Maile was the best planner I could have ever asked for. She was so organized and helped me through every step of the way. I seriously couldn’t have done it without her. She was professional and so kind and answered any obscure question I had at any time of the day! I couldn’t recommend Mhweddingplanning enough!

Hiring MH wedding planning was the best decision I made when planning my wedding. She made the day of my wedding absolutely stress free for me. At the end of the night my husband and I sat down and were like "wow today was incredible thanks to Mailie". We spoke over zoom after hiring her about the plans I have for the wedding and to get to know one another. She directed the rehearsal flawlessly and answered all my questions with ease. We did a lot of DIY for my wedding and she set up everything so perfectly. She made sure on the day of that myself and the groom were where we were supposed to be on time and never felt rushed. She really made such an incredible difference. The entire day flowed so effortlessly with her behind the scenes. I cannot recommend her enough.

I'm not sure I can convey in words how wonderful Maile made the wedding day experience!

My daughter meticulously planned her wedding but as the time drew near we realized that we would need help coordinating the details of the day. So we began to search for a coordinator to help us manage the wedding day. My daughter is my first child to get married so I didn't really know what to expect from a coordinator, all I knew was that I needed someone that would respect the work that she had put into the wedding planning and accommodate her vision.

I spoke to a few coordinators and started to lose hope because they were very expensive and included a lot of services we didn't really need. Luckily I found Maile because from the very first conversation she made me feel at ease. She graciously agreed to take care of the month of/ day of management with an understanding of what we wanted and needed to make my daughter’s dream wedding come to life. From there she collaborated with my daughter and always kept me in the loop too since it was a team effort! She took care of finalizing the details with the venue and all of the vendors. On the day of the rehearsal she met us at the venue to pick up all of the things that we had put together for the wedding and went over all of the details of the wedding day. Maile carriers herself with an incredible amount of class and composure and again I knew I had put one of the most important days in our life in the right hands.

As the mother of the bride the day of the wedding is very busy and it was very important for me to be able to purely focus on my daughter. Maile absolutely made that a reality! She arrived as soon as the venue opened and began putting everything in motion. She directed the vendors, set up the center pieces on the table, managed all of the people and made sure everything was running as planned and on time. The wedding and reception went exactly as planned and I truly feel that Maile had everything to do with it running so smoothly. I was able to focus on the bride and groom, family and friends without worrying about any of the details because she had it completely under control. This was a priceless gift!!

At the end of the night, she gathered all of the items we needed to take home with us and even helped load everything into the cars. She made sure everything was taken care of at the venue and all we had to do was go home and rest our tired feet.

She did an amazing job, all of our family and friends said the wedding was perfect. I am so grateful for her help and all of the work she put in to making the day memorable, easy and wonderful! I highly recommend her!

I hired Maile to help me plan my engagement party in December 2023. We got engaged in Positano Italy so we wanted a subtle Amalfi coast themed party. Maile was always available for calls/texts/emails to plan the event. She was so responsive and creative- her vision for the space and what we could do with it was amazing. She showed up early day of to help set up and make sure everything was exactly as we had planned. She created the most beautiful engagement party and I got so many compliments. I cannot wait for her to plan my wedding in 2025!
