If anyone is wondering if they should get their hair and makeup professionally for their wedding, I would give them a resounding ‘yes!’ And I would recommend Portland Makeup and Hair! I simply **adored** my time with Bri. She was responsive, she worked with me on a payment plan, and she has incredible talent! I felt beautiful on my wedding day and Bri helped see to my vision and enabled that happen.

Powder Inc. was a DREAM to work with. Nicole did my mom’s, sisters’, and my makeup for my wedding; Karina did their hair. From day one, Powder Inc. was responsive to any questions I had. They were so kind, so professional, and made all of us feel like our best selves. I’d recommend them 100 times over.

I LOVED working with Style Me PDX for my wedding day. Ashley was amazing to work with, open to changing what I was looking for, and adapting when needed. My hair and makeup held up fantastically through the whole day, and through nearly 100-degree weather. Ashley and her team are kind and understanding. I highly recommend them for your wedding or for your next event!

Rayna Thomas was and is an amazing makeup artist. She is professional, flexible and provided great value. My makeup was absolutely beautiful. First I met with her and she tested out a look for me. She suggested I wear fake eyelashes because they show up better on film/photos. She talked with me about what I wanted and how the photos would look vs. in person. I tested out some photos and her makeup did look amazing, I even got a ton of compliments, but I preferred to look and feel more natural. Rayna offered to test out a more natural look for me. I really liked the look we settled on, and I even used her waxing service to clean up my brows. On the day of my wedding Rayna came to my house. She was prompt and prepared to do my makeup. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed, but she is an efficient artist. She is very exact and careful, and also gave me pointers for how to make the look last through the night. I had never had my makeup professionally done and Rayna put me at ease. She truly made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt. I looked like a princess. She was so flexible that she also was able to work with my mom and sister to do a quick makeup look for a decent price. They looked absolutely beautiful as well. I will tell you that Rayna's services are worth every penny and more. She will go above and beyond to make you look and feel beautiful. Her work, whether for a wedding or a high fashion event, is the best I have ever seen. She is a true artist in every sense of the word.

Analisa and her team that included Heidi, Daralyn, and Abeni were wonderful at our daughter's wedding and we are grateful for their exceptional work. All the adjustments we asked for after the trials were considered and on the day of the wedding our makeup and hair could not look better. Heidi created a beautiful hairstyle for the bride that was not only beautiful but also held up flawlessly for the entire wedding day. All the artists were very skillful and pleasant to work for. The team arrived at the venue promptly on time and delivered wonderful hair and makeup artistry and service to the entire bridal party and bride's and groom's moms. We highly recommend Wildflower Co. as skilled hair and makeup professionals for your wedding vendors team.

LOVED working w/ Caitlyn and Gretchen for my wedding! My mom and I did a trial months in advance, since I live out of state, and then had various follow up calls thereafter. We loved our trial and locked in the wedding day appt immediately. We opted to have them travel to our hotel to do all of the wedding party's makeup and bride +mother's of the bride/groom hair and makeup. They were so nice, open to ideas and visions of the party, created a relaxed environment and did an phenomenal job on all of us. I even changed how I wanted my hair days before and Caitlyn was more than open to doing whatever I wanted with my hair. They have full or mini make-ups (eyes and lips primarily) which was a nice option for my wedding party and saved a lot of time, and cost, for the wedding party. I opted for the full makeup the ONLY downside is that initially we would call through the front desk to confirm times, costs, number of people and how to schedule, etc and it took often days-week and/or multiple calls back to get your answer. One of the ladies and i exchanged phone numbers which made it much easier to communicate what was needed for our out-of-salon appointments. I just made sure not to abuse it!! GREAT Price esp for what I had seen out there and couldn't have asked for better people to work with. Make is easy on yourself and pay the extra $100 for them to travel to you so you don't have to stress about it!

I do not have enough kind words to say about Whitney. She was able to take the vision I had in my head for, not only my engagement photos but also my wedding day, and bring it all to fruition. She was flexible when it came to scheduling, she was attentive when I spoke to her about what I was looking for, and she was always punctual when it came to her arrival as well as the wedding day timeline. On my wedding day, she not only completed my look, but also the look of 5 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law; all on her own and without a hitch. Additionally, she went above and beyond by helping me with my wedding day timeline when I was struggling to complete it. I would 100% recommend her to any bride.

Summer Cranford is just a blessing to be around! She did 12 girls hair for my wedding, with ease, professionalism and fun!! She is a gem, and true artist in the realm of hair styling!

Are you looking for a makeup artist for your wedding? Well stop because Vicky is exactly who you need! I have never felt so beautiful than on my wedding day and Vicky had such a huge part in that. I am someone who doesn’t like the feeling of makeup on my face and having had my makeup done professionally in the past I was worried about this. Vicky listened and heard my concerns, studied my reference photos, and delivered the most beautiful soft, pink, makeup look! Not only did she do the most amazing job on my makeup she also did my sister, sister in law, mother, mother in law, and grandmother in law. Everyone looked so incredibly beautiful and my sister even told me she wished Vicky could do her makeup everyday! Thank you so much Vicky!!

I can’t say enough good things about Christina and Eye Shine Beauty - she was SO sweet throughout my trial run and all the way up to the day of the wedding, even after. Christina made me feel so beautiful! My makeup stayed put (including my lashes) until 3am when I finally went to bed! I didn’t even want to remove it because it looked SO good! Christina really knows what she’s doing and treated me with so much care on the day of my wedding. As soon as she left I cried from being so overwhelmed with joy and excitement and my makeup didn’t budge! She’s so amazing and as sweet as can be. I wish she could do my makeup everyday!
