  Clarissia is fabulous!

  My now husband and I were on the fence about hiring a coordinator for our wedding. I’m so glad we did! Clarissia made sure everything went according to our plan, and helped us with everything along the way. I’m not sure how we would have been able to pull it off without her! I would recommend her coordination services to anyone who is looking, or is even still on the fence about hiring someone.

  If you don’t think you need a day of coordinator, you do!

  When we first started our wedding planning journey we thought a coordinator wouldn’t be necessary, we couldn’t have been more wrong. We decided to get a day of coordinator and we’re so glad we found Clarissia. Not only is she friendly and communicative, but you can tell she’s just as invested as you. She worked with us and our vendors to make sure everything was prepared the couple of months before the wedding and if we hadn’t had her, I️ can’t imagine how we would have been able to accomplish everything we did. There were so many things that I hadn’t even thought about that I’m so glad we had her bring to our attention. We didn’t want to be stressed the day of the wedding dealing with all the different vendors and we didn’t want to burden any of our loved ones with having to do it for us. Clarissia was a professional and she went above and beyond to make sure we were focused on getting to the altar and having fun at the reception. We had several requests that might have been out of the ordinary that she executed without a second thought. She seamlessly worked with all of our vendors and several of ours guests made comments about how well the day was coordinated. She also brought extra decor to cover some of the areas that I️ neglected to think of decor for. She was worth every single penny. We are incredibly thankful for the work her and her husband did and will highly recommend her to all engaged couples!

  Wonderful experience!

  We hired Clarissa for her day of coordinator services. I will be the first one to say due to planning the wedding myself, and already hiring all of the vendors, getting all the decor, and setting up the day prior to our wedding I was on the fence about hiring someone else for this role but I am SO GLAD we did, because I have no experience in event planning, and my timeline was not perfect Clarissa was able to create a more detailed timeline, tailoring it to mine and my husband wants.   Over and Above!

  We hired Clarissia to be our “month of” coordinator for our very small wedding. She was responsive and super personable right off the bat! After being told by another coordinator that we were “doing it wrong”, one conversation with Clarissia immediately set my anxiety at ease! She organized our vendor list and communicated directly with each of them to build a timeline that I was comfortable with.
  
  The day of our wedding, she truly went over and above! She showed up at the venue early, helped our event decorator set up, and worked seamlessly with the caterer, photographer, musician, bartender, and officiant. She managed the vendor tips for us and even picked up flowers and decorated my cake -and probably 1,000 more things I wasn't even aware of! She stayed after our event and helped clean! We’re so excited to have recommended Clarissia to my niece for her upcoming wedding! THANK YOU for everything! It was truly memorable! ❤️

  Clarissia was amazing!

  I am admittedly a bit of a control freak and I knew that in order to have the most relaxed, perfect wedding day, I was going to need a day-of-coordinator. I hired Clarissia to handle the orchestration of our event and I am SO glad I did. She was easy to get ahold of prior to the big day, flexible with accommodating any special requests I had, organized and punctual for the rehearsal and the event, and friendly to everyone who came in contact with her. I truly don’t know if I could have enjoyed my day as much as I did without her. It was such a breathe of relief to know that someone had everything under control before, during, and after the event. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

  Excellent, organized, and flexible

  Clarissia was my day coordinator and Brooke was her assistant, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with everything they both had to offer. They took a lot of weight off my shoulders, and my husband and I were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day! Anything we needed or had questions about, Clarissia was always there to answer them. She also helped with things that I didn’t think of to ask her with. She even provided her own supplies to enhance the decor. My husband and I are truly blessed and thankful to have her and Brooke!

She handled the vendors well with arrival times and adhering to their contracts. I don’t plan to get married again, but do recommend her to anyone toying with the idea of a coordinator- worth every single penny!!!

  Book her *asap* you won't regret it

  Clarissia was my wedding coordinator for our wedding in December. I interviewed multiple coordinators I found on the FB groups/ WeddingWire, but Clarissia was simply the best. I knew I would not regret my decision. And she really went above and beyond to help us figure out everything from A to Z. My wedding had about 110 guests, and they came from all over the country/ abroad. The wedding was DIY, and I had no family or friends down in Florida. When I felt lost, she gave us so much good advice on keeping our costs down and planning our perfect day. And when I had unwanted wedding drama, Clarissia was such a great emotional support. I am forever grateful for her service, and she is the reason why my wedding went smoothly. Clarissia- thank you so much for everything!!!

  Increible Experience

  With a short period of time to plan our wedding and with little experience as a couple we were guided and assisted phenomenally by Clarissa for our special day. With a last minute cancellation by our previous coordinator Clarissa jumped right in and assisted us in every way we needed. She was a pleasure to work with and was able to help us more than we knew we needed. We had a very relaxed day and gave little instruction to Clarissa and she filled in the blanks beautifully. My wife and I couldn't be more thankful to have found her and had her apart of our special day!

  If you're looking for a coordinator look no further, Clarissa blew our socks off. She was amazing in helping us figure everything out before the wedding and put out fires the day of.   I am another vendor who had the pleasure to work alongside Clarissia and let me tell you, as a vendor myself who cares about my clients and especially when things do not burden/ruin their day, Clarissia is the arch angel for that. She's only so complimentary with her attention to detail, quick to serve, but especially her kindness not only specifically to her clients but to those around her. She was so respectful to my team and I and even assured we had our needs met too! One of the best coordinators I've worked with!
