Overall, the men looked handsome in their tux on our wedding day. However, for the price of the Tux, we expected them to fit perfectly. Our initial experience was great. The owner was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. We were referred by a friend of ours who used Aldo’s services before and had no complaints. A day or two prior to the wedding, all the men went to Aldo’s to pick up / try on their tux. At that time, Aldo fixed anything that needed to be fixed or asked to come back later to pick up the correct size. However, on the wedding date, many of the Tux did not fit properly. It seemed as if most of the shirts were too long, or their Tux jackets were too short. Also, many of their pants seemed on the shorter end. The biggest issue was the best man being “Plus” size. It was heartbreaking to see him struggle on the wedding day to button his white shirt. All the black buttons kept popping off and he could not button his tux jacket closed. I have no idea how Aldo let him leave the store with that Tux or why he did not decline us up front if he did not have a Tux big enough.

I had a great experience at Spark. I felt welcome from the moment I walked into the store, and I really enjoyed working with Laura. She is both kind and professional and most importantly, listened to what I wanted. The sample dresses are treated immaculately, which makes a huge difference when trying them on. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, but I did appreciate it when they stayed open after closing so I could return later the same day to buy my dress. Overall I a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dress or bridal accessories!
