area. If you are considering Rich’s I would tell you to lock them down before it’s too late, you will not regret it!! -

My experience is probably a bit difference than most. Initially when I reached out to Rich's catering online, I was told I was out of their zone for an offsite wedding, being 55 miles south of Buffalo. But, Steve Guagliardi (director of catering) being the professional he is, called me the next day. He wanted to ask me a few questions regarding my upcoming wedding before he checked me off the list. I pleaded with him and told him after doing hours of research on local caterers, i don't have a plan B. Rich's catering is the only caterer that I believe is capable of executing what i desire on my wedding day. Steve told me he would take my information to his team and see if they are willing to make an exception to do my wedding. You see, not only was i asking them to go outside of their zone, but, I was asking them to do this all in less than 5 weeks due to my father's recent terminal diagnosis. Steve called me back within 2 days and told me he spoke to his team and they are all on board to make this happen. I cried. Steve sprung into action and started writing down all of my wishes. At this time he brought in Jennifer Fischer. Together they took on all of my EXTREMELY detailed requests. Their cake baker changed their raspberry filling to my liking, they learned how how to serve a 82 pound parmesan wheel to my guests, they graciously gathered truffles, specific seasonings and a slew of wood platters all the while scheduling the fireworks, shuttle buses, tents and bathrooms. They didn't miss a mark. My guests said the food was the best they ever had. They nailed it because they cared. That's what sets them apart from everyone else. I am forever grateful. Steve and Jen, thank you for being the best. I wish for every bride to have the experience i did. Thank you kindly, Kayme and Henry. -

We got married on August 3rd, 2019 at Shea's Performing Arts Theater. It was absolutely magical. Jennifer was in charge of our event through Rich's and she was wonderful. She communicated with the venue seamlessly and made the entire experience easy and beautiful. It felt like everyone really cared about how my husband and I were feeling. It meant so much to us. Our wedding at Rich’s was beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect from the food to the beautiful venue itself. We began our wedding planning a year and a half before our actual day. Maureen was our point of contact and she handled every request, email and change with upmost professionalism. Our numbers kept changing and she was right there to recalculate our budget and make sure that everything we wanted (and then some) would work. I never once worried that our vision for our special day would be compromised. Upon walking into our venue it hit me that our vision was brought to life exactly how we had envisioned and every detail, down to the scented candles was executed to perfection. The food (we did an extended cocktail hour) which consisted of 5 passed hour's devours and 3 fixed food stations were a HUGE hit. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the Mac and Cheese and Mashed Potato Stations that we selected. We included a S'mores Station as well, which just added to the interactive wedding we had planned. We chose to have a more casual reception with Leather Sofas for seating and Cabaret tables spread around the room. It really brought the lounge/club feel we were going for to life in an epic way! From start to finish Rich's nailed every aspect of our wedding, better then I could have imagined. I highly recommend them to cater any event you may have in mind. They can literally do anything and if you can get Maureen to be your point of contact, you will certainly be in for an event beyond your imagination. We had the most wonderful experience with the Atrium at Rich's for our daughter's wedding! She is out of the country and Steve, our coordinator at Rich's was extremely on point, organized with lots of suggestions, communicated as often as we requested - which was very often and very detailed - by e-mail, telephone, and at our meetings. We requested many extras and incorporated many personal situational experiences into the reception and Steve incorporated them all with no problem! He fit everything into the timeline, and there was quite alot to fit in. The Atrium was transformed into an Art Gallery, Ballroom, and a Cocktail Area with Video; a true Wedding Gala! The fireplace is beautiful. The ambiance was even better than we expected and the food was great! They also accommodated our request for a special menu. The sparkler send off was handled expertly by Melissa and Taylor. Everyone has been raving about the evening and we continue to receive fantastic accolades. I did not think we could achieve perfection, but that is exactly what all of our guests have stated! Our daughter and new son-in-law were so very happy! We need to say thank you here to Steve for putting up with us for close to a year. He was fantastic. Ask for Steve! We know you will love your reception here as well! -

Best Wedding Ever!
We had our wedding on July 5th, 2019 with Rich’s Catering at the Rapids Theater in Niagara Falls and it was perfect beyond belief!! Maureen and Erin from Rich’s catering were the BEST! They were organized, professional, personable and kind. Maureen made the whole wedding planning process a breeze. Thanks to her, I was not stress or nervous once throughout the entire process! The entire serving staff from Rich’s was professional, efficient and nice. The food from Rich’s was AMAZING! We had a sit down dinner and ALL 130 meals were hot, flavorful and delicious! You will NOT leave a Rich’s Catering wedding hungry! From the appetizers, to the main course, to the desserts, there were so many delicious options and choices! All 130 wedding guests are STILL talking about the food, staff and venue!! From the moment we met with Steve G. at Rich's, we knew we were in good hands.
He has been nothing but professional and thorough. Rich's food, service, attention to detail was the best! Not only were my husband and I in awe but so were ALL of our guests and especially the bride and groom. The food was topnotch from the passed appetizers, to the cheese display to the white glove service at dinner, dessert and then the fabulous late night food (pizza/wings and pretzels with cheese). Not only is Steve a great wedding event planner but he is also a great ice scupturer! We could not have asked for a better wedding day for our daughter. We highly recommend Rich's!!!! -

Absolutely Amazing Experience!
Our wedding of 260 people at The Atrium at Rich's was absolutely perfect in every way! The level of ease, professionalism, and quality could not have been any better since the very first day we met with Steve and the Rich's team. The wedding planning process was simple, and the Rich's team was able to cater to every single request that we had. The food was incredible, and the service was top notch. Everything was perfect, from the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and drinks, to the main course meals. We received a ton of compliments from family and friends about the delicious food! The reception space was plenty big enough to accommodate our large wedding, but still had the intimate feel of a smaller wedding. Not to mention the place looked absolutely gorgeous; you can customize the space as much or as little as you want (the team there also had great recommendations to make everything easy). All-in-all we could not have asked for a better outcome with our wedding. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a perfect wedding experience! We had our wedding on 9/8/18 at Rich’s atrium. It was everything we ever hoped for and more. Rich’s atrium was a perfect space for all our friends and family. The venue was absolutely breath taking. From the drapery on the ceiling, to the twinkle lights in the trees and the color of the lighting. We mostly worked with Steve, who was so professional and helpful during the whole process. He made sure everything ran smoothly. When it was time to bustle my dress and no one could figure it out, Steve did that for us. After cake cutting he checked to make sure we didn’t have cake on our faces. He was perfect as our day of coordinator.
I feel that a good wedding is all about the timing. If dinner drags on too long people lose their interest. The timing of our wedding was perfect, you can tell the team at Rich’s we’re total professionals because everything moved quickly. The food was the best food at a wedding I have ever tasted. The hand passed appetizers and presentation of the dinner was above and beyond.
Overall, we could not be happier with our experience with Steve and everyone at Rich’s. We would recommend this place, and we do to everyone we know planning a wedding! Thank you for everything! -

From planning and set up, to sewing my broken bustle during cocktail hour at our reception; Steve’s care and attention to detail was incredible! My husband and I moved from the area a few years before we got engaged, but logistics were never an issue from 300 miles away - Steve worked with us and my parents through planning to execution to make appointments work for all of our schedules. Our entire experience at Rich's was amazing. From the first time we met with them, they made us feel like we were their number one priority. Throughout planning the wedding, any question we had was answered promptly by staff. Steve was extremely helpful with everything; he is a wedding planning guru! Our guests commented throughout the night and in the days following the wedding about how attentive the staff were to them and how special everyone felt. My husband and I invited over 400 guests to our wedding and therefore were looking at many large venues in Buffalo. We were absolutely blown away by Rich's Atrium remodel! On top of the beautiful and spacious facility, the staff at Rich's made planning a 400 person wedding easy! They were extremely accommodating, professional, and organized. Steve G emailed us back at any time of the day or night with any questions we had. Our guests raved about the delicious food, attentive service, and beautiful space Rich's provided as well.
