Services & Amenities
Our all-inclusive wedding packages vary in price largely depending on your guest numbers and the choices you make with respect to food, beverage, and florals. These packages typically include the following services and amenities:
- All planning, coordination, and direction for the ceremony and reception
- Day-of assistant and access to wedding planner in the weeks/months prior to event
- This individual partners with you to make all choices and solidify details
- Directed rehearsal practice the evening before the wedding
- 15 member staff to attend to your guests throughout the event
- Provision for bride and bridesmaids to dress two hours prior to event in bridal suite (hair & makeup is done off-site prior to arrival)
- Early photo session for bride and bridesmaids
- 6-passenger luxury electric golf carts to transport your guests from lower parking
- On-site parking for bridesmaids, parents, grandparents, and handicapped
- Drivers and parking attendants who are present for entire event
- Hostess who greets and orients guests as they enter the wedding venue
- Full access to immaculate two-acre estate, including Charleston-bricked courtyard and 6,500 square foot home with wrap-around screen porches
- Grounds include pristine landscaping with 30-year-old magnolias, bordered by enormous holly hedgerows
- 3000 square foot white ceremonial tent sits among magnolias on hard scape
- Tent includes black & white dance floor, piqued spires, chandeliers, and cafe lighting
- Charleston-bricked courtyard is available for cocktails and outside bar
- Access to open deck and flowing screen porches with rocking chairs for guests
- Floral package to include centerpieces for dining tables, registry table, gift table, and ceremony arbor decor
- Floral also includes bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, groom/groomsmen boutonnieres, and corsages for mothers and grandmothers
- DJ & Master of Ceremonies for entire event (ceremony & reception)
- Dinner meal to include 2 meats, 2 sides, bread, and beverage
- Menu options include sirloin strips with portobello mushrooms, grilled chicken, shrimp & grits, street tacos, pasta stations, local barbecue, and much more
- Dinner also includes dessert station, real china, glassware, and servers for the evening
- Tasting scheduled with catering partner to narrow menu options
- Bar package to include beer, wine, bartenders, and full wooden bar
- Bottle of champagne for bride and groom toast
- 3 passed hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour between ceremony and reception
- Formal padded dining chairs, dining tables, buffet tables, registry table, gift table, and sweetheart table (all with floor-length linens)

Best wedding venue ever!
The Belle Crane Inn was the absolutely perfect setting for our son’s wedding, with stunning backdrops inside the historic home, on the porch, in the gardens, and on the deck and inside the tent! We loved the ability to spread out and all the wedding party and guests seemed to have the joyous, comfortable experience every bride dreams of for her special day. Mrs. Barber and her staff went the extra mile to make the day magical from the bridesmaids getting dressed to “First Look” to the happy couple’s leaving in the vintage vehicle that came complimentary with driver! The black and white tiled dance floor was just gorgeous, as were the fully blooming magnolia trees and the cool wraparound porch. Many guests rocked happily in the black Southern porch rockers that adorned the open air deck near the bar area. Our special day could not have been at a better venue.

Love this place!!
We had our wedding 10/19/2024, the venue was perfect. We met with Mrs.barber countless times before the wedding to ensure our day was perfect. I can’t recommend The Belle Crane Inn enough. Friendly staff and beautiful place!

Southern Hospitality
When you begin the search for a venue, you want a place that will give your guests a warm, welcoming feeling. From the moment that we met Margaret Barber, that was just the feeling that we got. Belle Crane Inn is a very magical place. It just oozes Southern Charm. The combination of the magnolia trees, wrap around porch, courtyard, and Mrs. Barber just feels like coming home.
It was raining the previous day and morning of the wedding. Our daughter really wanted the ceremony to be held in the courtyard rather than under the tent which was the contingency plan. Mrs. Barber and her staff pulled out all the stops to move the arbor, wipe down the chairs, squeegee the dance floor, and have everything moved from the tent to the courtyard 90 minutes before the ceremony. Everyone at Belle Crane Inn went out of their way to make sure that it was a perfect wedding. Not even an unplanned trip to the ER would slow down Mrs. Margaret! She made sure everything was done and done right! We could not have asked for a better total experience…from the planning to the execution. Go meet Mrs. Margaret, you’ll see what I mean.

Best Wedding Venue ever!
The flexibility, organization, and professionalism of Miss Barbara and her team is unmatched. From planning, to budget, to customer service I truly enjoyed my wedding day and all my guests did as well. Beautiful venue! So organized and gave me the feeling of classy, intimate and outdoors like I wanted! I would choose this venue over and over again!

Beautiful venue and amazing staff! It was the best day ever!
Everyone was so helpful and available for any of our needs. The day was perfectly directed and we had no issues with anything! I would do it all over again! It was perfect!

Hidden Gem
We are so thankful that we found this hidden gem! From our first visit, we were taken with the beauty and warmth of the home and grounds. Everything is extremely well kept and immaculate!
Mrs. Barber was so very helpful and delightful from the very beginning all the way up to the very end. She was always very prompt to answer or respond to our many calls and emails (quite a few). She was extremely helpful with any questions or decisions we needed help with.
The day of the wedding, we met all of the staff at the Belle Crane. Everyone was so extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. With all of their support, everything ran smoothly and without a hitch! We were treated like family and couldn't have asked for a better experience or people to work with.
