Best Decision We Made!!

Hiring Pave Weddings to help plan our daughter’s wedding was hands down the best decision we made in the planning process! Nicole was extremely helpful, responsive and professional. We went with the Brilliance Package and it was worth every penny! Nicole was there from venue shopping through narrowing and defining the design to the event and beyond. She has an amazing eye for design and knows how to make a bride’s vision come to life. She was an integral part of choosing and working with all of our vendors and the event went off without a hitch. We could not be more thrilled with our daughter’s wedding and have memories to last a lifetime thanks in large part to Nicole and her team!!

The best company that truly helped my wedding day go so smoothly

Pave was absolutely amazing to work with! We went with their day of coordinator package and our coordinator, Dani, was absolutely amazing. I asked her so many questions and she always answered every single one and was truly so helpful when it came to speaking to our vendors. Dani truly made my dream come TRUE! Even when there was an issue, I had NO idea about it and the only reason I did find out was because I heard someone else talking about it. But by the time I did find out, Dani had already come up with a solution. When I walked into the venue and when I had to say bye to her, I cried tears of joy. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to support us on our big day and we are SO grateful! Definitely would recommend this company and Dani to anyone searching! You will not regret it!

Paddled through flooding after hurricane ian to be there!

Nicole is the best is an understatement! She LITERALLY PADDLED OUT OF HER NEIGHBORHOOD ON A CANOE after Hurricane Ian JUST to make it to our wedding on the Saturday to be there to make sure the day ran perfectly.

Our wedding was the Saturday 2 days after Hurricane Ian hit Orlando and 80% of our guests were flying in town and had to reschedule flights that were cancelled. Needless to say, our wedding faced a LOT of last minute changes, added stress, and uncertainty. We delayed our wedding start time because the groomsmen's flights were rescheduled to the day of and then delayed, we had people canceling on the day of which changed seating arrangements, our whole timeline had to be changed on the day of because of complications, etc. etc.... and Nicole and her team handled every change and issue that arose FLAWLESSLY. She just took on each thing and solved it so gracefully that all our wedding guests didn't even realize anything was changed in our plan. We could not have asked for a better person to be handling our wedding. The week leading up to the wedding I was so nervous because of the hurricane, but Nicole made the whole wedding flawless so we still had our perfect fairytale wedding.

Leading up to the wedding, her communication was incredible. She always responded to questions and gave clear answers and information. She thought of every detail to make sure the wedding day was exactly how we wanted. My fiancé and I can both be very specific and picky and have a hard time handing things off to other people, but Nicole was the one person we could trust completely with our wedding and know it would turn out better than we could have imagined. And it truly did! You would never know a hurricane had just passed through or that a single thing had to change. Our families both loved her and her team.

I could go on and on about how wonderful Nicole was. She has great taste and nothing phased her. She was even ready to help me cut my wedding skirt when I realized the alterations weren't right (another hurricane issue). We cannot recommend Nicole enough - you will be SOOO happy to have such an incredible person taking care of your wedding!!

Our dream coordinator!

I know this might sound crazy, but wedding planning does not have to be stressful, you just need to have the right coordinator! Nicole and her team were absolutely incredible and exceeded our wildest expectations! They were a well-oiled machine that made all the events run so smoothly. They were so incredible in fact, that we had to have them come back to do my sister’s wedding too!
South Asian weddings can be a lot for lack of better words. There are so many moving parts and things to think about, and it is very difficult on your own to keep above. From the first moment we met Nicole, she alleviated all of our stress. She was so detailed and organized, she asked us questions of things we had not even thought about. She was so kind and patient and truly made sure that we were getting everything we wanted from our special day!
When the day came, we did not have one ounce of stress because we knew that because of Nicole, everything was accounted and planned for. South Asian weddings also almost never run on time. According to most of our guests, we were the first wedding they had gone to where every single event started on time, and everything flowed so seamlessly! You know the planning is done right, when you are not worried and do not see what’s going on in the background. Everything was done so perfectly; from coordinating our vendors, to ensuring everything was where it needed to be, or moved where it needed to be, to even ensuring my dancing shoes were under my table – she truly thought of it all! With all the craziness that an Indian wedding can entail, she still made sure my partner and I had time to soak it all in.
We are beyond grateful for Nicole and her team. We could not imagine having gone with anyone else. They are the most kind, professional, organized, and all around absolutely amazing team you could hope to have by your side on your wedding day! We cannot recommend them enough!! The Best Planner

Nicole and her team are absolutely wonderful! Nicole was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns and provided a calmness to the actual planning. She was flexible as we changed and added different elements to the wedding frequently. The week before the wedding a friend asked me if I was stressed and I was not... Thanks to Nicole. She made sure everything was handled leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Prepared, organized, professional, personable, and just plain good at what she does.

The best part about my wedding was marrying the love of my life but a close second was hiring Nicole Sanchez with Pàve Weddings. She helped our day go absolutely seamlessly. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. Her responsiveness to all of our questions and her ability to help calm all of our nerves is truly very special. Faultless!

I could not be happier with Nicole and her team!
Pave weddings were recommended to us by our wedding reception venue "Citrus Club". My husband and I had to plan our wedding from overseas and I can tell you that Nicole was by far the best planner we have spoken with. The rest of our vendors were also happy to hear that we had picked her company. We love her approach, flexibility and anticipation of our needs. She was spot on with the vendor recommendations and was able to cater for us when we had to postpone our wedding.
She was fully supportive when we needed her help in a matter that was beyond her job description. Most importantly, she was very responsive (something we found particularly rare when planning our wedding).
We were also very happy with our day of coordinator, Jessica and her assistant.
She was super calm throughout the wedding and made sure we had no idea what was happening behind the scenes. She also helped me with my dress so I can feel fully comfortable. My husband and I had the best day ever and it's all thanks to their organization.
Overall, we highly recommend this company and I can't thank them enough for delivering great service without a fuss.

If I could give 10 stars on a scale of 1-5 I would. Nicole and her team were absolutely incredible.

Nicole took my very general ideas and helped create a blueprint for our wedding that exceeded every hope and dream I ever had for our wedding day. Her attention to detail and professionalism were spot on. As a mother to two children under 2 I can get a little disorganized at times. Nicole helped me stay on track and connected me with vendors who were just as incredible as her and her team. We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Pave Weddings.

This is who you want!

Nicole and her team did an AMAZING job on our daughters wedding. She asked us all the right questions, stayed on us (politely) to get her what she needed to make sure we had the best wedding. Nicole said, just get me everything and I will make sure it gets where it needs to go. My wife and daughter being control freaks were hesitant. We did as Nicole asked and EVERYTHING was where it needed to be. She answer her phone at some of the oddest hours which help everyone in my house sleep better. On the day of the event she was everywhere. A true Superwoman! If you are looking for someone you can trust with such an important event as your daughters wedding, look no further than Pave' Weddings by Nicole. We were blown away and could not have asked for anyone better. THANK YOU NICOLE!! Did I mention that due to Covid we had to reschedule 3 (!!!) times... never an issue, she was there every step of the way.

You need Nicole!!

Nicole was the most crucial person in helping make my wedding a success. I had the most perfect wedding day at the Four Seasons Orlando, but it definitely did not start that way until Pave Weddings stepped in. Like many other brides over this past year, my wedding plans had undergone many changes as far as guest count, venue, size, and entertainment. My original wedding plans I had made were all scrapped and I started over from scratch with a lot of assistance.

My first consultation phone call with Nicole gave me so much confidence and I ended that phone call knowing that she was going to be the fairy-wedding-mother that I needed. She generously provided so much information and examples to communicate my vision. Nicole recommended excellent vendors that took such good care of us because of her great relationship with all of them. There were so many components that I would have never thought of, but Nicole was already on top of it before I knew it was an issue.

The day of my wedding was expertly coordinated by Nicole and Jessica who were an amazing team! There were a few small problems like the wind being over active and knocking over ceremony decor, but they took care of it so well that I didn't even notice until guests were telling me about it days later. It was such a beautiful and seamless day and I really can't thank Pave Weddings enough for all of their hardwork and dedication!

A must hire!

Nicole was a part of what I called my "Dream Team," and I truly could not have gone through this whole process without her. She was so hands on the entire planning process, from helping find vendors to creating spreadsheets, to explaining things over (and over, and over) again to make sure my mom and I were on the same page. She works harder than anyone I know leading up to a wedding and I knew I was in the best hands. Nicole is amazing at what she does. You can see it in her details and you can see it in her vendor relationships. She truly went above and beyond for us and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Pavé Weddings made all our wedding dreams come true!! We chose the Brilliance Package because it worked best for our busy schedules and relieved our stress.
We wanted a small and intimate affair; however, we were not sure how this could be accomplished. My husband and I are beyond grateful that we had Nicole and Christy with us on our wedding day. We made a connection with Nicole (the owner) at our initial planning meeting and from that moment on, we knew that we were in perfect hands. Nicole and her team are THE BEST!!! I hired her as a day of coordinator but she helped so much leading up to the wedding ( getting in touch with my vendors leading up to the big day, making sure I wasn't missing anything, helping me make some design choices that I was unsure of, answering all sorts of questions, meeting with me, the list could go on and on) - I was very calm on my wedding day and able to enjoy it because I knew Nicole had it under control! She made a wonderful blueprint and timeline, ensured all my vendors were up to date with it and ran my wedding rehearsal flawlessly (with a very large wedding party and big family). On the day of the wedding not only did she set up and coordinate, but she actually came to our prep location to steam 9 bridesmaid dresses and my wedding dress to make sure we looked as good as possible. She is very kind and easy to work with and I got multiple comments from my bridal party and family members about how organized and good at leading Nicole is! My husband and I are so glad that we booked with Nicole, if you are thinking of getting any level of wedding planning assistance I would HIGHLY recommend her. She is like a wedding angel who will ensure your event will run smoothly and you'll be able to relax and just enjoy your wedding day while she handles the details!

She made sure that all of our vendors got everything set up where it needed to be and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about any of it while we were getting ready to say “I do.” Lauren managed to smooth over any problems that came up and made sure that all of the vendors knew what our timeline was and stuck to it. She definitely made our wedding run as smoothly as possible!

Wedding coordination services with Pave Weddings was included in the package with my venue but Nicole was incredible and would have been well worth the investment if I wasn't lucky enough to get her anyway.

With this package she was only required to step in 3-months prior to the big day however she went above and beyond and helped me long before that mark. She didn't try to push any specific vendors on me but when I did ask for suggestions she happily and quickly responded with a few different options for me to consider and each time she did one of those vendors I ended up booking and were perfect for what I needed.

Your wedding day is so magical and wonderful in so many ways but also can be hectic and stressful and there are always those inevitable small hiccups that will occur despite how much you plan to avoid those. Thankfully I had Nicole in my corner that day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and everyone from the bridal party, to the guests, to the vendors were where they needed to be at the precise moment they needed to be there. My husband and I felt well taken care of with a private viewing of our reception space before everyone got in there and being brought cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and wine while we got to spend a few quite moments alone together before the reception to take it all in. I really can't imagine my big day without Nicole and her team.

If you are planning an out of state wedding, and need a wedding planner to be responsive and provide tips for your wedding details, choose Nicole. My husband and I were married Fall 2016 and wouldn’t have been able to plan the simple but elegant, Fall-themed wedding without Nicole’s expertise. She knew the best vendors to choose, while still keeping your budget in mind! Even though Nicole was very pregnant on my wedding day, she still made it to my rehearsal and was the last person who straightened my wedding gown for the walk down the aisle. Having her there really calmed my nerves, especially since she was an integral part of the planning process. As mentioned before, my husband and I were planning our wedding from out of state and many of the in-person meetings such as the menu tasting, cake tasting, and an in-person meeting had to be on the weekends. Her team is very busy on the weekends, but she still made time for these important pre-wedding events! I had many detailed questions that she answered via email very promptly, most within the same day. Hiring Nicole as our wedding planner helped take the stress away in terms of worrying if you selected the right vendors, how to best work with them, and just turning over all the details to her team on your wedding day. They worked with you to plan so they know your wedding day inside-out just like you. It was nice to turn that over to them for the actual day! During the reception the head wedding planner became Kristin and she kept everything on schedule and consulted with me only when needed, giving the bride and groom the time to have fun! Nicole: thank you for your amazing planning skills, answering all my questions, and your advice for all the wedding details! I will say I will not plan another wedding :), and don’t know how you do it, but your flexibility, patience, professionalism, and recommendations made all the difference in making our Fall-themed wedding vision a reality.

I was searching for a wedding coordinator for my Spring wedding and I came across Nicole's page. I gave her a call and she was very professional and friendly from the beginning. She also had affordable, competitive pricing. She was not pushy like some of the other wedding coordinators I spoke to and I could tell she really loves her job and genuinely wanted to help me make my wedding visions come true. Throughout the whole planning process she was very responsive and organized. She made my life as a bride easier by being a teammate to me in the crazy process that is wedding planning. Also if and that's just IF you have a freak out moment or moment of panic as a bride, she completely understands and laughs it off with you. No judgement at all. She ran my rehearsal for me which went smoothly and my wedding party gave me compliments on how Nicole knew what she was doing. And most importantly on my wedding day she (and her lovely assistants) fulfilled all of the setup and plans that we created in the ways in which we had discussed. She also directed my groom and I throughout the day/night which took a lot of stress off of us. It was nice having someone help us with the schedule and dress bustling and when to move and when to not etc etc haha. She also did all this with a smile on her face. I'd definitely recommend Pave Weddings/Nicole as a wedding coordinator!

Nicole and her staff were absolutely amazing. She brought my dream wedding into reality with little guidance from me. I was an out of town bride and all the vendors she recommended were amazing as well. On the day of wedding, she and her staff took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything. She was amazing from the start to the end, even with a few last minute changes. She has an amazing way of keeping you calm. We didn't know if we'd need a day-of coordinator or not, and we found out Kristin was absolutely indispensable! I just got married Dec 5,2015. My husband and I booked Nicole with Pave Weddings October of 2014. We have been so pleased with her throughout our whole wedding process. She has held my hand every step of the way from sending me websites of vendors to choose from with their pricing to attending my vendor meetings with me and helping me make decisions. If i thought a vendor was too expensive she would find another vendor she thought was just as good. She was such a huge help during vendor meetings as i have never been married before and a lot of the details were way over my head. Nicole helped to figure out what i liked and what would work best for our wedding. I am very much a question asker and i would send nicole emails and texts and she was always very prompt to get back to me. We had a couple hiccups along the way as any wedding process and she was very quick to ease my worry and help come up with a solution. She worked very well with my wedding coordinator with the hotel as well. and together the two of them communicated back and forth and came to me with a collaborative answer. They were always on the same page together. I would highly recommend having a wedding planner. We had a destination wedding and we could have not pulled it off without her. We were rarely stressed and the wedding day went as smooth as it possibly could. I did not have to worry about anything my wedding day except getting my hair and makeup done and getting dressed. Nicole came to get me when it was time to do something. Kept us informed throughout the whole day and how the setting up process was going. We got a sneak peak of our reception before anyone else and we were absolutely in awe of everything. If i could post a picture in here to show my genuine reaction to how gorgeous everything was, i would! It was beautiful and better than i could of possibly imagined. Our guest raved about our wedding. If you want an amazing wedding experience, look no further than Nicole!

If you are looking for an incredible wedding coordinator who will do anything and everything to make your wedding day perfect, look no further. Nicole was AWESOME on our wedding day and even before hand. She answered all of my questions through the wedding process and gave her honest opinion when I really needed it. She takes over 2 months before the wedding, which is way more than any other planner I met with. On the day of, she was running around doing everything and anything I asked and she had an awesome assistant with her. One of my girls' dress broke and they spent 45 minutes sewing it back together to make it look like nothing happened - while keeping a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend Nicole for any wedding planning needs you have. SHE WAS AWESOME!!!!

Nicole was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding and she and her team were amazing. They handled all of the details, even some that we didn't know needed to be addressed. When the inevitable snafus occurred, like the limousine company going out of business the week before the wedding, she quickly found and booked us another (and soothed our nerves in the process). Her calm, take charge attitude and experience were a blessing on the day of the wedding as well. All we had to do was show up and have a good time. Her team handled everything from the time the preparations began, through the ceremony and reception, to the very end when they loaded our car with all of the items we needed to take with us. They didn't miss a beat the entire day, yet they were almost invisible to us and our guests. Hiring Nicole and her team for Day of Coordination was hands down one of the best things I did in the planning process. The first time I meet with Nicole, I was extremely impressed with her organizational skills and ability to ask the right questions. There are so many details I didn't consider or even think to consider and she was able to ask the right questions to ensure my vision and desires were meet. he made my wedding day timeline, which was great because she really understands the timing needed to execute all details. Two weeks prior to the wedding, she finalized all details with me and then coordinate with all my vendors at that time she was the main point person, which was perfect because I no longer had to workout any logistical details and was able to relax! She also updated me that she had successfully contacted and coordinate all details with every vendor. She orchestrated my rehearsal with extreme ease. The day of the wedding, Nicole and her team showed up earlier than anticipated and immediately went to work setting up all the items of the wedding and managing vendor arrival- they ensured perfection all around. The best thing I can say about Nicole is that everything was perfect on our day! Seriously, nothing went wrong, but if something did I think she would've been the type to resolve it seamlessly. My husband loved her because she ensured he had his special request drink, he knew where/when he was suppose to be places with her direction, and her pictures of us from that day our his favorite (non-professional) photos. My parents loved Nicole because they were able to enjoy the day stress free. Unlike most parents who are super busy pre/post wedding, my parents were able to show up dressed and just have a good time. Also, after the ceremony they were able to pass out and have all the wedding items delivered to their room. Our wedding was a dream because of Nicole!

Kristin was fabulous to work with. Nicole and Kristin met my now husband and I for our first meeting and then Kristin was our main point of contact for the entire wedding planning process. We used Pave Weddings for "day-of" coordinating, however, if I had any questions at all, I reached out to Kristin and she would respond with great suggestions and ideas. I am so thankful that I hired a day-of wedding planner. Kristin kept me organized up until the wedding (about 6 months out from the wedding). I did a lot of the planning myself, but it was so nice to have an expert to consult with and be there whenever I had any questions or concerns.

As for the day of the wedding, it was perfect! There was not a moment where I felt even a bit stressed about the wedding. I was able to enjoy every minute of it. Kristin and her assistant Jessica were fabulous! So if you are still unsure about hiring a wedding coordinator, don't be! TRUST ME, this will be money well spent and this is an advice I give to all brides-to-be.

Nicole and her staff were absolutely amazing! I had spoken to a few wedding planners before finding Pave and the one thing that sets them apart is that they are willing to do anything to make sure your wedding day goes smoothly. Never once did Nicole or her staff say.."this is not in my contract" or "this is not my job". It was the first planner that looked beyond the dollar amount and focused on my wedding day. Words cannot describe how above and beyond Nicole and her staff went to make my wedding day special. I have never met someone so organized, detail oriented and could handle the pressures of wedding planning till I met Nicole. She said that my wedding was her first Indian wedding that she has ever planned but she could have fooled me! Nicole and her staff provided their unique, professional and creative services for a Bridal Shower in Orlando and a destination Wedding in Key West. Being a control freak when it comes to planning and executing my own parties, it said a lot for me to hand over the reins to Nicole & her staff. I attended. Wedding that Nicole did and it was after that I knew when my daughter decided to get married, Pave Weddings by Nicole would be in charge of it. And this past weekend Nicole and Jessica carried off a beautiful job, it was everything that my daughter wanted in her "Beach Chic Wedding".
From the first meeting to the day after the event, Nicole was professional, well organized and when things got a little hectic, always had a calming demeanor to put me at ease. Always quick to respond to questions I had via e mail, text or a phone call.
The Bridal Shower was beautifully decorated and very unique from the food, flowers, games and theme.
Nicole & Jessica went to this destination location, sight unseen and within their first walk around the venue, knew the place and where things should be placed to look best.
The wedding day timeline went smoothly and the venue (ceremony site, cocktail hour on the beach and the terrace reception site) looked beautiful when they were finished decorating. I can only give the highest recommendation to Nicole and Jessica for allowing me to enjoy my daughter's wedding day instead of worrying about it.

I don't even know where to begin! If I could give Nicole a rating of 10 stars out of 5 I would. We held our reception in an airplane hangar at the Executive Airport. A wedding has never been held here and aside from our caterer none of our vendors had ever worked in a hangar. The space was completely blank - essentially a 12,000 square foot garage. Nicole was excited to try something new, but I'm sure was a bit anxious about the process. She listened to our likes, dislikes, and taste. In no time she had a vision for a floor plan and never let us down for the entire year of our engagement. We worked side-by-side through the entire process. She referred us to the best vendors and was able to communicate our vision when we were tongue tied. Nicole was extremely organized and we never felt out of the loop. Although she had blueprints and floorplans of the space in the final weeks, we were unsure of what to expect. When we arrived at the reception Nicole guided us into the space with our eyes closed. Surrounded by all of our guests, she told us to open our eyes and look around. The reception literally took my breath away! I closed my eyes and reopened them before bursting into tears. The flow of the space, the draping, the lighting, the FLOWERS, the food stations...it was PERFECT!

It has been 3 weeks now and we still have people telling us how awesome and unique our wedding was. Nicole, Tom and I don't know how to thank you enough. We wish we could go back and be guests at our own wedding!

I’ll start by saying my husband and I weren’t really sure we even wanted/needed a coordinator when we started planning, but out of everyone we worked with- we were most thankful to have Nicole on our team! Her services were an absolute necessity! Our wedding was perfect thanks to all of her hard work!

Nicole came highly recommended from our sister-in-law who hired her for her wedding earlier this year. We were incredibly impressed with how she handled that wedding (involving two different locations and many guests) and knew she would be perfect for ours (one location, smaller guest list). Seeing her work in two different wedding environments- we can honestly say she is very organized, responsive, knowledgeable, creative in trouble-shooting, and a dream to work with throughout the planning process and the day of. We had several ‘hiccups’ along that way with other vendors and Nicole was always quick to respond and was great about providing alternatives or helping us solve the problem. Having her there day-of gave us the opportunity to sit back, relax, and enjoy the event that we worked so hard to plan- instead of running around ensuring all vendors arrived, set up, and were doing their jobs, etc. Nicole was a valuable resource for finding other professionals to work with for our wedding and all of her recommendations provided stellar services. Nicole works hard to maintain a positive and professional reputation and you can tell she takes pride in seeing her brides and grooms happy with their event. She was absolutely amazing to us and helped ensure our big day went exactly as we had imagined.

My now husband and I decided at the last minute that we would have better peace of mind if we hired a wedding coordinator so about a month before the wedding, we found Nicole - I can honestly say that was the absolute BEST decision we could have made. I only wish we would have found her sooner because it would have been amazing to work with her throughout the entire process! She and her team were incredibly professional and organized, very responsive, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Not to mention she's just one of those all around good people that are easy and enjoyable to be around. We met in person and communicated regularly prior to the wedding and she did everything from attending the rehearsal to communicating with our vendors, keeping the day-of timeline running smoothly, setting up our beautiful reception, and loading gifts in the cars by the end of the night. Pave weddings and Nicole Sanchez were amazing! I had only hired them for the day of but Nicole was way more involved than that. She referred wonderful vendors and was very quick to get back to all of my emails. I am a very detail oriented person and even more so as a bride, she helped pick out our linens, flowers, and even had a wonderful lunch with her and my best friend the day of our final walk through. I would recommend her to anyone. Getting married at Bella Collina was spectacular and nerve wrecking at the same time, we wanted it to be perfect! Nicole and her team kept everything under control and even through our last minute rain call, which I refused to go indoors, she backed me up and in the end it was the right decision.
I cannot say enough about this wedding planner. Nicole is detail oriented, has a great personality, and wonderful communication skills. If you’re getting married and need a day of planner she is your girl.

Pave by Nicole did a wonderful job and put together our dream wedding!!! It was great working with her. As a visible and detailed bride it was hard for me to image the layout of my wedding, which I had to trust Nicole and I’m SO Glad I did. She definitely had patience with me for sure.

I was engaged for 1 year and 6 months and wanted to plan my own wedding but realized that its not as easy as it seems.. I had originally found a wedding planner that shall remain nameless but was not what I was looking for.. Couple months after booking them I found nicole. Nicole was awesome from beginning to end, I wanted to still be a part of my wedding planning so had a partial planning package with her. It was amazing working with her, she would ALWAYS respond to my questions and that is what I needed.. I was on a tight budget and always wanted to find better deals and she would always be there helping me.. I would recommend her 100%!!! My wedding day was so organized and perfect thanks to her nicole and her team! :)

My mom was excited to manage the majority of the planning for our wedding, but didn't want the responsibility or pressure of managing the execution during "the weekend of." She interviewed a number of event planners/coordinators, and was beyond thrilled to have found Nicole. When I first met Nicole, I immediately understood why. Her professionalism and poise is a model for how anyone should conduct business, yet she also managed to be so warm and approachable. She was eager to participate in many of the up-front planning conversations, just to be in the loop. And she added enormous value with her knowledge and suggestions. She was extremely organized, so much so, that I actually felt relaxed and at ease on the day of my wedding knowing that she was running the show. For someone who likes to feel in control (I'm speaking about me and also my mom here), it is an enormous statement to have felt 150% confident in someone else leading the day. She came through exactly as we had expected. I was thrilled with my wedding weekend, and I whole-heartedly recommend Nicole for your wedding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nicole and her team at PAVE WEDDINGS! It was coming close to the end of our wedding planning process and my fiancé, now husband, and I were starting to get a little stressed with all of the final details. We always said that we REALLY wanted to enjoy our wedding and not get stressed out. And then that was when I found Nicole! She was such a life saver and took care of all of our Day-of-Coordination. She started helping us a few weeks before the wedding by finalizing all of the contracts with our vendors, met with us to do a final walk-thru of the reception location, and put together a timeline to make sure all of our wedding events were flawless. She also helped save us some money when finalizing our vendor contracts and found some errors in our contracts that we would have never caught if it wasn’t for her! You can tell she is very detail oriented and knows what she is doing!

Nicole went to the reception location and attended our rehearsal at the church prior to the wedding. Due to this, on the day of the wedding Nicole and her team knew exactly what to do. They were all such a pleasure to work with! We even had a slight emergency when the MOB’s dress straps stretched out and the dress got wrinkled on her trip to Florida. They took her in the back room, pinned her up, steamed her dress and what could have turned into an emergency was quickly averted due to Nicole and team. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and knew what I wanted my wedding to look and feel like and Nicole and her team were able to execute and carry out every final detail. My fiancé and I were able to sit back, let them run the show and truly ENJOY our wedding! I would highly recommend Nicole and her team. I only wish I would have hired them sooner in the planning process!

Nicole was the wedding planner in my best friends wedding 2 years ago. Nicole made such an impression on me on how she helped plan her wedding and the day of everything ran perfectly smooth and was so elegant ! It was a no brainer for me to ask her if she would be my planner when the time came and i could not have been more pleased my planning was anything but stressful she was with me every step of the way she didnt step on my toes but gave great advice and i could not have even came close to the wedding of my dreams with out her!!! I was so calm the day of the wedding and was able to just have fun , knowing she had everything taken care of was such a relief . i will recommend her to everyone i know getting married !!!!!!!

We began working with Pave Weddings for full service wedding planning just over a year ago and immediately felt the difference. We live in England and found it stressful to plan a wedding from so far away, but Nicole eased all of our fears and stresses. She is extremely detail oriented, organized, professional, friendly and really knows what she's talking about. She gives great advice and really listens to what you want, not to mention is a great vendor negotiator! Our wedding turned out better than we hoped for and a lot of that was down to Nicole realizing our vision. All of my friends said I was the most relaxed bride they had ever seen, and I believe a lot of that had to do with Nicole taking the reigns and allowing us to enjoy our special day stress free. She liaised and organized all of the vendors and made "game time" decisions so we didn't have to. I will definitely be recommending Pave Weddings to any and all my friends... Nicole is worth her weight in gold!

We were going to try to save money and not hire a wedding planner. Three months before the wedding we realized that we were in over our heads. We also did not want to have our wedding day be stressful by having to keep people organized, on time, or deal with problems that cropped up and most importantly to keep the day enjoyable and stress free for my parents. Surprisingly the cost of a planner was quite affordable and TOTALLY worth every penny. Pave weddings offered a full range of coordinating which allowed us pick the right amount of coordination for a price that fit our budget.

Pave Weddings made our dream wedding in downtown St. Petersburg a reality. From the ceremony to the reception every detail was perfection and exactly what we wanted (and more). We received so many compliments about the wedding and what a fun time everyone had. Nicole was kind and professional to work with during the planning process. No detail was left to chance - she is very organized. I was actually calm and relaxed on my wedding day (which is saying something as I am not a "mellow" person). Pave Weddings was my Day of Coordinator for my wedding day. They were great! Nicole was on top of everything from day one. She was a great liason between my vendors, the hotel, and myself. She took care of everything and gave me great advice for vendors. She was so easy to contact and always got back to me within 24 hours. The day of the wedding we had a couple miss haps but she took care of it all and I didn't know about it till after the wedding. They're a great team and I would definately use them again. Nicole is an incredible wedding planner and a trustworthy person. Her intuition and people skills made every vendor deal easy for us, because she hammered the negotiations in a way that was still pleasant (neither the vendor or us felt awkward). Her personality evokes professionalism and control, but somehow - we always felt like a King and Queen.

In the end.. she found better vendors than we could have, saved us more money than it cost for her service; AND took the weight of the world off of our shoulders. She worked hard to understand the unique visions we had for the wedding and made them a reality (believe me - not an easy task with our dreams).

Our wedding was to be an outside evening event utilizing places we reserved that were not originally set up for weddings. This is not easy to setup! However, when the wedding day came; she prepared , handled 8+ vendors, 100 problems (which she handled without bothering us) and kept a smile on her face in almost 100 degree weather! When the evening came - everything was perfect, down to the detail. She had a great staff working with her from Pave!

I feel as though her service is a no-brainer for any couple who wants to have fun oplanning their wedding!

Pave Weddings by Nicole was amazing to work with! I have worked in the wedding industry and I thought I could do the wedding planning on my own, but I was wrong... Nicole came in and made me feel stress free. She listened to what I wanted yet, she came up with great ideas I would never have thought of. She saved my wedding day in tons of ways. She saved my cake from being eaten by ants, she sewed my dress back after it got a hole in it, she did a million things behind the scenes so I could have a perfect day. I would not have been able to even walk down the aisle, without all the amazing work she did. She kept the day on schedule and had me off on my honeymoon with a smile on my face. I was able to enjoy my day because of her. Her wedding planning style is like no other! She is so organized and most of all she has a passion for what she does. She will make any bride's dream come to life! A bride would be crazy not to book with her!

Pave Weddings by Nicole was a life saver. I was getting the run around from another coordinator and Nicole stepped up to save the day. I needed someone who could put out fires and always appear as cool as a cucumber, and Nicole exceeded my expectations. Disappointing Experience with Pave' by Nicole - Wedding 4/15/23 - Orlando

I am re-posting my review because it got deleted somehow. We had hired Pave' by Nicole to plan and design our wedding. We had decided on an emerald green and gold theme and had several design concepts in mind, but unfortunately, they were not implemented on our wedding day. It's disheartening to see the pictures of my wedding day and feel like they missed the mark. Both Nicole and Jessica dropped the ball when it came to implementing the look and feel I wanted for my special day. There were several mishaps that caused additional stress, which could have been avoided with a capable and available wedding planner who could have taken care of the checks and balances.

She is not capable of an organized or refined event. I would seek another planner if you are investing in a memorable day. Nicole was attentive everyday PRIOR to our wedding but destroyed a year of planning and hopes on our wedding day. She put no forethought into the event nor saw our ideas & plans through. She offered the worst recommendations for some vendors and apologetically stood by them despite our displeasure with them. Some of the most basic duties were neglected by her and her help. For instance, she promised to deliver us some appetizers from the cocktail hour but brought the last couple of items almost as an afterthought when we reminded her. All of our guests commented on how they had NO direction or idea of where to go or how the event was planned out. She put the string quartet in a separate empty room from the cocktail hour. I had to tell her to move them when I realized at the end and she rolled her eyes! What planner would do that?! I asked her and her staff to hand out a special DVD at the end of the reception to our guests which she didn't do. We had to organize our departure from our ceremony ourselves. So much money, planning and hopes were wasted. My bride and I were weeping about our night after the event rather than enjoying it. It was very sad and disappointing, and to see that no one has commented on her ineptness leads me to warn anyone who cares about their special day being carried out as they hope to consider another planner. Our caterer, Arthurs, was perfect! Our florist Fiora performed wonderfully as well.
