We had Kristin shoot our wedding. She did a fantastic job!

We had a small ceremony at a local place (Carriage House in Chapel Hill). Kristin was patient with our group and the schizophrenic weather. Because of the weather (tropical storm Nicole coming through that day producing light rain on and off for an outdoor wedding) my wife told me on the way home tat we were going to have to retake everything because she wouldn’t have her pictures in which she looked like a “drowned rat.” Kristin told her to be patient and everything would be fine.

Lo and behold, Kristin was right and all the pictures were fantastic! Our favorite ones are some of her candids she caught.

She is professional and personable. I think she’s be perfect for calm brides as well as the nervous type.

Highly recommend and will use her again!

Kristin deserves so much praise for her work! We had a great experience with her. First - she was very organized. As a bride, there is so much to do that is unknown. She had a systematic way to prepare for the wedding day that really covered everything. Second - she truly cares about the couple and their experience. From the first time meeting at the engagement session, we really enjoyed getting to know each other. And in doing so, her creativity provided so many great ideas for photos. I also had a really difficult situation with my dress. When Kristin found out, she did all she could to help. It meant so much to me. And on the wedding day, she was so helpful and great to work with. My dad did wedding photography for over 20 years. He complimented how wonderfully she worked with a large crowd and how gracefully she captured photos of the event. We will definitely be reaching out to her again for other events in the future. Great person, wonderful artist!!

Kristin is amazing! She did our engagement photos as well as photograph our wedding. She has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable and it really helped me loosen up for photos. She is also awesome at candid shots - we got some great dancing/action photos. She is really good at what she does and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.
