We are so glad we chose this venue for our wedding! The food was incredible with great options during the tasting, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The bar selection was also fantastic and we especially loved the signature drinks that they created for us. The space itself was gorgeous and the views of the bridge and the deck made for an unforgettable backdrop. The getting ready room was accessible early and is perfectly located next to the reception area so we could easily access throughout the night. Even though we didn’t really need any extra decor since the space was so beautiful, they set up all of our personal touches perfectly. The team was super friendly throughout, and Sammie was amazing to work with and always willing to find solutions. While there were a few stressful communication gaps toward the end, everything came together beautifully. It’s certainly not a cheap venue, but we felt it was great value compared to other spots in Newport. Overall, a stunning location with excellent food and service that we highly recommend!

From our initial tour through checking out the morning after our wedding, Colleen and her staff could not have possibly been more knowledgeable and accommodating. We always felt to taken care of by the Omni staff. Chef David was also excited by the challenge of creating a fully bespoke vegan menu for us and the results were incredible. As icing on the cake, we also can attest that the Omni provides an incredible value compared to other local venues, its hard to overstate how much bang for our buck we got. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

We loved having our June 2024 wedding at Gardiner House! I think we were one of the first weddings booked since the hotel opened, and we ended up doing a last minute switch from another venue to Gardiner House because we liked it so much when we came to Newport and explored. We liked working with their team; they were organized, efficient and on the day of everything went off without a hitch!! We loved how unique and ideal the location is, right on the water and walkable from most downtown Newport restaurants, and brand new! GH let us use all the vendors we wanted, were flexible on rules/pricing/headcount in a way we really appreciated and the space is GORGEOUS, so design-forward and luxurious!! We did the ceremony on the lawn outside, in addition to cocktail hour, and then the reception in their ballroom with an informal after party after in the studio bar. All our guests loved the space so much, we got so many compliments, and the wedding felt very elegant and classic Newport! The GH restaurant Flora had not opened yet when we had our wedding, so we can't wait to go back and visit to check out the restaurant space and relive the wedding energy. Highly recommend!!

We had the most incredible experience at our wedding venue, thanks in large part to our amazing coordinator, Elaine. The space was absolutely beautiful and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the day feel seamless. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, but just before the ceremony, it began to rain. Elaine quickly stepped in and worked with our vendors to move everything indoors and somehow made it just as beautiful, if not more. I truly wouldn’t change a thing. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still raving about the late-night pizza, which was such a fun touch! Elaine was so thoughtful and attentive throughout the day. She even captured one of my favorite photos of us walking back up the aisle. We’re so grateful for such an unforgettable experience.

The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the bar service kept the energy high and the celebration flowing. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the **unmatched level of service**. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. They anticipated needs before we even voiced them and made the entire day feel effortless. Working with **Elise and her team** was an absolute dream. From the initial planning stages to the final moments of the reception, they made the entire process seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. Elise’s communication, expertise, and calm confidence put us completely at ease. She took the time to understand our vision and then executed it flawlessly. Her team mirrored her dedication, making everything run smoothly and beautifully. Our wedding day was everything we imagined and so much more, and The Graduate played a huge role in making that possible. We couldn’t recommend this venue—or Elise and her incredible team—more highly. It was truly a perfect experience from start to finish.

I went there along with my bridal party to get our hair and make up done. They did such an amazing job! Elena did my hair and she really made it perfect! My hair stayed for the whole day despite the hot weather! Thank you! Also, Katie did my make up and she did a fantastic job! She made it look beautiful and natural at the same time! I can’t thank the hair stylists and make up artists there enough! They made everyone look amazing! Everyone left happy!

When my husband and I decided to plan our wedding, we knew we wanted something small in a unique venue. We also knew we wanted to have our wedding where we met-in Providence, RI. The Hotel Providence was the PERFECT choice! Venue The venue itself is stunning and unique. Our ceremony was held on the gorgeous rooftop terrace, where staff accommodated our request for a rooftop bar for before and during the ceremony. The main dining room was the perfect location for our reception. With access to the restaurant space and the courtyard, too, our guests had plenty of room to dance, drink, mingle, and enjoy the summer weather. Food & Drink One thing we were really amazed by was the amount of food and food options we had. From hearty food stations and appetizers down to much-needed late night snacks, the food was rolling out all night. The best part was that it was all delicious! The drinks were made well and readily available all night. Staff From the initial planning stages to the last song of our wedding night, Kate and Emily handled every detail and helped make our wedding perfect and stress-free. They coordinated drop off from other vendors, helped us make (and keep) a timeline, and incorporate fun extras, like a cigar bar and cornhole for the courtyard and a kids' activity table for the youngest guests. They answered our countless questions and always made us feel like we were the only clients they had. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even making sure to deliver a slice fo wedding cake to the rooms of a few young guests who didn't make it to cake cutting time. The bartenders went above and beyond, even offering to go to a nearby liquor store to purchase the groom's beer of choice when it was revealed that it was replaced by a comparable beer that we had not requested. The Hotel Providence helped this visionless bride create the the most perfect setting for the most perfect day. It is without hesitation that I would not only recommend the Hotel Providence for any special event but would also happily host another event here in the future!

This venue is fantastic! The space is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. Christine went above and beyond to ensure our collaboration for a bat mitzvah client was perfect. Her willingness to help with every detail, no matter how small, made the entire planning process stress-free. She is a true professional and passionate about her work. Highly recommend!

My husband and I became engaged right in the middle of the pandemic. Despite this, Kate responded quickly to all of my emails and when I was getting nervous about guidelines/restrictions related to covid, she would look for a time to talk and she helped reassure me on the phone. The Renaissance made our ballroom wedding come true and my husband and I fell in love with the look of our reception. From the bistro lights included in our package to the cocktail hour, everyone loved it and commented so much on how beautiful everything looked. We have so many great things to say about this venue and truly feel blessed that we were able to have our wedding at the Renaissance and customize what we were looking for. Thank you Kate and everyone at the Renaissance for a wonderful night and experience!

The team at the Crowne Plaza helped ensure our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more! Guests were captivated by our ceremony in the Atrium, well fed with both dinner and a late night snack, and enjoyed staying the night after the party was over. Lelia was incredibly responsive to ALL my emails and helped ensure every little detail was executed as we had discussed. She coordinated with all our vendors to truly pull off our dream wedding! We stayed in the parlor suite at the hotel for a few days and that was also very worth it. I highly recommend this venue for anyone with a good size family, lots of people traveling, and looking for beautiful indoor event spaces.
