Clarissia was absolutely amazing as a day of coordinator for our wedding day! We thought we would only need her help with decor set up, but she ended up helping with much more when we had some issues with our caterer. She was very professional and we are so thankful to have had her there! If you don’t think you’ll need a day of coordinator, yes you will! My now husband and I were on the fence about hiring a coordinator for our wedding. I’m so glad we did! Clarissia made sure everything went according to our plan, and helped us with everything along the way. I’m not sure how we would have been able to pull it off without her! When we first started our wedding planning journey we thought a coordinator wouldn’t be necessary, we couldn’t have been more wrong. We decided to get a day of coordinator and we’re so glad we found Clarissia. Not only is she friendly and communicative, but you can tell she’s just as invested as you. She worked with us and our vendors to make sure everything was prepared the couple of months before the wedding and if we hadn’t had her, I️ can’t imagine how we would have been able to accomplish everything we did. There were so many things that I hadn’t even thought about that I’m so glad we had her bring to our attention. We didn’t want to be stressed the day of the wedding dealing with all the different vendors and we didn’t want to burden any of our loved ones with having to do it for us. Clarissia was a professional and she went above and beyond to make sure we were focused on getting to the altar and having fun at the reception. We had several requests that might have been out of the ordinary that she executed without a second thought. She seamlessly worked with all of our vendors and several of ours guests made comments about how well the day was coordinated. She also brought extra decor to cover some of the areas that I️ neglected to think of decor for. She was worth every single penny. We are incredibly thankful for the work her and her husband did and will highly recommend her to all engaged couples!

I will be the first one to say due to planning the wedding myself, and already hiring all of the vendors, getting all the decor, and setting up the day prior to our wedding I was on the fence about hiring someone else for this role but I am SO GLAD we did, because I have no experience in event planning, and my timeline was not perfect Clarissa was able to create a more detailed timeline, tailoring it to mine and my husband wants. We hired Clarissia to be our “month of” coordinator for our very small wedding. She was responsive and super personable right off the bat! After being told by another coordinator that we were “doing it wrong”, one conversation with Clarissia immediately set my anxiety at ease! She organized our vendor list and communicated directly with each of them to build a timeline that I was comfortable with.

The day of our wedding, she truly went over and above! She showed up at the venue early, helped our event decorator set up, and worked seamlessly with the caterer, photographer, musician, bartender, and officiant. She managed the vendor tips for us and even picked up flowers and decorated my cake -and probably 1,000 more things I wasn't even aware of! She stayed after our event and helped clean! I am admittedly a bit of a control freak and I knew that in order to have the most relaxed, perfect wedding day, I was going to need a day-of-coordinator. I hired Clarissia to handle the orchestration of our event and I am SO glad I did. She was easy to get ahold of prior to the big day, flexible with accommodating any special requests I had, organized and punctual for the rehearsal and the event, and friendly to everyone who came in contact with her. I truly don’t know if I could have enjoyed my day as much as I did without her. It was such a breathe of relief to know that someone had everything under control before, during, and after the event. Clarissia was a wonderful day of coordinator for my Disney wedding! She made sure everything was perfect. She was so easy to work with and very communicative. She helped make the day run so well and I didn’t have to worry about anything the entire day!
