If there is anything I would spend my money on again, it’s Zely’s services. When I tell you that I had the most random and unexpected things happen on my day but Zely handled everything! I felt at ease knowing I could count on her and her team. I felt calm knowing I had Zely handling everything, from food, to drinks all night in my hand, to gorgeous pictures and having our bags packed in our getaway car. Everything was thought about and anticipated by Zely. Its been 2 years, I had so much fun and people still rave about my wedding day. It wouldn’t have been as smooth or fun without you. My wedding was in July 2024, and my husband and I chose to pick the Month of Planning option from Zely and her team. We had already done the larger details, such as finding all our vendors, finding the venue, and figuring out what we roughly wanted our day to look like. Zely was incredible to have when we got to the month out mark. She made a complete timeline for us and for vendors, down to the minute! She was more than willing to work with us as we reviewed and tweaked it to fit our exact vision. She communicated these timelines with vendors and ensured that they would be arriving/dropping off items at the appropriate time. The week of the wedding, Zely was fantastic. Anything I needed, or thought of last minute, she would take care of. It allowed for me to have a stress free week leading up to the big day. She also drove out of her way to complete a walk through of the venue to talk about the specific set up and also allowed us to drop off the items that we brought to be used during the reception. After that, she drove another half hour to be there for the ceremony rehearsal. It was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders knowing that she would make sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Zely and her team were everywhere ensuring that the timeline was being followed with the vendors, and also setting up a large portion of the reception space! They all did such an awesome job. Once the wedding started I felt like a princess, anything I needed they would get for me, making sure that I was doing okay. All in all, from the second that I spoke to Zely for the first time, I knew we were in great hands, and I could not have been more right. Thank you Weddings by Zely for everything!

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our wedding coordinator team! As a DIY bride, I took on the decoration myself, and they went above and beyond by flawlessly putting everything together at the venue. The space looked absolutely beautiful! They were always upbeat and friendly, keeping us on track with the timeline while making sure we enjoyed every moment.

Zely was such a tremendous help right from out first call to after the wedding. Zely and her team made the entire process smoother and was such a calming presence when I was anxious about the possibility of rain on our wedding day (it didn’t rain, thankfully!). Natalie and Kendra were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and always on top of things with a huge smile. We were so glad to have them.

Our guests kept telling us how great and helpful they were throughout the day. The fact that they were bilingual was such a huge bonus—many of our guests truly appreciated that extra level of communication and comfort. The team coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They even helped us capture the special moments, which we’ll cherish forever. We couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and dedication. Love this team!

We worked with Zely as our wedding coordinator almost a year ago. I remember being so stressed out about planning and Zely took the weight off our shoulders. She is an amazing coordinator and helped our vision come to life. We did nothing but enjoy our wedding day and if there were little hiccups during the wedding, we sure did not know of it. Having them both by our sides 2 months throughout the wedding planning process, at our final walk-through, and Nathalie the day of made the lead up to the wedding less stressful than it probably would have been. Nathalie did an amazing job setting up our tables, directing people, telling us when to walk out during the ceremony, and so much more. We truly cannot thank Weddings by Zely enough.
