Hiring Pave Weddings to help plan our daughter’s wedding was hands down the best decision we made in the planning process! Nicole was extremely helpful, responsive and professional. We went with the Brilliance Package and it was worth every penny! Nicole was there from venue shopping through narrowing and defining the design to the event and beyond. She has an amazing eye for design and knows how to make a bride’s vision come to life. She was an integral part of choosing and working with all of our vendors and the event went off without a hitch. We could not be more thrilled with our daughter’s wedding and have memories to last a lifetime thanks in large part to Nicole and her team!!

Pave was absolutely amazing to work with! We went with their day of coordinator package and our coordinator, Dani, was absolutely amazing. I asked her so many questions and she always answered every single one and was truly so helpful when it came to speaking to our vendors. Dani truly made my dream come TRUE! Even when there was an issue, I had NO idea about it and the only reason I did find out was because I heard someone else talking about it. But by the time I did find out, Dani had already come up with a solution. When I walked into the venue and when I had to say bye to her, I cried tears of joy. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to support us on our big day and we are SO grateful! Definitely would recommend this company and Dani to anyone searching! You will not regret it!

Nicole is the best is an understatement! She LITERALLY PADDLED OUT OF HER NEIGHBORHOOD ON A CANOE after Hurricane Ian JUST to make it to our wedding on the Saturday to be there to make sure the day ran perfectly.

Our wedding was the Saturday 2 days after Hurricane Ian hit Orlando and 80% of our guests were flying in town and had to reschedule flights that were cancelled. Needless to say, our wedding faced a LOT of last minute changes, added stress, and uncertainty. We delayed our wedding start time because the groomsmen's flights were rescheduled to the day of and then delayed, we had people canceling on the day of which changed seating arrangements, our whole timeline had to be changed on the day of because of complications, etc. etc.... and Nicole and her team handled every change and issue that arose FLAWLESSLY. She just took on each thing and solved it so gracefully that all our wedding guests didn't even realize anything was changed in our plan. We could not have asked for a better person to be handling our wedding. The week leading up to the wedding I was so nervous because of the hurricane, but Nicole made the whole wedding flawless so we still had our perfect fairytale wedding.

Leading up to the wedding, her communication was incredible. She always responded to questions and gave clear answers and information. She thought of every detail to make sure the wedding day was exactly how we wanted. My fiancé and I can both be very specific and picky and have a hard time handing things off to other people, but Nicole was the one person we could trust completely with our wedding and know it would turn out better than we could have imagined. And it truly did! You would never know a hurricane had just passed through or that a single thing had to change. Our families both loved her and her team.

I could go on and on about how wonderful Nicole was. She has great taste and nothing phased her. She was even ready to help me cut my wedding skirt when I realized the alterations weren't right (another hurricane issue). We cannot recommend Nicole enough - you will be SOOO happy to have such an incredible person taking care of your wedding!!

I know this might sound crazy, but wedding planning does not have to be stressful, you just need to have the right coordinator! Nicole and her team were absolutely incredible and exceeded our wildest expectations! They were a well-oiled machine that made all the events run so smoothly. They were so incredible in fact, that we had to have them come back to do my sister’s wedding too!
South Asian weddings can be a lot for lack of better words. There are so many moving parts and things to think about, and it is very difficult on your own to keep above. From the first moment we met Nicole, she alleviated all of our stress. She was so detailed and organized, she asked us questions of things we had not even thought about. She was so kind and patient and truly made sure that we were getting everything we wanted from our special day!
When the day came, we did not have one ounce of stress because we knew that because of Nicole, everything was accounted and planned for. South Asian weddings also almost never run on time. According to most of our guests, we were the first wedding they had gone to where every single event started on time, and everything flowed so seamlessly! You know the planning is done right, when you are not worried and do not see what’s going on in the background. Everything was done so perfectly; from coordinating our vendors, to ensuring everything was where it needed to be, or moved where it needed to be, to even ensuring my dancing shoes were under my table – she truly thought of it all! With all the craziness that an Indian wedding can entail, she still made sure my partner and I had time to soak it all in.
We are beyond grateful for Nicole and her team. We could not imagine having gone with anyone else. They are the most kind, professional, organized, and all around absolutely amazing team you could hope to have by your side on your wedding day! We cannot recommend them enough!! Nicole and her team are absolutely wonderful! Nicole was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns and provided a calmness to the actual planning. She was flexible as we changed and added different elements to the wedding frequently. The week before the wedding a friend asked me if I was stressed and I was not... Thanks to Nicole. She made sure everything was handled leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Beyond happy with Dani and Jessica. They truly brought my vision to life on my wedding day. Throughout the process Dani made sure to check in regularly and keep my bridal nerves calm.
