While we are 4 years late, as we're looking back on our photos today, it felt like a good time to finally write the review we've been procrastinating on. (Sorry!) Tracy is the best person you could have assigned to the photographer slot on your wedding checklist in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. From the moment we first met her, she started taking notes on what was important for us on our wedding, and she captured everything we could have asked for and more. A big part of our wedding was the fact that we chose to get married on a farm whose owner specializes in growing beautiful flowers. This farmer's flowers had been a hallmark of our relationship and Tracy knew that capturing this part of our wedding was not only important to us, but something we wanted to remember for the rest of our lives. She's very easygoing, and helped keep the environment relaxed and fun throughout the day. She was also very good at getting the group photos that you would want from a wedding photographer, while not taking away from the excitement of the day. Once the group photos were done, she then seamlessly transitioned into the reception and captured more genuine and candid moments than we could have hoped for. She is great, you should hire her.

Absolutely amazing! Our photos and video turned out better than we ever imagined. Professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. Highly recommend!

What can I say .. Linda was one of my best Vendors.. If not the best! Linda was the first Vendor we booked, because I knew that whenever I got married she would be my photographer.. I have seen her work through many of my previous clients, and all across the board her work was consistent... and her 'eye' is unbelievable... She captures details, and your Wedding Day, that you didn't even think could be captured.. Our Wedding day was really hot!..Linda worked through the high heat, and did not miss a beat... Many people at the Wedding commented and were so impressed with her work ethic.. I didn't even know she was around half the time, but she was right there capturing everything!.. She is amazing.. I value her talent, and craft, and I will highly recommend her for years to come..

Ross and I had some differing personality styles, but at the end of the day looking back, he really did do exactly what we paid him to do. We knew ahead of time that we were willing to put a big chunk of money into the photography, and it did end up being a pretty large percentage of the whole wedding expense, but the pictures are phenomenal. He dealt with me being kind of a pain in the butt bride pretty well :) We were coming from out of town and he did a good job meeting with us when we were available both before the wedding and afterwards. I previously submitted a review saying I was less than pleased with the way he interacted with our other vendors, but ended up finding out that it was actually the other vendors kind of covering up some of their own mistakes and that Ross worked pretty well around them and regret having said anything bad about him. Especially if you value attention to detail and fantastic quality photos of your big day, I would recommend spending the extra money and going with Ross.

although typically a graduation, sorority/fraternity function photography unit - photo specialties was referred to my by a friend - they did a great job! I wanted less posed/formal pictures and more candid shots of my guests and this was the perfect team to do that

Becci was excellent in capturing our wedding in Copenhagen. The pictures really captured our day, our love for each other and our, and our families' personalities - her candidates and her photo ideas highlighted all the best parts and added even more fun. She was personable and inquisitive, getting to know us and putting us at ease throughout. We're very grateful that we hired Becci and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to capture an important day

There is perhaps nothing more nerve racking about weddings than selecting a photographer, particularly a photographer who will understand the bride and groom as a couple, and provide a final product that will be viewed again and again over the course of a marriage. I am so thrilled to say that Jon is precisely the type of photographer that met all of our needs. Jon eagerly took on some of the challenges we threw at him, a family based, traditional engagement ceremony, formal engagement pictures in the rain, and the penultimate wedding photos. He handled each session with such ease and was so joyful. He makes you forget that you are having your photo taken and allows you to relax - which makes for stunning pictures. He also became one of the family members, we are already looking for ways to work with him again. If you are looking for a photographer that has an eye for capturing emotion and can truly tell your story from beginning to end, I HIGHLY recommend Jon. You will not be disappointed!

I absolutely loved Kathleen. She's a sweet person and was wonderful to work with. There were some things that happened out of her control but she worked tirelessly to make everything right, and to ensure we had the very best for our wedding. Can't wait to see the rest of our pictures.

From the beginning, Julie was more than willing to work with my husband and I when it came to packages and timing on our wedding day! She was an absolute blast to work with and made my big day that much better with how kind she was and how fun she made the pictures as well. If I could pick from a million different photographers, I would pick Julie again, hands down. We will be returning to her for my maternity pictures as well :)

They (Clay and Dani) are such a lovely couple and really made our day special and have given us photos that will live with us forever. The dream team duo!
