No matter the season, the Grand Ballroom, Madera Ballroom, and The Tent offer diverse and captivating options for every taste and style.

Our event minimum starts at $15,000 which varies based on month, day of the week, and ballroom/tent. Please keep in mind that guest count and menu selections will affect the overall cost.

The Madera Ballroom is undergoing a stunning transformation, blending Spanish-inspired design with modern elegance. This reimagined space features a light, warm color palette, brand-new hardwood floors, and brass and alabaster accents for a polished and elevated look. Exposed ceiling beams and striking bookend fireplaces add depth and character, grounding the room in timeless charm. THE TENT | GARDEN ROMANCE
Ensconced by a posh garden and breathtaking grounds, The Tent is the ultimate outdoor space for a romantic evening under the stars with 50-270 of your nearest and dearest. Enjoy cocktails al fresco by the crackling fire pit and cozy seating area on the outskirts of the tent. Then tear up the dance floor under the dramatically backlit, draped ceiling with chic chandeliers.

She anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful guidance, and ensured that every detail—no matter how small—was perfectly arranged. What could have been an overwhelming experience was instead seamless and enjoyable, thanks entirely to her patience, reassurance, and unwavering support.

On the day of our wedding, Lexie exceeded every expectation. She handled each moment with grace, calmness, and precision, allowing us to feel completely at ease. Best Venue ever

My big day in The Villa could have been more perfect. Lexie and all the staff helped us so much. My husband and I are really grateful with the service. We didn’t have to worry about anything because they already have everything planned. I recommend the venue 100%

Best day ever!

We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Serena! She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and such a joy to work with from start to finish. Serena is so sweet and made the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she immediately reached out to the right person and got back to us quickly, which gave us so much peace of mind. Thanks to her, our wedding day was absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly.

Our venue, The Villa, was stunning—the food was amazing, the vibes were perfect, and everything came together beautifully. 10/10 would recommend Serena and The Villa to anyone—our day was everything we dreamed of!

Best Day Ever!!!

The best decision we ever made!! They made it so easy to do everything!! We chose their additional package which covered Linens, DJ, Cake and Flowers and the vendors they used for each were amazing! Cannot speak highly enough about this venue :) Lexie was our coordinator and she was AMAZING!!! She made the wedding day feel so special! 10000/10 recommend!!

Our experience at The Villa

The Villa was the most perfect place for our wedding, from their amazing food, to their beautiful atmosphere! It was nothing but amazing! Our coordinator Lexie was the absolute best! She was always so helpful, she made planning our wedding such a breeze, it was so nice to not have to stress and worry about all the small details. Lexie was so informative and answered all our questions and concerns no matter the time of day. We are so happy we got to work with her

Our dream wedding!

We had our wedding at The Villa and truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless thanks to our event producer, Caroline. She made everything so easy and stress-free, which allowed us to actually enjoy the planning process and fully relax on the big day.

The venue itself is gorgeous, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Our wedding day ran so smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of the entire time. We’ve also received so many compliments from our guests, especially about the incredible food and the attentive service.

We are so grateful to The Villa team for helping us create such a special and memorable day—we can’t recommend them enough to future couples!

Amazing Wedding Venue!!

We are so incredibly happy we chose The Villa as our wedding venue! From the beautiful setting to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional, attentive, and truly made our day feel magical.

We couldn’t be more grateful for Serena and the Saphire Event Group for making our wedding day so beautiful and special! From our first meeting, Serena was easy to talk to, and really listened to what we wanted.

Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but having Serena by our side made everything so much easier. She handled all the little details, keeping things on schedule, and making sure everything looked amazing. Even when unexpected issues popped up (as they always do!), they were handled swiftly and discreetly.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the ambiance and how smoothly everything went, thanks to the amazing job Serena and the team did!

We didn't meet our wedding attendant, Alexis, until the day of the wedding, but she stayed by my side the entire time. I couldn't have imagined getting through our wedding day without her support.

Superb Venue, Food, and Services!

The Villa is indeed a spectacular venue. From the moment my wife and I decided to go with them, Serena (our event producer) made sure everything we could ever need was provided to us with no stress on our part. She spearheaded the planning process by reaching out to all our vendors in a timely manner, continuously updated us each step of the way, and made the day of our wedding a night to remember!

We chose to do an outdoor ceremony with the Tent for our reception. Everything we needed was included in an unbeatable package deal that we couldn't resist. We also had so many people compliment the food and the vibe of the venue. All the vendors that SEG partners with are definitely worth going with.

If you're looking for an incredible venue with an unbelievable outdoor and indoor scene, an exceptional reception celebration, amazing food, and professional service, look no further!

Absolutely amazing and worth every Penny!

Absolutely love the Villa team. My amazing event coordinator Victoria was nothing short of perfection. Emily and the entire executive sales team is so so great to work with. If you are looking for a venue that cares about its clients then the Saphire Event group is the right place for you. They are with you every step of the way and understand that life doesn't exactly happen how we would want it and are always willing to find a happy middle in working with you. I have used the Saphire venue for my brother's wedding and the villa for my 30th birthday party and both times the service has been amazing; even though it was a completely different team! I cannot wait to host another event with my forever favorite venue!
