Count down the final days to your wedding with peace of mind. Our day-of or month-of coordination services begin 14-60 days before the event depending on the package you choose. Beyond the Sea coordinates with vendors, finalizes your day of itinerary, and is your personal assistant to ensure a seamless wedding day. Our mission is for you to be fully engaged with your loved ones and spouse, free from worry. We've got the complex details under control so you can focus on crafting memories with your family. Prices start at $1200 for Day-of and $2000 for Month-of services.

• Virtual Planning:

Need a guiding hand? We offer workshops and digital tools to assist with the planning process. Assistance with decor? Select from our four custom moodboards crafted specifically from your taste to make decor planning a breeze.

• Mobile Dry Bar:

Put The Best Catch to work and get your guests out on the dance floor for a night they will never forget. Beyond the Sea not only offers amazing wedding coordination/planning packages but has access to craft custom cocktails, mocktails, and coffees to make your night sparkle. We work closely with our brides/grooms to create unique drink options for guests.
