  Loved working with Tim!

  We had a great experience with La Cuisine. We loved working with TIm. The food at our wedding was outstanding- so many compliments from our guests! The servers/service were amazing. They catered to my husband and I all night making sure we were taken care of. Tim also handled all of our rentals- chairs/table/etc which was a huge time saver for us. Highly recommend !

  Absolutely Fantastic

  We used the services of La Cuisine for our daughter's wedding this past September. I cannot say enough about the overall planning, service and execution this crew delivers. The food is delicious, and the service is completely professional. Throughout the entire planning process Tim at La Cuisine was available to answer questions, and to make changes and suggestions where necessary. The entire process was comfortable from start to finish. Our guest's could not say enough about how good the food and service was. Thank you to Tim and his crew at La Cuisine. We would not hesitate to use La Cuisine in the future.

  delicious❣️

  Tim and the la cuisine crew blew our wedding out of the park! Our guests are still raving about the food we had. Tim worked closely with our wedding planner and I to make our menu unique and fitting to our farm venue. We couldn’t have been happier with how it all came together. Thank you for making our dream wedding food a reality❣️ The staff the day of the wedding were amazing! Friendly faces and all with smiles on their faces.

  So helpful from start to finish

  La Cuisine was amazing to work with from start to finish! They were the first vendor we hired and were so helpful through the process. Tim went above and beyond and was so responsive throughout. He helped execute exactly what we wanted and we received so many compliments on the food and service!

  Perfection!

  I knew before I was even engaged that I wanted LC to cater my wedding. Not only was the food outstanding, but the decor and styling was perfectly integrated into the larger theme. Everyone on staff is attentive, creative, professional and super friendly. I felt totally at ease knowing I was in such good hands. I had many guests tell me that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. From the food, styling, collaborating with our coordinator, furniture and tent rentals - we truly could not have done it without the amazing team at La Cuisine. Highly recommend!!!

  Amazing food!

  Tim and the team at La Cuisine were exceptional!! The food was outstanding and people couldn’t say enough about it. We used them for our rehearsal dinner as well and they just crushed it ! Tim really took the time to listen to us when describing the food we like and what style we were going for and made the perfect menu recommendations . We wanted people to rave about the food at our wedding and that’s exactly what happened. They are top notch and we couldn’t speak more highly of them .

  Tim and the La Cuisine team are absolutely outstanding. From the initial phone call to the tasting to the wedding, they helped execute a perfect day. Guests commented on the friendly and professional staff, the food was incredible and Tim's flexibility and experience helped ensure everything was on point. He teamed seamlessly with other vendors and gained our trust from day one. There's a lot to be said for knowing you're in great hands on the day of your wedding and we had exactly that security with the La Cuisine team.

  A+ wedding cocktail party

  The staff at La Cusine, particularly Micheal, created a lovely and memorable evening for our 125 guests. They were creative and responsive, going the extra mile in executing a party that had some logistical challenges (multiple sites meant we needed two bars, stations and passed options). They worked well with all our vendors and they handled the logistics of rentals, removing a daunting task from our to-do list. I never doubted that we would be thrilled with the evening, and we were not. I heard multiple compliments from our guests all evening about the food, drink and service. I would highly recommend.

This was especially important given that we planned the event remotely, and only had the opportunity to meet in person a couple of times, with the majority of communication being phone and email. Tim was responsive, organized, flexible and wonderful. He felt like a friend, not a vendor! We collaborated on a menu that perfectly nailed a "summer dinner party" feel for our tented reception on a private beach. The food was delicious, and we loved the specialty cocktail and cake that La Cuisine designed for us. The entire team was professional and on top of every detail. They worked hand-in-hand with our other vendors, which made for a seamless night…and accommodated every single request we had (which were many ;-)). 5+ stars!!

  I HIGHLY recommend La Cuisine for any event. We had Brendan and his team cater our wedding party for around 60 people in September 2017. We were impressed by what we read and saw on their website, and the reviews, and when we finally contacted them, Brendan was 100% professional, attentive, thorough, and I'd say "fluent" in how to plan and cater an event! It was the only time we had ever hosted such a large party and Brendan put us at ease instantly and was very confident in his planning of every detail. We felt very confident that he knew what he was doing, and that's exactly how it all played out. The party went off perfectly! The food and service were EXCELLENT. All of our friends and family, mostly from New York City and surrounding areas, were very impressed. He knew exactly how to approach every little detail that came up, and followed through with everything exactly how he said he would. He coordinated our large tent, and all of the tables, seating, etc, and all of the food and bar service. He also visited our event site (private home in Guilford CT) multiple times to scout it out, and fine tune some details. If your event is anywhere near La Cuisine, I'd highly recommend their services. Thank you Brendan!!!

Micheal was very attentive and didn't mind that my mother and I tweaked many small details on the menu even late into the planning stages. Micheal made it clear that it was very important to him that the catering at my wedding turn out exactly as I pictured. We met with Micheal in person several times (and experienced the fantastic La Cuisine fare each time!) as well as active communication via email. I cannot say enough good things about Micheal and his staff. On the wedding day itself, I lost track of the number of guests who told us how incredible the food was. From the soup shots and fancy grill cheese sandwiches during the cocktail hour, to the multiple course family style dinner meal, to the dessert bar, everything was fantastic! Micheal and his staff were fantastic throughout the event! If you are looking for a caterer to make your wedding (or any other event!) everything you were hoping, I highly recommend La Cuisine. Fantastic service, delicious food, and very reasonable costs for full service catering with setup and cleanup included.   Overall, I would define Brendan and the team at La Cuisine as highly competent in and passionate about their craft. You need both to succeed. Absolutely recommend his company for wedding or any special event catering.

  One thing to keep in mind is that caterers can't read your minds, and so it takes more than one meeting to figure out your preferences or help you define it. From my first interaction to the last with Brendan, he was always engaged in understanding our preferences, making suggestions along the way when required, in order to narrow down our menu and meet budget constraints. It's a collaborative process made less stressful by his enthusiasm, knowledge and desire for a successful event. We commissioned our cake with Brendan, only requiring one tweak to get the flavor to our liking. In the end, we were beyond happy with the results (both flavor and presentation), with numerous guests complimenting the food and the cake.

  As part of the planning process, Brendan did a venue walk-through with us and our coordinator. He made some important suggestions about table arrangement and the timing of different service elements in order for us to have a relaxed pace (which was important). It's clear he's done this before and knows what pitfalls to avoid to ensure proper service. During the actual evening, he and his captain ran the event smoothly, with his staff cheerful and attentive.
  
  Brendan has an uncanny ability to articulate how a food element tastes or about the uncompromising level of service from his team all the way to the final minute of the event that one may be worried that he's selling a dream. But he did deliver what he promised and no doubt does it on a regular basis. Our experience shows that he conducts himself forthrightly, sealed with an honest New England handshake. As the biggest ticket item of a wedding, you'd be in safe, expert hands with La Cuisine

  La Cuisine was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Our wedding was July 8th- and over a week later, I am STILL getting compliments from our guests on the food and the catering staff. Tim is great- he did everything we asked for and more. He understood our vision, and made sure we felt at ease with the process leading up to the big day- even assisting as a go-between with the rental company (we had an outdoor event). Not only was the food delicious- the presentation was beautiful, and the staff was BEYOND professional and attentive to our every need. I was so impressed with how Brenda took the lead, and was one of the most pleasant people we have ever dealt with. In all honesty, I would recommend La Cuisine over and over again. Big thanks to Tim, Brenda, and the rest of the team- thank you for being so great on our big day!!!

  We are so grateful to Tim & the La Cuisine team for making our wedding planning process and catering so seamless and worry-free. First, the food is amazing! We had a Mediterranean Chicken which was deliciously moist and flavorful! The veggie dish was inventive, not the typical pasta or side of vegetables. Everyone could not stop talking about the meal! The servers were all very professional, helpful and prompt and the bartenders were so sweet, making sure that I had easy access to whatever I needed. The whole wedding was flawless!

  We give our highest recommendation for Tim McNamara and the entire La Cuisine Catering crew. Our New England November wedding was flawless thanks to the ongoing hard work and close attention to detail from Tim. Throughout our year engagement, Tim was professional and courteous. He was super responsive to emails, always getting back to us within a couple of hours. He kept us constantly in the loop, offering constructive suggestions throughout the planning period. He was promptly on time for all phone or in-person meetings. He welcomed a food tasting with not only ourselves, but both sets of parents, and really listened to all our nit picky feedback on the entrée selections, and our vision for appetizers, a raw bar, and a festive signature cocktail. In the days just prior to the wedding when stress was running high, Tim offered an ever-calm approach in accurately confirming details, accepting our updated seating plans and meal selection counts. On our wedding day, his staff handled our 160 guests flawlessly. There was a continuous flow of passed hor doeuvres. The wait staff was very responsive to the needs of our guests, yet they blended into the background and allowed everyone to just enjoy the evening. The table and venue décor was arranged beautifully. The raw bar was a highlight, with an impressive display! The entrees were passed in a timely and flawless manner, arriving hot, and the French-inspired cuisine was out of this world! Tim really listened to our requests to have Maryland style crab cakes, braised short ribs, and an eggplant pesto white bean vegetarian dish. The food was fresh, made with local ingredients, and had such a beautiful presentation that looked like something out of a fancy magazine! He catered to our gluten and dairy free guest needs as well. We never had an official wedding coordinator, but Tim fulfilled that role, beautifully orchestrating every step of the evening. We received so many compliments that the evening was just magical.

  La Cuisine is truly an amazing catering company. I started speaking with Brendan and his team over 9 months before our wedding. Over the course of that 9 months, we slowly developed what would become the perfect menu to fit our perfect wedding. I want to emphasize slowly in a good way - I never felt overwhelmed or pressured when working with Brendan; he would submit a proposal with this thoughts and ideas and if I felt/thought something completely different, he would turn around and make my vision become a reality. Almost all of his ideas, however, were perfection. It was clear that he was listening to us throughout the entire process. Brendan and his team at La Cuisine truly cared about what we wanted. This even carried over to our wedding day - Brendan's team set up and executed the most perfect cocktail party! We wanted an uninterrupted afternoon for all of our guests to enjoy themselves so we nixed the sit down dinner for upscale finger foods that people could enjoy as they went. We started with passed hors d'oeuvres (tuna tar tar wonton crisps, bacon wrapped short rib, aranchini, and tomato/mozz skewers) and then shortly after opened 3 food stations (3 different slides w/ fries; 3 different flat breads and one with cheese, crackers, and fruit) for people to munch on all afternoon. Everything was so perfect, there was barely anything to clean up - our guests were talking about the food for weeks! This one-stop-show even created a wedding cake we would never forget. Going on only basic instruction from me, the bakers crafted an simple yet classic presentation cake of vanilla and chocolate layers with the most amazing whipped buttercream frosting I have ever had (chocolate buttercream on the inside and traditional buttercream on the outside)! La Cuisine is a very well rounded catering company that will make your wedding day one to remember. I highly recommend Brendan and his team at La Cuisine to any bride and groom that love food as much as my husband and I do!

  We worked with Michael at La Cuisine to plan our wedding. We wanted a BBQ style wedding, and La Cuisine delivered. The BBQ was absolutely delicious, and Michael despite his Texan instincts, worked with us to make sure there were enough equally delicious veggies on the table!   I have been working with Micheal directly. My wedding has very specific requirements for the caterer at the venue and he has been fantastic! The tasting and notes were all flawlessly simple. The chef took all of our concerns and wants into account when creating our menu.

It was an unusual setting for a wedding- under a tent on a not so easy to access property (it was muddy because it was raining all week). However the whole team did a spectacular job- from Micheal (the event coordinator working for La Cuisine), to the chefs and service staff- the event went smoothly and the food was delicious and fresh! Guests were definitely impressed. Recommend!!!

  It was fantastic! The food was fantastic and Betsy was wonderful to work with. Even with the rain pouring down the day before, she was there to calm me (the bride).
