    My experience at Jillian's was wonderful! As a bride who used to work at David's Bridal many moons ago, I knew I didn't want the DB bride experience (though I was plenty grateful for the paycheck at the time). I was the only bride in the boutique on the morning that I went to Jillian's, and the service that Olivia provided was personalized to me and my mom. They always responded to emails fast, and were true to their word. We purchased an Allure gown, a belt, and a veil, which were all fantastic quality. I ended up going with the first dress I tried on, and was never pressured to try anything else on. I was very, very happy with my Jillian's experience, and would refer any bride to go there to find their dress!

    O.M.G I can not say enough about how helpful the ladies at Jillian's are! They made purchasing a dress from another state extremely easy and were more than patient and beyond helpful!! Olivia is amazing to work with and I recommend them to any bride!!!! Thank you ladies so much!!!!! May your business continue to be blessed!     I couldn't be more pleased with Jillian's Bridal Loft! After countless shops and trying many dresses on, I finally found the dress at Jillian's! The professional yet comfortable atmosphere put me at ease, and they allowed me to stay as long as I liked. They found the perfect dress for me within the first 10 minutes! Go to Jillian's!

    Jillian's Bridal Loft was my first and only experience for finding my wedding dress. I get overwhelmed very easily and had no idea WHAT I had planned for my wedding dress to look like but Amber made it so easy, fun, and relaxing for me. I was her last appointment of the evening and she even stayed longer than normal to help me find my dress and to have that special experience every person should have. Amber does a fantastic job at what she does and you can tell she enjoys every minute of it. I thank her for the great experience my family and I had and cannot wait to go back for my wedding party! Thank you, Amber & Jillian's Bridal Loft for letting me say 'Yes' to my dress!

    I had a great experience with Jillian's Bridal Loft finding my bridesmaid dresses. They had a great selection and they told me about all the different colors available in certain styles, etc. It wasn't stressful and I had a lot of fun trying on and deciding on bridesmaid dresses. I picked out the dress for my bridesmaids and all they had to do was call in and tell Jillian's their measurements. Jillian's placed the order and all of the dresses came back great! One bridesmaid had even given measurements that didn't sound right, so Jillian's called me to check (which was really helpful)! They were great to work with and the dresses turned out beautifully!

    Libby is amazing. She went out of her way not only to find a loaner dress that was similar to the one I wanted, but to also get it to the shop on time for my appointment when the company was giving her the run around. My dress shopping experience was AMAZING. Libby knows what she is doing and is great at matching dresses with personalities. Libby responds immediately to emails and phone messages. My dress has been ordered and is on its way. I'm getting my bridesmaids dresses from Jillian's Bridal Loft too. I strongly suggest that Cary/Raleigh brides book an appointment at this salon as we all know how horrible the salons in our are treat brides. Libby totally rocks!

    We were so impressed with Jillian's Bridal! We were in desperate need of bridesmaid dresses and had already gone to other boutiques to look at a few and did not have much luck at all. We made a last minute appointment, but Libby was so flexible and willing to work with us. From the moment we walked in, we had her attention and service. She was so patient and kind, very understanding, and so helpful! I would absolutely recommend going to this boutique! It was an amazing experience!

    Jillian's Bridal Loft is the hidden gem in the Charlotte region. I am SO impressed by the services we received from this bridal boutique. Libby is the hardest working bridal consultant ever! She worked diligently to make sure all the wedding day attire and finishing touches were perfect! Her communication was impeccable, and she was the easiest person to talk to. She never once imposed her opinion and always found a solution to any problem that arose during my time as a client with her. My husband loved her too! Nothing I threw at her phased her. Libby is so good, I ordered my wedding dress from a picture I saw online, and she was kind enough to do a "mock fitting", putting two different dresses together to similate how the real dress would look on me. When the dress came, not only was the sizing PERFECT, the dress looked absolutely AMAZING on me. I was truly overwhelmed with our experience with Jillian's Bridal Loft. I would not recommed any other bridal boutique in Charlotte area!

    By the way, this is truly an appointment only bridal boutique, so you have the boutique to yourself and your bridal party to shop, relax, and sip wine if you like. What more can I say!

    I really enjoyed my experience at Jillian's Bridal Loft. From the moment I walked through the door to the shop, everything ran smoothly. Amber was very knowledgeable about the dresses, and gave me the time and attention I felt I deserved when making such a huge decision. I never felt rushed, and I loved that she showed such enthusiasm for finding my perfect dress as I did. It was never hard to get in touch with anyone there; I never had to chase anyone down, or fight to get an appointment time when I needed one. I felt there was a great selection of dresses for both bride and bridesmaid, which was great. The alterations team was also top notch, doing an excellent job making my dress fit perfectly, and doing it within the time frame I needed. I would definitely recommend this shop to any future bride who's looking to find her perfect dress!

    When I went to Jillian's I found a beautiful dress. They told me it was one price when it was advertised for another. The salesperson reluctantly gave me the dress for the advertised price. Also when I was trying on dresses I did not feel that my experience was important. I felt like the consultant's attitude was that she didn't care whether or not I bought a dress and was happy. The consultant left me in my tiny dressing room, for what seemed like forever after trying on the last dress I had picked out, before asking if I would like to come back out in my last pick. When she had left I was under the impression she was bringing another dress. I did purchase my dress from there because it is the dress of my dreams. Although I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

    When my dress came in they did not call me. I had to call them after waiting over 6 months for my dress to come in. When it did come in it was so big that they had to take it in all over the place. I had not lost any weight at this time. I belive that I was measured incorrectly and it ended up costing nearly 400 dollars in alterations. The alterations associates were very surprised that the dress was so big. When I initially asked how much alterations would cost during my dress purchase I was told unless you are getting something major it should only be around 175.

    I also purchased a headband to go along with my dress and they said it would only take a couple of weeks. When I went in for my dress fitting a month later I asked about my headband. The consultant said it was on backorder and would be in before my wedding. I think that she should've had the decency to call me and let me know.

    I have the dress of my dreams now. My shopping experience could have been better and overall if I had to do it all over gain I would go to a differnt bridal shop.

    My wedding dress shopping experience was not at all what I expected it to be. Their bridal consultant was great and very upbeat, but the woman behind the counter looks like she'd rather be anywhere else, and she acts that way as well. Her customer service was not great. I wish they had more of a selection as well. WARNING: Do not use their alterations company, Dulce Alterations. They ruined my dress, and I ended up going to a shop in Locust to buy a completely new dress. Overall, I did not have a good experience here.

    First off this is my 2nd wedding.
    I was married for 36 years and my husband passed away. I wanted this to be a special experience. The sales lady was very nice, however she failed to tell me that I could not get a refund. This dress was on the rack and is still in the store. I have never taken possession of the dress and they refuse to give a refund. Will not answer my calls. I have left 4 messages and been to the store, but cannot get the owner to respond. My next step is a lawyer and channel 9 news oh and the better business bureau.

    I ended up finding my dream wedding dress and it looked great on my wedding day, however, I would never go back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone. My experience with them was very stressful. The tailors are very dishonest. You have to exactly know how the dress should look like, otherwise they will send you home with a dress that does not fit you well. They did not do their job correctly. I had to go back twice and pay extra each time until the dress finally fit well. I ended up paying twice as much they quoted the first time. I told them about my concern and they said they didn't care.

    If you are shopping for any dress that is special to you...RUN! I ordered 5 bridesmaid (all different styles) dresses in June for my November wedding. Jillian's actually didn't have the dresses we were looking for but the Sales Manager "wanted" our business and offered to get the dresses we were going to get down the road at a cheaper rate. I thought, "Well, this is a no brainer." TWO months later, I received a call from the manager saying that there was a few problems with the order (some of the style numbers were not available for her to get.) Frustrated but understanding, I chose something different within 24 hours of this notice. ETA of dresses was beginning of September. The date rolled around and I never heard anything so I called. The associate said the dresses had been shipped and would be in in a few days. I called back, and the associate said they they had never been shipped so I of course, frustrated again, asked to speak to the owner. I spoke with Vito, the owner, who informed me that he had fired the manager that was working with us. He said that I "stole" the dresses from him and he was unable to make profit on the dress. He was rude and condescending.He yelled and lectured me for an hour. He said if I didn't pay a$25 a dress ($125 total) for rush shipping, that he wouldn't order the dresses at all. And if I decided to get social media involved, that he wouldn't order them at all. My wedding was less than 2 months away and my choices were limited to get dresses for my girls. SO, I unhappily paid the $125. I thought it couldn't get worse until my dresses arrived. They were ALL short when they were supposed to be long (for my November wedding), one was the wrong color, 2 had the wrong color flowers on them, and one was a completely different dress. I wanted to know how Jillian's Bridal Loft was going to rectify this horrible situation. The end result was that Vito had no reasonable resolution to offer. Avoid a crisis and shop elsewhere.

    A total disappointment working with this salon. I had to track down my gown because they lost it/ misplaces it when it came in. I recieved no calls or updates. When I called no one could answer my questions and I was told blatant lies over a two week period as I tried to track down my gown. The situation escalated to the owner who would not even take responsibility for the mistakes of his staff and store, he was completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this shop or any of those owned by this man.
