Joe Hearn coordinated our big day at Granville Farms, and we are so thankful to have his help. During our month of meetings, he asked a lot of good questions to understand my vision as a bride and I felt very comforted he was only a phone call or text away when I needed him. He’s direct while still being kind and he kept the wedding running very smoothly. His assistant Sam was also super kind and helpful at our wedding whenever I needed something. Also, I really appreciate him protecting my husband and I from any issues day of our event. He told our family at the rehearsal to confide in him directly with any concerns or issues to allow us the ability to enjoy this experience to the fullest without stress. I literally had the best day of my life enjoying our wedding and I was not aware of anything else. Weddings have so many details and moving parts and it’s too difficult to do everything on your own as a bride or to rely only on your family to help….hire a professional…hire Joe! Your family will appreciate the freedom to also be in the moment on the big day without “working”. My only regret was not booking the planning service so if you can make the budget for his planning services, you will be in great hands a lot early on! Thank you Joe and Sam for all your help!! :)

Don’t ever think you can hold your wedding day without a coordinator. I don’t know what we would have done without Joe and his crew. Even before the day of, they were our go to for every question we had. Sam designed our menu cards and just brought our whole vision to life (and she answered my 1 million questions). They took everything off our hands days before the wedding so we could relax and try to be stress free. On the day of, they knocked it out of the park! Everything was beautifully decorated and they made sure everything flowed smoothly. Most importantly they made sure everything the bride and groom wanted or needed was taken care of. Joe knows what he is doing.

Working with Joe, Sam and the team was the best decision we could have made! They made the wedding planning process so much easier and took so much stress out of the process. And they took all the stress out of the day of - our wedding was everything I could have dreamed of and more because they got to know me and my husband and our vision, and they ran with it! We used Joe Hearn Events to plan our daughter's wedding in March. Joe and Dante and their team were SO helpful, kind and creative in their designs. We used them as a one stop shop for the wedding: flowers, cake, catering of reception,decor at wedding and reception, cleanup, etc. The wedding was BEAUTIFUL and we LOVED working with them. We trusted them to create a design within our budget that was a showstopper at the reception.
They make the customer feel like their only customer (even though they are booked out with other customers).

Joe was THE man! He handled every single detail possible, and made my life worry-free. He was responsive to all of our requests, extremely creative, budget conscious, detail oriented, and kept me apprised of all plans . He arranged the special, unusual venue, the band and string quartet, the photography, the florals, the cakes and desserts, the coffee bar, the caterer, all transportation for guests, and even a spectacular magnolia ball drop, and a sparkling finale at midnight!. I highly recommend him for any event. He made my daughter's wedding on New Year's Eve a magical, wonderful, gorgeous event. He had plenty of staff on hand to help the evening flow smoothly. He was available in the weeks prior, for many last minute decisions. Thank you so much, Joe, for always being there! I can't imagine having a huge event like this come together without your help! I am thrilled that I chose Joe Hearn Events to help me with planning and coordinating my wedding. Joe, Ashley, and Miranda were amazing to work with and I enjoyed meeting with them to discuss ideas. I got married Thanksgiving weekend at Windsong Ranch in Webster, FL. Joe Hurn and his team, especially Ashley, did an incredible job making my dream wedding come to life. I am a planner by nature and was on the fence about a needing a wedding planner at all, so I was picky. However, from the moment we had our first conversation I knew I was going to love working with them! They listened to my vision, critiqued me when I needed guidance and took care of any small details I needed as we got closer to the day. I hired Joe and his team as a day of coordinator only, but it didn't feel like that. We had several conference calls and even met in person twice before the big day. On my wedding day I was amazed that they showed up with not one helper, but a whole team of helpers to make everything come to life. Joe Hurn events also took car of my table settings, linens and flowers - all were breathtaking. Having one vendor for all those things made things much easier for me and the quality was second to none. If you are thinking about hiring them, do it! They are amazing!

The team of Miranda and Ashley were beyond amazing! We almost didn't hire a Day of Coordinator then last minute decided to. It was hands down the best decision and best money spent at the wedding; it literally would not have run the same without them! They were incredibly organized and I felt complete confidence and trust in everything they suggested. They went above and beyond in their duties. Everything in the end ran smoothly. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone else looking for a coordinator!!
