Choosing Separk as my venue was the best wedding choice I made. Transparency if pricing, in house vendors, and the wedding planning services were phenomenal. It rained in my big day and the staff did a fantastic job adjusting to the weather. I cannot recommend Separk and their staff enough.

Everything we requested of the Courtyard by Marriott in Gastonia, NC was provided. The facility was very clean and the staff was always professional. Our guests enjoyed their stay and have returned to the Courtyard for other trips since their first visit at the wedding. The event coordinator did an excellent job meeting our needs.

Our son and daughter-in-law were married in New Orleans this past November 2021. Knowing that many of our friends and family would not be able to make the long trip to New Orleans, we decided to have a New Orleans themed pre-Wedding Party to celebrate the upcoming nuptials! We chose Gaston Country Club as the venue for our August 13, 2021 celebration! From start to finish, the party was way beyond expectation! Everything was fabulous - the food and beverages (including the signature cocktails), the service, the aesthetic and atmosphere!

Our Bible fellowship group of approximately 225 people recently held a three day event here. Everything about our event was handled to perfection. We worked with the director of sales and catering, Ivy Honeycutt. She was extremely accommodating for our specific requests and spent time showing us around their beautiful facility and then helping us design the room setup and our meal planning. Each day of our event, the meals were delicious and way beyond our expectations! The buffet was arranged artfully with polished stainless steel chafing dishes, china plates and cloth-wrapped silverware. The wait staff was very nice and attentive, alway keeping the food filled and removing our plates promptly as each one finished. There was also plenty of good quality tea and coffee. We highly recommend this conference center and we will definitely return!

From the moment we started working with her, Stacy was right there with us — answering every question, calming every concern, and thinking ten steps ahead at all times. She left nothing unturned. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made the planning process feel so much smoother than we ever imagined. By the time our wedding day rolled around, we didn’t feel stressed or unsure — we felt ready, because we knew Stacy had everything handled. There wasn’t a single moment of second-guessing or worry over the little things. She had already taken care of them. What makes it even more special is that we didn’t just find a venue coordinator — we truly felt like we found a friend in Stacy. Her kindness, patience, and passion for what she does shine through in every interaction. If you're looking for a breathtaking venue with an exceptional team who truly cares about your big day, look no further than Homestead Events at the Loray Mill. I would recommend them a thousand times over. Thank you, Stacy and the entire team, for giving us the day of our dreams!

I want to first thank the Hilton Garden Inn for making my wedding day the best day of my life. The customer service, food and atmosphere is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to have an elongated event. I want to thank the Food and Beverage staff for their service and making sure our food was fresh and hot. I saw everyone working together to pull this event off which caught the attention of my family wanting to do other events at your property. Your sales team constantly reassured me that they would accommodate every detail and they did. Forever a customer and greatly pleased! Jamie, Shawn, Gina and Daylon worked well together and I will continue to use the hotel for any event my family decides to have. Thank you so much again
