Facilities and Capacity
The romantic settings at Meadow Brook Inn include both indoor and outdoor spaces. Originally constructed in the early 1900s, the venue and grounds showcase a timeless style. Ceremonies can begin in the gardens, which feature a brook, lush vegetation, and lofty trees. It can accommodate up to 160 witnesses to the occasion. From here, couples and their loved ones can move to the Lawn for cocktail hour. Guests may soak in the garden sights while playing games and enjoying hors d'oeuvres. Then, couples, the wedding party, and attendees can adjourn to the ballroom, which has space for 160 people. Chandeliers and crystal sconces illuminate this versatile space, which also features large windows and neutral hues that encourage natural light. Also located on the grounds is the Lounge, which can be used for weddings with less than 50 guests. It is suited to rehearsal dinners, photo sessions, and works an overflow area as well.
Services Offered
Only one event is held at Meadow Brook Inn at a time, ensuring that each couple’s wedding receives undivided attention. The venue offers a number of all-inclusive packages covering many of the day’s details. China, flatware, tables, chairs, linens, and more are among the elements that are included. A dance floor is available as well, and the light fixtures in the ballroom are adjustable to set the right mood when the dancing starts. The event coordinator can also assist with organizing the logistics. Catering and bar packages are offered to complete the dining experience, with an included tasting session.

Spectacular, Magical Experience
Magical winter wonderland venue!
Marisa & Gabe are the best! We just had our wedding there 12.11.21 and it was so beautiful, I'm still in awe.
The grounds & reception room were flawless, everyone was psyched about how delicious the food was (and how MUCH there was!) and Brian (who was, essentially, in charge of me & my husband for the day) was super kind, patient and helpful, along with every other member of the staff. Everyone was pleasant and efficient and smiling.
They were so accommodating and the pictures outside are breathtaking! They did an fantastic job setting up all of our decorations, making sure we stayed on schedule throughout the night, and packing everything up at the end of it all! They even offer a late night snack menu- which my guests LOVED. If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further; Meadow Brook Inn is the place to have your wedding!
