Wedding Venues in Cape Cod

My husband and I got married on July 11, 2025 at Waverly Oaks! From the moment we went and toured in January 2024, we knew Waverly was where we wanted to get married. Lindsey is PHENOMENAL - incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and didn't miss one single detail. We expected some hiccups along the way and on the actual wedding day, but to be honest, there was NOT one thing that went wrong. Everything was PERFECT. We cannot recommend Waverly enough!!! The space, aesthetic, organization, food, attentiveness - Waverly is the best!

CBI is the quintessential Cape Cod wedding venue. We had a Sunday wedding- our guests arrived around Friday and the perfect weather allowed for us to use the property/pool with our guests. We had drinks next to the fireplace, and I frequented the spa twice throughout our stay. It is so close to main street and beaches, our guests really got to experience all Chatham has to offer. From a wedding perspective, the event manager was a little difficult to work with at the beginning, but once our questions were answered and our vision was put on paper, we felt comfortable moving forward. We had our event manager switch jobs about 6 months before our wedding day, but got assigned another one that ended up working out. I do recommend hiring a separate planner for a wedding at this location (We used Cape Cod Celebrations) as the event manager here will detail out your wedding for you, but it was definitely necessary to have another person helping us out. It was never made clear to us where the bride/party gets ready when we originally booked; (this isn't a typical wedding venue in this regard), however, if you are looking here, I HIGHLY recommend booking the suite (Room 36) We were pleasantly surprised by the space and were able to look at it when we went to our tasting. It has a large room/living space, two bathrooms etc. We were a group of 9 +4 makeup/hair artists and had plenty of space. Other than that, CBI as a venue executes everything professionally and just perfectly. We had a wedding of 70 guests at the boathouse. They used some nautical themed decor during our cocktail hour which was a nice touch, and the food is exceptional. I had an attendant next to me the entire night serving me drinks, making sure I ate etc which was also lovely. The entire place has excellent service, the bellmen are so professional and helped with all of my stuff and storing everything. The front desk AJ literally took care of everything for me and the entire team made for such a magical weekend. Worth every penny. Thank you CBI we look forward to visiting again in the future!

I can't rave enough about the level of service and overall experience that my husband and I received at the Harbor View! As a luxury wedding photographer who has worked with top-tier venues across New England, I had extremely high expectations for our own wedding vendors. Needless to say, the team at the Harbor View did not disappoint! We knew we wanted a full weekend experience for our guests, at a location on the water where everyone could stay and gather throughout the weekend. It was clear from the very beginning that Makenzie and her team were there to help us not only make that happen, but to help create a unique experience that didn't feel like "just another wedding". As our planning evolved over the months leading up, the team was always responsive and helpful with those developments. We had a wonderful experience with the Harbor View leading up to the wedding, but still couldn't have anticipated JUST how incredible the weekend turned out to be. We truly felt like VIP's. The food was incredible, many of our guests extended their stays because they loved it that much, and the hotel truly feels like our little home away from home getaway now. If we could do it all again, we would without a doubt have our wedding at the Harbor View Hotel again! The hotel and team were a highlight of our wedding experience, and we already can't wait to spend many, many anniversaries (and any other excuse we can find) back at the hotel!

I had my wedding at the Seacrest on Friday, September 6th, 2024, and I can’t express how incredibly grateful I am for the experience. Leading up to the big day, I was filled with so much stress and anxiety, hoping for the wedding of my dreams. Thanks to six incredible angels—Erica, Megan, Anna, Derrick, Samira, and Michelle—my wedding surpassed anything I could have imagined. From the moment I arrived, these amazing individuals were there, quietly ensuring that everything ran smoothly in the background. Their dedication and attention to detail were simply extraordinary. They went above and beyond in every way, and I will never forget how they made our day perfect. The venue itself was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the sunset on the beach that provided the most magical backdrop. The food was an absolute 10 out of 10, and the entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring. There isn’t a single thing I would change about our day. It was everything I had ever hoped for and more. To Erica, Megan, Anna, Derrick, Samira, and Michelle—thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding day truly unforgettable. You all are the reason our day was so perfect, and I will cherish these memories forever.

Having our wedding at Plimoth Patuxet was one of the best decisions we made. David was incredibly organized, responsive, and helpful—he answered all my (many!) questions promptly and made the entire planning process effortless. The garden ceremony site was absolutely stunning and felt so private and intimate—it couldn’t have been more perfect. We’ve received countless compliments on the food, especially the beef short rib, which was a guest favorite! We’re so grateful to David and his team for going above and beyond to make our day truly seamless and unforgettable.

We had a small 20 person summer wedding in the Nickerson mansion. All catering and banquet staff were amazing to work with. Special thanks to Rita K and Gillian Richmond from catering and Fay & M from banquets. These ladies went above and beyond. From Rita’s quick help with booking, Gillian’s patience with all our planning questions and Fay & M offering to literally crawl the front lawn on their hands and knees with a flash light to help find a pair of lost keys after the wedding; we could not be more grateful for their kindness and professionalism. People are still raving about the food and the ceremony on the Lawrence terrace looked better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you all at Ocean Edge for making our day so special.

We planned our wedding in less than five months, and Michele and the team at Jones River Trading Post, made this so easy! The space is beautiful, indoors and out; the food is delicious; the staff is friendly and competent. Michele, the venue coordinator, is awesome! She made sure that every detail of our event was tended to— leading up to and during all parts of the wedding and reception. She even seemed to be having fun while doing all of it! We literally worried about nothing. On top of everything else, Jones River Trading Post was affordable. We can’t recommend them enough!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we truly could not have asked for a better venue than The Canoe Club. From the moment we started planning, Stacy, Matt, and Drew made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Every meeting with Stacy and her team put us more at ease — they truly cared about making our day special, and it showed in every detail. They even contacted all of our vendors for us regarding their meals and day of timeline. The venue itself is stunning, with a beautiful atmosphere that created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The food was delicious (our guests are still talking about it!), and the tasting experience was such a fun and memorable part of the planning process. The drinks were fantastic, and the bartenders and wait staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. What really set The Canoe Club apart was the way they handled everything for us. They took our vision and ran with it — from the decorations to the timeline, they brought it all to life. We never had to leave the dance floor because their team took care of setup, transitions, and even packing everything up at the end of the night. Our guests continue to rave about how beautiful the venue was and how flawless the entire day felt. We feel so lucky to have had our wedding there, and we will never stop recommending The Canoe Club to anyone planning their big day. It was everything we dreamed of and more.

I could not recommend Wychmere enough. They were the first and only venue we toured, and we fell in love immediately. They were great with answering all of our questions and getting the planning process started. We worked with Mary Kane as our event coordinator who was incredible. Everything turned out better than I ever could have imagined! Wychmere made the planning process so smooth and easy, despite wedding planning being a stressful experience, I am so grateful we had them! We chose Dune as our venue space and we are still receiving compliments from guests about how beautiful it was. The space is so beautiful you can't even put it into words! Every detail was executed perfectly, the bartenders were great, the staff was excellent, I couldn't have asked for anything better. The food was so incredible we are still receiving compliments about that as well!! They handled everything perfectly and my day of bridal assistant, Calla, was amazing as well. Mary made everything so seamless and answered all of our questions. It feels like everybody went above and beyond and everything was handled so professionally. We could not be happier with our experience and we are so happy we chose Wychmere!!

We just had the most magical wedding at the Lighthouse Inn in West Dennis this September. Kelly, Daniel, and the staff were all fantastic! Our guests loved that the venue felt like authentic, traditional Cape Cod with great food and generous drinks, and we loved being able to get married right in the sand by the ocean. The team was extremely flexible in terms of menu (we had a lot of vegetarian guests), décor, and timeline, and definitely made sure we were fed on the day! We stayed in one of the one-bedroom cottages (plenty of room for me and my three bridesmaids to get ready!) and loved that many of our guests could also stay onsite if they wished to.
