Amanda was great throughout the entire process. She really made our vision a reality. We couldn't have asked for a better planner.
My goal was to not have to worry about anything day of and she did just that. Truly a perfect event! -

Dream wedding
Amanda went above and beyond to make our wedding day a dream come true! She is extremely organized and made sure all of my vendors worked together to make it the best day. We had several meetings prior to the wedding and she made a very detailed timeline of wedding day. She is amazing at what she does and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. My wedding day was the most perfect day all because of her! -

Amanda with Save A. Date Events helped bring our dream wedding to reality! Amanda has always been a friend but has now become a part of our little family. Everything was true perfection on our wedding day - even when my wedding dress ripped during our reception and Amanda swooped in to pin it back together! Amanda was very helpful and proffessional throughout the wedding planning process and was able to connect us to many different vendors who were eager to help and work with us due to Amanda's stellar reputation amongst all. I would recommend Amanda and the Save A. Date team a million times over to have the perfect once and a lifetime wedding experience! -

Amanda is a Class Act! Her communication is impeccable, she remains budget conscious throughout the process & treats every detail as though it is her OWN wedding. Hiring Amanda was single-handedly the best decision we made when we got engaged, from finding our venue to executing our wedding in a tropical rain storm, Amanda stays calm and patient in the most unpredictable scenarios. Her willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched. She is hardworking and timely to say the least, but manages to always have a smile on her face, which makes the most stressful parts of the planning process so much more pleasant.
She is a true listener and executor, she will deliver your vision- whatever it is. She is the absolute best planner & we can’t thank her enough for giving us the planning process of our dreams & the wedding we always wanted & will never forget. I have to say - we miss not having Amanda in our everyday life since the wedding is over ! She is the planner and person you will miss most when it’s all said and done. A Perfect Gender Reveal
Save A Date Events planned and coordinated my gender reveal and wow did she hit it out of the park! Each little detail was thought out from florals to food, balloons to marquee letters; even special accents to celebrate baby’s gender once it was announced. As someone who likes to have control, I was confident in Amanda’s ability to bring my vision to life which allowed me to sit back and relax on the day of the event. We would highly recommend Save A Date and would certainly use Amanda’s team again for future events! -

Amanda did an amazing job for our wedding! About 2 months before the wedding we met with her to make a complete timeline for the day of. She was very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions on little things that we were confused about, like who dances first, when to introduce the bride and groom, the order for walking down the isle for the ceremony- all the tiny details that you don’t think about until the last minute! We also met with her again for the rehearsal at the venue the night before our wedding. She was great with sending these timelines to our other vendors as well to take some of the load off of me.
Our wedding was very unique because my mom made all the flower arrangements herself, so it was a lot of set up that needed to be done beforehand. Amanda agreed to do ALL of this set up for us which was AMAZING! We had centerpieces, 2 welcome displays, flower swags for the end ceremony chairs, a long-vined flower arrangement for the ceremony balcony, and other random displays throughout the house (our wedding was at Casa Feliz). And it all looked PERFECT; just the way I expected!! During the ceremony and wedding Amanda was right on schedule with making sure that the ceremony started at 6pm and that everything else to follow ran smoothly. We ran a bit behind with makeup during the day (no fault to her), so she coordinated with the venue and catering team to push back dinner by 30 minutes in order to get our couple photos in. She also supported us the bustle for my dress (which is no easy task). Our wedding party and family loved her and told us afterwards that she always there to answer questions and very attentive. My mom was also beyond appreciative for her support and how quickly she got all of our displays broken down and packed into the car! Overall, I can’t believe how calm Amanda is! She always has a smile on her face and makes everything look easy. You will be beyond lucky to have her! You can tell she loves her business and truly cares about her clients. I couldn’t have been happier about my wedding and literally have no complaints!!

Amanda had our vision in her eyes the moment we talked the first time. She has great communication style, and has an amazing attention to detail. I appreciated when she supported us when we said we wanted to change/remove some traditional things from the wedding, but she was very polite and respectful when explaining why certain things should remain traditional for a good reason. I trusted Amanda with my vision, and everything was better than we could have imagined on the night of our wedding. It wasn't flawless, as that is unrealistic, but she did everything she could to keep the evening moving smoothly and on schedule. I did not have to worry about anything else those last 30 days except for my family dynamics. I would recommend her to all my friends! -

I cannot say enough good things about Amanda!! I had a backyard wedding (5acres and 200 people) and with any wedding that size there are a lot of moving pieces especially when it’s a private residence that isn’t equipped for weddings!! Anything and everything that could go wrong ...went wrong (weather/vendors/setup) she handled it like a champ! She was so calm, collected, and always had a smile on her face when I saw her throughout the day! She jumped in head first and didn’t miss a beat. Everything turned out beautiful because of her!!!! She made sure that every detail I imagined for my wedding was done...and if not better than I imagined! I am so grateful for her! -

30th Butterfly Birthday Party
Amanda outdid herself on my 30th birthday party! I told her I wanted the theme to be butterflies and purple and as you can see by the photos she executed this perfectly! My husband I could not get over how professional, communicative and seamless Amanda and the whole process was. I cannot wait to have her plan many more of my events! 10/10 recommend for parties and or weddings! -
