Count down the final days to your wedding with peace of mind. Our day-of and month-of coordination services begin 14-60 days before the event, depending on the package you choose. Beyond The Sea coordinates with vendors, finalizes your day-of itinerary, and acts as your personal assistant to ensure a seamless wedding day. Our mission is for you to be fully engaged with your loved ones and spouse, free from worry. We've got the complex details under control so you can focus on crafting memories with your family.
- Virtual Planning:
Need a guiding hand? We offer workshops and digital tools to assist with the planning process. Need assistance with decor? Select from our four custom mood boards crafted specifically according to your tastes to make decor planning a breeze.
- Mobile Dry Bar:
Put The Best Catch to work and get your guests out on the dance floor for a night they will never forget. Beyond The Sea not only offers amazing wedding coordination/planning packages but also has access to craft and custom cocktails, mocktails, and coffees to make your night sparkle. We work closely with our nearlyweds to create unique drink options for guests.
