Grand Ballroom at the Villa

I got married at the Villa in the Grand Ballroom and it was the best venue we could have asked for. Our Wedding Producer Jocelyn did such a wonderful job! She helped organize all of our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of. The Villa also includes a bridal attendant which was such a nice touch! I highly recommend the Villa as a wedding venue and using Jocelyn as your producer!

5 Stars for The Villa!

I truly recommend The Villa to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Our event producer Caroline was amazing and made the planning process seamless and stress free from start to finish. We didn't have a single worry going into our wedding day and everything was executed just like we imagined! Also, five months later and our guests are still raving about the food. We can't thank Caroline and The Villa staff enough for making us feel so special on our day!

Kayla-wedding planner

Kayla Cady-Williams was our wedding planner at Avenir this past year. She was absolutely incredible. I can honestly say I did not go into my wedding day with one worry or feeling of stress. From the beginning everything was clear. Kayla responded to any question I had that exact day. Our actual wedding day ran so smoothly, if there were any issues I did not even know about them. Our wedding day at The Villa was truly exceptional, and much of that is due to the remarkable dedication and professionalism of Lexie. From our very first meeting, she demonstrated unparalleled expertise, organization, and genuine care. Throughout the entire planning process, Lexie made every step effortless for us. She anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful guidance, and ensured that every detail—no matter how small—was perfectly arranged. What could have been an overwhelming experience was instead seamless and enjoyable, thanks entirely to her patience, reassurance, and unwavering support.

On the day of our wedding, Lexie exceeded every expectation. She handled each moment with grace, calmness, and precision, allowing us to feel completely at ease. Her presence gave us the confidence to relax and fully enjoy our day, knowing that everything was being handled with the utmost attention and care. Lexie’s professionalism, kindness, and commitment to bringing our vision to life were evident in every detail. We truly felt we were in the best of hands and trusted her entirely.

Best Venue ever

Best day ever!

We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Serena! She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and such a joy to work with from start to finish. Serena is so sweet and made the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she immediately reached out to the right person and got back to us quickly, which gave us so much peace of mind. Thanks to her, our wedding day was absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly.

Best Day Ever!!!

The best decision we ever made!! They made it so easy to do everything!! We chose their additional package which covered Linens, DJ, Cake and Flowers and the vendors they used for each were amazing! Cannot speak highly enough about this venue :) Lexie was our coordinator and she was AMAZING!!! She made the wedding day feel so special! 10000/10 recommend!!

Our experience at The Villa

Our dream wedding!

We had our wedding at The Villa and truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless thanks to our event producer, Caroline. She made everything so easy and stress-free, which allowed us to actually enjoy the planning process and fully relax on the big day.

The venue itself is gorgeous, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Our wedding day ran so smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of the entire time. We’ve also received so many compliments from our guests, especially about the incredible food and the attentive service.

We are so grateful to The Villa team for helping us create such a special and memorable day—we can’t recommend them enough to future couples!

Amazing Wedding Venue!!

We are so incredibly happy we chose The Villa as our wedding venue! From the beautiful setting to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional, attentive, and truly made our day feel magical.

We couldn’t be more grateful for Serena and the Saphire Event Group for making our wedding day so beautiful and special! From our first meeting, Serena was easy to talk to, and really listened to what we wanted.

Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but having Serena by our side made everything so much easier. She handled all the little details, keeping things on schedule, and making sure everything looked amazing. Even when unexpected issues popped up (as they always do!), they were handled swiftly and discreetly.

Superb Venue, Food, and Services!

The Villa is indeed a spectacular venue. From the moment my wife and I decided to go with them, Serena (our event producer) made sure everything we could ever need was provided to us with no stress on our part. She spearheaded the planning process by reaching out to all our vendors in a timely manner, continuously updated us each step of the way, and made the day of our wedding a night to remember!

We chose to do an outdoor ceremony with the Tent for our reception. Everything we needed was included in an unbeatable package deal that we couldn't resist. We also had so many people compliment the food and the vibe of the venue. All the vendors that SEG partners with are definitely worth going with.

If you're looking for an incredible venue with an unbelievable outdoor and indoor scene, an exceptional reception celebration, amazing food, and professional service, look no further!

Absolutely love the Villa team. My amazing event coordinator Victoria was nothing short of perfection. Emily and the entire executive sales team is so so great to work with. If you are looking for a venue that cares about its clients then the Saphire Event group is the right place for you. They are with you every step of the way and understand that life doesn't exactly happen how we would want it and are always willing to find a happy middle in working with you. I have used the Saphire venue for my brother's wedding and the villa for my 30th birthday party and both times the service has been amazing; even though it was a completely different team! I cannot wait to host another event with my forever favorite venue!

The Villa - Madera Ballroom

The Villa is the first venue that my now-husband and I visited when we were looking for a place to host our wedding. From the very beginning, the Saphire Event Group staff at The Villa were unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of our questions even before we picked them as our venue.

Once we picked the date and the wedding got closer, we were paired with our event producer, Daniella Cimino. Daniella was nothing short of exceptional throughout our whole planning process. She made sure that all of our questions were answered, that we felt confident in the timeline of our day, and made sure to go over even the smallest of details to make sure that nothing was missed.

We truly cannot thank Daniella and the event staff at The Villa enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work to ensure our day was picture-perfect. The food was incredible, our guests are still raving about all of the unique options and how great their entrees were. We would absolutely recommend working with this venue, their team, and Daniella to anyone who is considering this venue for their special day.

Everything we wanted!

Our experience with the Villa was fantastic! Serena was our event producer, and from the very beginning to the very end she was so helpful. Serena was such a pleasure to communicate and work with. She made sure our wedding day went off without a hitch! Amanda was our attendant, any time I was looking for her, she was always right there to assist. Amy was our event manager for the day of! With her, Serena and Amanda as our support team we felt so well taken care of. Our experience with the entire staff throughout the whole process was so pleasant. The venue itself is gorgeous! The set up and decorations were better than we could have imagined. Then there was the food, so delicious-from the salads to the entrees to the dessert bar and late night pretzel sticks at the end of the night-We’re waiting for one of our friends to get married at the Villa just so we can eat there again!! We highly recommend booking your next big event with the Villa!

Would choose this place/team over and over again!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Absolutely amazing experience with planning our wedding at The Villa. Right from the start I knew I wanted to get married here. The team was phenomenal and always responsive to any questions I had. Ellen was our Event Producer-HIGHLY recommend! Planning a wedding is stressful, but she made the process easier! Becky was our day of attendant and she was THE BEST! Always right by our side to make sure we had everything we need. Holding an umbrella over me when the rain almost washed our day away. Always right behind me to help with my dress, always had a drink ready for me and my husband, just an amazing person and experience the entire day! 10/10 Team! Perfect day

My husband and I got married at The Villa in the Madera Ballroom on 10/18/24 and had the most perfect day. Ellen, our event producer, was so helpful to us during every step of the planning process. She was extremely detail oriented and was so responsive to any questions we had at any point. We had an in depth meeting 2 weeks out from our wedding day that reviewed every detail of our day, including an in depth timeline, which made the wedding day run without a hitch. On the day of our wedding, Ellen and the dedicated team for our event were so helpful. One thing I absolutely loved is that they provided a "bridal attendant" who was always around to grab us a drink, hold my dress, and make sure we got to enjoy our delicious cocktail hour appetizers. We got so many compliments from our guests on the food, the beauty of the space, and how smoothly our wedding was run! Highly recommend choosing The Villa as your venue!

Ellen is the person you want for your wedding!

Best venue!

We recently had our wedding here Labor Day weekend and everything couldn't have been more perfect! From the time we met our wedding producer, Meridith, she was super attentive and helped us through our entire wedding process and made everything feel so much more seamless. I DIY'd a lot myself and Meridith truly helped bring my vision to life! Would 100% recommend to anyone planning their wedding to do it here.

Wedding 9/7/24

We had our wedding reception at the Villa this September and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Biggest thanks to Ellen Jones (our event producer) and all the employees at this venue.
The Villa is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are amazingly kept and beautiful! Our reception was in the tent and it provided the indoor and outdoor feel we were looking for! The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests absolutely loved all the passed hors d’oeuvres and meals. The Villa made communicating and planning so easy for us!
Ellen was an absolute gem. She communicated extremely well from beginning to end and made the whole process very easy. Our wedding reception was somewhat unique (we didn’t do our ceremony at the Villa and we wanted our wedding ceremony video to be played during cocktail hour) but Ellen made sure it was the exact vision I was aiming for. She sent many helpful tips throughout the process. We are forever grateful for Ellen and I hope everyone books with her and the Villa for the most seamless wedding process possible!

A dream come true!

Meridith, our event producer, was a godsend for the 14 months leading up to our wedding. From the moment we stepped onto the property, she gave us the best support while allowing us to make our day ours. She thought of EVERYTHING. We were shocked that she works with dozens of couples in a year. It felt like we were one of one. There were no questions for which she didn’t have the answer. Her calm is infectious and put us at ease from start to finish. Any couple looking for their dream wedding would be lucky to work with Meridith.

Additionally, the entire team at Sapphire Event Group was magnificent. We still have people talking to us about the food. We hope a loved one of ours gets married at The Tent so we can come back. It was an incredible atmosphere. Kids, seniors, and everyone in between had the night of their lives. The whole staff was clearly on the same page and we never had to search for help once. We would recommend working with Sapphire for any wedding, at the Villa or otherwise.

Great experience!!

We got married in the ballroom! It was everything we could imagined and more!! Serena was our event manager and she went above and beyond for us before and during our wedding! Anytime we needed something she was quick to answer! The rest of the staff was amazing aswell and so very helpful on our wedding day!The food at the venue was great aswell many of our guests have commented on it after the wedding! I would recommend the villa for sure as me and my wife had a tremendous experience!

Highly reccomend

Our experience at the Villa was perfect from beginning to end. We worked closely with Ellen Jones, our event producer/day of coordinator. Ellen was phenomenal and made us extremely comfortable right from the start with how organized and experienced that she was. Having never planned a wedding before, we really depended on her to guide us in the right direction when it came time to make decisions that we were unsure of. She was always happy to provide her input and support us along the way to our wedding day. She also raised questions and ideas for details of the wedding that we likely would not have thought of without her assistance. Ellen is personable, detail-oriented, and all around great at her job.

The actual day of the wedding was also seamless from our prospective, as the bride and groom. Our guests have also complimented our venue for how seamless the day went. From the coordination of the ceremony to the food and drinks - we have no complaints. Our wedding attendant, Christie, was also great. She was by our sides the entire night and ready to provide us with food, drinks or whatever else we needed so that we could focus on enjoying the day.

We would highly recommend the Villa and Saphire Event Group to any couple!

Cannot Recommend Them Enough

We could not have asked for a better experience at the Villa. This venue checked all of our boxes- food and alcohol service, an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour space, and an elegant and open reception space. The food was amazing and we continue to receive compliments on it even weeks after our wedding. The staff at this venue, from our day-of coordinator (shout out to Ellen) down to the waitstaff, know exactly what they're doing and how to make a wedding run smoothly. Ellen was a rockstar throughout the entire planning process- very communicative, responsive, and professional, and she helped the day run seamlessly even when things got a bit chaotic. We even had a wedding attendant that kept us and the bridal party fed and provided drinks throughout transitional times. From the second we set foot on the venue to the second we left, we knew we were taken care of and didn't have to worry about a thing. We truly cannot recommend this venue enough!

May Wedding - Madera Ballroom

The staff at the Villa went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most relaxed and beautiful wedding day ever! Wedding planning was daunting to us, so we were looking for a venue that checked a lot of boxes for us (outdoor ceremony area, alcohol, food). Having a wedding coordinator in addition to all that was SO helpful. Our coordinator Serena was very responsive with the many questions I emailed her, and took care of coordinating with all of our outside vendors. Our day-of event managers Julie and Dave worked so hard to make sure that my husband and I didn't have to stress or lift a finger on our big day. In addition to how beautiful the venue was, I highly recommend any of the Sapphire Event Group venues to couples who, like us, were very overwhelmed with the wedding planning process and didn't know how/where to start. They clearly have this process down to a science!!!

The villa - amazing

The Villa made wedding planning EASY. I would recommend Saphire Event Group to anyone getting married. They assist you through every step of wedding planning, and they are always there in the event you have a question. They were able to accomodate last minute changes for me, and everything went smoothly. Special shout out to Ellen my event producer. She was our go-to from the very beginning of planning and she made everything extremely easy and stress free! If you happen to reserve a space with SEG, I hope you get Ellen because she is a joy to work with. I also wanted to shout out Becky our day of wedding assistant. Becky made us feel so spoiled throughout our wedding day. Through getting us drinks, fixing my broken bustle, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day, Becky was the BEST. Overall, SEG and The Villa was a dream location, and my wedding was everything I could have imagined.

Took the stress of wedding planning away!

The Villa was everything we needed in a wedding venue and more. From the start when we booked it to the day of our wedding they made everything incredibly easy and not stressful. What sets some apart from other venues is the fact that you have an event coordinator assigned to you to help you through the entire process.

Victoria was our event producer and she is absolutely amazing. I wish there were more words to describe just how wonderful she is at what she does. she answered every phone, call, text, and email and never made me feel like a question was silly. Victoria had a way of making us feel more like her friends and the excitement that she had for our wedding was so easily seen. She took the image of what we wanted for our wedding and completely brought it to life. we just adored her!

One thing most people remember about a wedding is the food, and I can tell you that the people who attended our wedding will not be forgetting about the food anytime soon. Everything was hot and fresh, plated beautifully, and they were so accommodating to any allergy.

The Villa also set up every centerpiece and decoration to complete and utter perfection. When we look back at our pictures from this day we cannot be anything but completely satisfied. I will recommend The Villa and any sapphire events venue to anybody.

Winter Wedding

I can’t begin to describe how perfect our wedding was thanks to Saphire Event Group. Sarah Greenstein and her team were nothing short of helpful, caring, and on top of it. She was always 10 steps ahead of everything and made everything run smoothly. They really went above and beyond. My husband and I felt like royalty the whole night. Sarah was extremely helpful throughout all our meetings, she was helpful when asked questions, and also, was very patient and kind in responding to my millions of questions! She did all this while pregnant, she is a rock star! SEG went above and beyond and adapted their menu to fit my Latin culture, and my guests were raving about the food as a result. It was everything we wanted, actually better. I certainly recommend using them for any and all events. We’re forever grateful!

Amazing Venue & Team!

Our overall experience with The Villa and their team was amazing! We worked specifically with their Event Producer Meridith & Serena, as well as had additional support from Jacqueline and Cynthia the day of our wedding. The entire Villa team made sure that the day flowed well, that my wife and I got to eat and enjoy their food throughout the evening/night, and that any questions, concerns, requests were met, all with smiles and an uplifting attitude! 12/30/23 Wedding

We got married there 4 days ago and if I could marry my husband 100 times I would have my reception there every single time. You could cut the prime rib with a butter knife, the chicken and fish were absolutely delicious; the room was stunning and the staff were so accommodating and knowledgeable. Anything I needed from drinks to helping with my bustle and everything else in between- I cannot recommend this place enough. Best decision we ever made. And special shout out to Meridith K (our planner)for being so organized, professional and fun! She made my day everything I could have hoped for!

The Perfect Day - All thanks to The Villa

We cannot say enough good things about The Villa. From the moment we toured, we knew this would be THE place. Ellen, our Event Producer was on top of things from the very start. She was extremely communicative, helpful, and a calming presence in a normally stressful time. Ellen provided timely updates, walked us through the entire event timeline, and made the day so special. She even suggested other vendors to use, and set up a lunch at Adria for the groom and his groomsmen, so that we could get to the Villa without being seen for a perfect first look. Our Event Manager, Julie, helped us both get around and stuck to the timeline perfectly, even assisting in photo curation! The Madera Ballroom provided the perfect wintery/Christmas/rustic vibe that we were going for. The food, from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the main course to the cupcake tower, was to die for. We still have people reaching out to us about how well the chicken was made and where we got the cookies from - they were that good. If you want a magical wedding, with a wonderful staff supporting you throughout every moment, The Villa is the place to get married! A HUGE thank you to all the servers, bartenders, chefs and kitchen staff, bridal attendant, manager, and producer (shoutout bestie Ellen!) for making our wedding day PERFECT.

Choosing the Villa as our wedding venue was the best decision we made in the process! We had the pleasure of working with Ellen as an event producer, and she is amazing to work with! Perfect Wedding Day

I'm so glad we chose The Villa as our wedding venue. All of the SEG staff were amazing and our producer Elizabeth was super helpful throughout the entire planning process. I actually felt like I could enjoy my wedding day and I remember each part of it perfectly, because we did not have to stress out about small details or timelines or anything, we just got to have fun! Our bridal attendant Julie was unbelievably attentive - refilling our waters when she saw them getting low, bringing us food in the bridal suite, and even driving a golf cart away when it was in our photo shot! They set up and packed up all my decor for me beautifully. Everyone raved about the food, the beautiful venue, the cocktail hour space. The Villa was truly the perfect place to have the wedding of my dreams and it was due in large part to the amazing staff. Thank you to everyone at SEG!

Amazing Venue

We had our wedding at the Villa in September 2023. When we initially looked at this venue we knew immediately that this is was our #1 choice. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us all the details on what to expect on our big day. When the time came we met our wedding coordinator Meridith Kelly. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Meridith was during the entire process. She was extremely personable, approachable and helpful. She took care of anything and everything that we needed. We can honestly say that our wedding day went off without a single issue and that is thanks to the incredible staff and Meridith. Our vendors were familiar with this venue and they worked seamlessly together to set everything up in regards to the photographer, DJ, and cake. The venue does their own catering and the food was amazing. We would recommend this venue to anyone in the future and if you can request a coordinator Meridith is the best of the best!

The Villa was everything we wanted for our wedding, our coordinator there Ellen Jones was everything we needed for our wedding. They were kind and professional every step of the way. The Villa 9.9.23 Under The Tent

Our wedding was 9.9.23 under the tent at The Villa. When we first toured The Villa we met with Ashley. Ashley was extremely patient and thorough in explaining all of our options to us. At no point did she make us feel pressured to make a decision, which we really appreciated as the process can be quite overwhelming when choosing a venue. Once we signed our contract we had our coordinator assigned to us and we were lucky enough to be paired up with Ellen. From the very start Ellen was so kind, informative and we always looked forward to meeting with her. She presented us with options and questions regarding our big day that we wouldn’t have even thought of- they really have it down to a science! While making suggestions Ellen was always very mindful and respectful of our budget- she went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. On the day of our wedding, Ellen kept to our timeline but was very in tune to when we wanted to make changes or were feeling a bit overwhelmed. She had great attention to detail when it came to setting up our decor, was calm during transitional & somewhat hectic moments, and really made us feel that our happiness that day was her number one priority. Saphire Event Group knows what they’re doing and they do it well. They made what for many feels like a stressful day extremely smooth and easy.

Absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations !!!!

The Villa is absolutely the place to be for your dream wedding. I had my wedding this month 4 days ago and I just could not wait to let them know how happy I am for choosing there Venue . From the minute I walked in the door I knew this is the right place . Im so thankful for Meridith Kelly , she is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so organize , super friendly, details oriented , super responsive to all my questions and emails and she didn't make me feel overwhelmed with all the details because she took her time to explain everything!!! At first I was so worry that all my guests is going to complain about the good because they are so picky since they only been to an asian style wedding. BUT no, they LOVE the foods , all the appetizers and drinks and the main course was to die for. Also the service was incredible, everyone was checking on us through the whole night to make sure we get what we need . I can go on and on how much I love this Venue, so check them out !!! You wont regret😍

There has never been a moment where I look back at the wedding team who had made our wedding the best. My now wife and I had been engaged for about 2 years since the COVID-19 Pandemic has shifted many scheduled weddings to later dates. At the time, we actually struggled to find a wedding venue that met both of our needs. I was driving back from work one afternoon and saw the billboard for Saphire Event Group and scheduled appointments at The Villa and The Avenir. While we did stop by The Avenir first, we were already blown away by the amount of care, services, and accommodations provided at the venue. However there were still a few things that we wanted to consider. So Lynne at The Avenir, recommended us visiting The Villa with Kristen and Victoria to see the other sister location since it was not only closer to our home, but may offer a different feel to what we were looking for.

When we arrived for our tour about a year before our proposed wedding date, we were greeted by Kristen Catwell. She was exceptionally thorough and left no stone unturned with what we were looking for. We received a tour of all the spaces and what would be included in our specific packages. Food is something that we are very passionate about so when we heard that SEG does all of the food options, including dietary accommodations, we knew we were in the right place. Many of our friends and family have some needs so it was nice to know that there were a lot of options for them to leave full!  As the process continued and the first initial payments were made, we met Victoria Rando, who is is hands down the BEST coordinator EVER! I don’t know of anyone who is so genuinely excited to be working with us and making our evening as special as the occasion, but every time we saw her to check in and make sure we were on track, it was like seeing a friend that we hadn’t seen in a while! She quickly integrated herself into the planning and really gave us everything that we needed, even until the night of the wedding reception. It was such a hard goodbye that evening, especially since we spent so much time in the planning process, going through contingencies, communicating delays, and many more. But we knew Victoria showed up for us that day and gave us her 1000%. I also think that she’s now the favorite :)

For many people wanting to celebrate an occasion such as a wedding or any other occasion that is meaningful in your life, please come a see the team at Sapphire Event Group. We’ve only seen two of the 4 event areas ourselves, but I am sure that if our experience at both locations serves as a marker for the other two, then all of the event spaces are fantastic!

Shoutouts to the amazing staff and bridal attendants at our wedding at The Villa! You all truly made us feel so special on a day that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Beautiful Venue and Attentive Staff

We are very pleased with our decision to host our wedding at The Villa at Ridder Country Club. The outdoor ceremony space was stunning and the ballroom reception was gorgeous as well. The price for the space was a great value too. The staff, particularly Ellen (Event Coordinator who helped leading up to and on the day of the event) and Becky (Bridal Attendant who was absolutely amazing with having the best suggestions, bandaids, helping with everything even if I didn't even know to ask for the help) were absolutely rock stars!! Wedding of our dreams!

We had the BEST experience at The Villa at Ridder Country Club. If we could rate it 10 stars, we would!

The planning process with the team at The Villa was seamless. It was such a pleasure working closely with our event producer Sarah. EVERY question was answered and EVERY detail was covered. The meeting timeline and supporting preparation documents helped us manage the wedding planning details without a wedding planner. Sarah was so beyond patient and friendly, it made the process even more enjoyable. She captured every detail (down to our very specific uplighting request to the wedding favor placement).

A few other highlights:
-The venue itself - absolutely, beautiful! It was made for weddings.
-The preferred vendor list is helpful if you are struggling where to start with your vendor. We selected our dj/photobooth/photographer from the list and are so happy with the experiences we’ve had with each of our vendors.
-The food selection was amazing. There were so many options, it was nearly impossible for us to chose!
-The organization and structure provided by the team on our wedding day made everything run so smoothly. Our guests are still commenting on how organized our wedding day was.

This truly was the wedding of our dreams, and we would definitely recommend The Villa as a wedding venue to anyone who asked.

Incredible communication, organization and planning from the start. I really have no idea how anyone can plan a wedding like this on their own. The professionalism is unmatched. Their expertise made our wedding day as fun, special and stress-free...(as a wedding could possibly be haha).

Sapphire Group is a well oiled-machine.

We had the time of lives. It got pretty lively towards the end of the night, but we kept it in control from what I remember.

After party continued on at the Marriot Rayham hotel until about 3am with pizza, wine & cigars.

Beautiful location! Amazing staff!

We were so blessed to have our wedding at the Villa. We had our ceremony outside in the beautiful Madera Garden and then moved into the Madera ballroom for our reception. The grounds are stunning and the ballroom was exactly the vibe we were looking for. Ellen Jones was our event producer and she was amazing! She answered every email (and I swear sometimes she could read my mind and answer my questions before I asked. ) She made us feel at ease and we knew we could trust her with any detail! Event Producer ELLEN JONES was amazing!

We could not have asked for a better person to guide to us through this process than Ellen Jones! Ellen was so responsive and very patient with us. Our vision and plans changed a few times and each time Ellen was able to adjust with us. As helpful as Ellen was throughout our engagement period, she was even more helpful on the day of our wedding. Ellen made sure everything went smoothly. I literally did not have anything to worry about at all. There was a schedule and I don't remember looking at the time at all. My husband and I had an amazing experience with the entire team at The Villa for our wedding. Well organized; from the initial tour, to the food tasting event, to the 3 month meeting, to the 3 week meeting. Our event producer, Sarah, kept us organized and on track throughout the entire process.

The ceremony at the outdoor pergola was breathtaking. The landscaping around the venue for photos was sooo well-kept. And the grand ballroom with the fireplace was everything and more!

And the FOOD! My guests can’t stop raving about it! From the lobster rangoon hors d'oeuvres to the late-night French fries. DELICIOUS!

Sarah and the team took the stress and worry off us and made our big day as seamless and beautiful as possible!

Great experience

We had our reception in the Madera room at the Villa in April. We could not be happier with our experience from start to finish. Great quality for the cost in comparison to other venues. We were assigned an event coordinator, Meridith who was spectacular. She was extremely organized, prompt to respond, accommodated all of our personal touches and made the process enjoyable.

Amazing Venue

I don’t have enough words to describe how elated we were to work with Victoria and The Villa! We were an out-of-state couple and had a bit of trouble getting virtual tours at other venues but the ladies at The Villa were wonderful from the very beginning and didn’t hesitate. They were also able to get us in for an in-person tour when we are unexpectedly in town. Ashley was great to work with I’m getting everything booked!

Victoria was our event producer and she was AMAZING!! She was super responsive and so, so friendly & helpful. It was like talking with an old friend and she was just as excited about our wedding as we were. I had a special surprise announcement to make during our reception and she coordinated everything seamlessly without hesitation. We got so many compliments on how great she was (is) and how well everything turned out. I also need to mention how awesome Meredith was as well!

I definitely recommend The Villa to anyone looking for a wedding venue. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect venue, producer, and wedding day!

The Villa was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding! Their experience is so clear in how smooth both the planning and execution of the big day went. Ellen Jones was our producer, and she was an absolute gift. She answered every email and reassured any worry or question I had. We formed a great relationship and it was honestly sad to say goodbye to her when it was all over! The Villa’s food is also incredible, multiple guests were saying their meal was outstanding and we agree, we would love to eat there again. Our ceremony was perfect, the ballroom gorgeous, and Ellen and the rest of the staff made everything run like clockwork. We are so, so grateful!

Amazing experience

We got married at the Villa this May and we cannot say enough great things about our experience. Our Event Producer, Meridith Kelly, made the planning process of our wedding so easy and so enjoyable. She had every detail perfect for our wedding day and helped us throughout our planning process with recommendations and answered all our questions right away.
I really did not have to stress about our wedding day at all because I knew everything was taken care of. (I even completely messed up our table numbers and Meridith came to the rescue to fix it the day of and the tables looked beautiful!) We had our ceremony outside and our reception in the Madera Ballroom which was absolutely perfect for our wedding size and the pictures came out amazing.
We also cannot say enough great things about the food! It was all perfect and we got so many compliments on the appetizers, main meals, and late night snacks. We also loved our Bridal Assistant, Brooke, who made sure my husband and I got a separate tray of all of our food and drinks in the bridal suite so that we got to have some of everything. She took care of us all night from helping with the dress, photos, and getting us drinks!
We are so happy with how our wedding day went at the Villa and were so happy to have Meridith as our Event Producer. We would absolutely recommend the Villa to anyone looking for a venue.

Absolute perfect

I can't recommend this place enough!! The grand ballroom was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married. We had a gorgeous indoor ceremony in front of the large fire display in addition to cute rainy day picture under the covered archway and in the garden area.

I Wish I Could Get Married Here Again!

This place was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! This place took care of us from BEGINNING to END. No question was too small or too silly. My event producer was Victoria and this woman was stellar. She was on top o everything and was so professional and made us feel right at home. She made sure that we were reminded when necessary about important details and even called our florist to tell them that couples could not cut down the flowers from the arch. I mean, WOW!

Kim was our event manager on the night of the wedding and these two ladies made sure everything was SEAMLESS, even when there were multiple snags throughout the evening. One literal snag was me tearing my bustle and Kim SAVED THE DAY! She literally pinned it up with a hair tie and didn't hesitate to step in when I was worried.

I am telling you, you WANT to book this venue or any of the other venues under Saphire Event Group. These people take care of their couples and are so kind and caring. They love their jobs and never skimped on any details or made us feel like we were bothering them or annoying them with questions. I know multiple people now who gotten married at The Villa and Saphire Estate and we all feel the same.

Absolutely Amazing!

We just had out wedding here on April 16, 2023. From the very first meeting this was an amazing experience! The warmth, friendliness, and obvious expertise of all the staff here made choosing The Villa a very easy decision after viewing the venue. The package absolutely give you the most for your money, but the staff makes your experience so special! You feel like they are personally invested in your vision , and to be honest, after a while, they begin to feel like a part of your wedding party. Meridith, Andrea, and Becky made sure the day went off without a hitch, from preempting things we hadn't thought about to making suggestions to make things run smoother. Shoutout's to Becky with the safety pins and double sided tape!! The Villa has everything thought about and planned out so you don't have to. By the end of the process we were begging Meridith to stay because it just felt like she belonged. So so sooooo glad we went with The Villa!!

Absolutely Wonderful

We had an amazing experience at the Villa at Ridder Country Club! We got married January 14, 2023. We originally booked in August 2023, but due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to change our date to January. The Villa
was super accommodating even when we went back and forth on dates in January.
The booking team was super responsive and compassionate throughout the whole process.
On the rehearsal day, we simply dropped our things off and after 5 minutes of going over the items, Sarah G had everything organized and gave me confidence that all I had to do the next day was simply show up. She coordinated all of our vendors, including accommodating our large band to make sure all tables were comfortable. She was truly a blessing in helping orchestrate the vendor timing and contacts.
The day of the wedding, the wedding team was so pleasant and helpful in speaking with guests, our bridal party, and dealing with our last minute questions and needs!
I also cannot speak enough upon our wonderful bridal attendant, Becky. The MOH dress ripped right when we got there, and Becky sewed up the dress within minutes! She took a situation that could’ve ruined the MOH day and really turned it around! She was like a superhero with everything we needed. She just have bustled my very long dress in under 3 minutes, and when the bustle broke later she sewed it right back up so I could get back on the dance floor! She was so pleasant and helpful, we did not have to lift a finger all night.
As for the food, we received SO many compliments on the meals. We chose the mango salsa salmon and cranberry stuffing chicken, and people were licking their plates clean! They are still texting me about it! I 1000% recommend trusting this team with your special day. They are an amazing crew with such a clean and beautiful venue. So many thanks for making our day so amazing!

Perfect Wedding Venue

We had our wedding in the Grand Ballroom at The Villa on New Year's Eve. The sales rep, Kristen Cantwell, showed me around the venue and we booked even before my husband saw it. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and we loved running into her throughout the planning process. The food tasting here was a really fun date night, our waitress was hilarious, and the food was to die for. We were then assigned our wedding producer, Sarah Greenstein, who was the BEST. I sent her many emails throughout the planning process and she always responded promptly and helped us out. She was very fun to work with and I didn't sweat anything day-of because she had everything covered. You are in very good hands with her. She perfectly captured my wedding vision with all of our decorations and I was so happy when I finally saw everything come together. We didn't hire an outside wedding planner because it wasn't in our budget, but we truthfully did not need to because Sarah had everything more than under control and exceeded our expectations. The ceremony space by the fireside is so beautiful and the Grand Ballroom as a whole was perfect for our reception. Everything went seamlessly because the staff here is so wonderful and great at their jobs. Our guests were all talking about the food from the appetizers to the late night snack. Your guests will certainly not go hungry here and the quality of the food is incredible. We also heard from a number of our family members that they had wonderful conversations with the waitstaff, which was so nice. Dancing the night away in front of the fireplace and under the chandeliers was a perfect way to end our wedding night. We cannot thank the staff at the Villa enough for hosting our dream wedding!

Timeless & Romantic Venue

We got married at the Villa in East Bridgewater. Our venue was breathtakingly beautiful. From contrasting dark woods, high arches, blazing double fireplaces and beautiful chandeliers, everything was perfect. Every staff member we encountered were kind, helpful, and respectful. The food was well presented and tasted great. There were so many options and we loved everything on their menu. I will recommend this venue a million times over. Such a positive experience.

Perfect in every way!

We had our wedding at the Villa in the Madera Ballroom on 11/19/2022 and our experience was amazing! We wanted a more intimate ceremony with only ~75 guests and were having trouble finding a venue that fit our style and would not feel empty with a smaller guest count - we are still amazed at how the venue was able to organize everything to make the space feel cozy and intimate even though we know it can hold weddings twice that size! Everyone at The Villa was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with us from our first inquiry to the end of our wedding night, especially our wedding producer Sarah! We cannot thank her enough for all of her support – she helped make everything perfect down to the smallest detail. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations in every way, and we received so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue was, how delicious all the food and drinks were, and that all the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Even months later, we are still getting messages from guests to tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We cannot thank Sarah and the rest of the staff at The Villa enough for making our dream wedding a reality!

Best Night EVER!

We had our ceremony and reception in the Madera Ballroom at The Villa. When I say it was the BEST night of our lives that is an understatement. The staff at The Villa were not only extremely professional, but felt like family. We never had an empty glass or an empty plate. When a cocktail spilt all over my wedding dress, the staff began working quickly to not only keep me “chill” but clean up my dress. They were lovely. Can’t state enough how much we recommend The Villa. SPECIAL shoutout to Victoria, Brianna and Becky.

Everything I Needed!

The team at The Villa - Ridder Country Club was like a breath of fresh air from start to finish! My Event Producer, Kayla Collins and wedding attendant Terry was EVERYTHING! From the date I viewed The Villa to the big day, Kayla was there, to answer all my questions, assisted and completed any special requests from my wedding planner, and accommodated my huge wedding party. I could tell Kayla genuinely wanted to ensure this day was very special for Colin and I - for that I cannot thank her enough. Though, she was not able to join us on the big day, she made sure we had the best and was taken care of in her absence.

My wedding attendant, Terry was the perfect person for the job! Alongside my day of event producer they were able to ensure all 24 ppl in my wedding party were moving along through the ceremony to the very end of reception.

I would highly recommend The Villa for any and all future couples, looking for a place to have their dream wedding.!

Truly Perfect

I can't say enough good things about our experience with the Villa. For starters, our event producer, Sarah Greenstein, is an absolute MVP. From the minute she was assigned to us, she was responsive, professional, and super efficient. She coordinated our meetings and helped us navigate the wedding process with ease. We got engaged in November 2021 and in the year of planning we had so much going on in our lives (finishing up graduate school, graduating, family getting sick, moving, and starting a new job). Knowing we had Sarah really put us at ease because she literally handled it all - from the big stuff down to the details like how I wanted my baby's breath tucked into my napkins! She nailed the vision I had for my wedding, coordinated a flawless timeline, and addressed all last-minute hiccups on the day of. The dress rehearsal went smoothly and quickly. She is as cool as cucumber and has a way of putting you at ease. She also planned accordingly so that we would be able to let our flower girl and ring bearer drive down the aisle in an electronic car. She also arranged our memorial table with care which meant so much to my family. A week before our wedding, some of our guests dropped out which totally ruined our already-printed table seating sign. Our event team handled this and I never had to worry. Our bridal attendant, Kim, was also a rockstar. She is extremely attentive and made us feel extremely comfortable. She put us in a great mood because of her upbeat attitude and was quick to jump in to address all our questions and concerns. She helped me quickly pin up my dress right before my first dance and delivered us drinks before they were even empty! The staff somehow took down and packed all of our decorations into my parent's car so quickly, they even beat us back to the hotel after the wedding ended. Don't even get me started on the food! So many of my guests raved about how delicious the food was, from the clam chowder, to the lamp lollipops, to the desserts, and the seafood! Our raw bar was a massive hit.. My family is Vietnamese and they are extremely particular and picky about food, and even they were impressed. My only regret is that I didn't eat more of my own food! The night flowed so well and everything was so well-paced. The ceremony was just the right amount of time and things moved effortlessly and seamlessly. A lot of our guests loved how well-timed things were and how we had enough time for dancing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any couple getting married. They truly anticipate every detail and are true professionals. The entire staff was fantastic and I'm so grateful they made the wedding planning process so easy. Most people stress out planning weddings but I can honestly say I enjoyed pretty much every second of the process and it was entirely worth it for the night that we had. It made us happy to see our loved ones happy and enjoy their night so much and The Villa's expertise definitely made it an unforgettable night. Amazing Experience

Sarah at The Villa was absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and made sure our day was perfect. Becky (our bridal attendant) made sure every hair was in place for pictures, and every glass we held was always holding a fresh drink! Everyone raved about the food being delicious and just how amazing the entire staff was. Aimee, the bartenders, the servers, everyone was awesome!

Simply amazing

I hope I never have to get married again but if I do, I'm going back to The Villa at Ridder (in the tent) and asking for Elizabeth as my coordinator! :)

The tent was absolutely beautiful- they had the fire going out back and corn hole for guests to play. I got so many compliments about the food and venue. Elizabeth was able to work with our favorite ice cream store (Sugar Hill in Bridgewater) to arrange having an ice cream bar with our favorite place. I don't think I left the dance floor all night.

All of the other bridal attendants were also amazing. They made it so that I had nothing to worry about, and just got to have fun all night.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Best Wedding Experience We Could’ve Dreamed Of!

Our experience with the Villa could not have been more perfect.

Our wedding producer, Sarah Greenstein, was absolutely phenomenal. We had a large wedding party, and we tend to run on the scatter-brained side of things; but Sarah had everything organized to a tee. She made sure every last detail was taken care of throughout and allowed the wedding to go smoother than we could’ve imagined! She is also exceptionally kind, patient, and thoughtful. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with her!

Our ceremony and reception were held at the Tent - The grounds and garden were gorgeous with fall mums and well-kept lawns/foliage. The facilities were clean. The setting was just beautiful overall. We were lucky to have good weather, so our outdoor ceremony went well according to plan; but we were not worried if it rained, as their back-up plan for holding the ceremony inside the tent was wonderful also! There was plenty of parking for guests, and even though there were other weddings occurring at the venue (in the ballrooms), you would never have known! They do a great job of keeping the events separate and making your wedding feel special. We had a total of 180 guests, and the tent and dance floor felt plenty spacious!

The bartenders and wait staff were kind, efficient, and extremely good at what they do.

The bridal attendant, Brooke was also incredible. She brought a brightness to the day that calmed any last-minute jitters! She was also exceptionally kind, efficient, and always ready to help with anything (including fixing the bride’s broken bustle).

The event manager, Brianna, was amazing. She helped make sure the entire wedding went smoothly and was there for any questions or concerns we may have had!

We would recommend the Villa to anyone. The entire team there helped make our wedding day the best day of our lives so far, and we truly couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience.

Wonderful Experience 10/10

Our wedding was everything that we had hoped and planned for. We got married at the white pergola and then had our cocktail hour and reception in the Grand Ballroom. Kayla helped us through the whole wedding planning process and was just the best. We had a relatively large wedding (175+) and with that came some week of and day of changes and Kayla navigated all of them smoothly. The Villa works directly with your vendors (and they know a lot of them already!) so it makes it so easy in the month leading up to the wedding. The sales team is awesome as well as the day of staff. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing in Every Way!

My husband and I got married at The Villa at Ridder Country Club on September 9, 2022 and it was absolutely amazing in every way. From the moment I first toured there I felt this comfortable feeling like I was in the right place, and then all of the staff came through to prove that my gut was right. Ashley sold me on the Villa that day- she answered all of my questions and just genuinely wanted to help me pick a venue, even if it wasn’t The Villa. Ashley was so communicative and helpful that I knew the Villa was the place for my husband and I to share our day. Throughout the whole process, our Event Producer Elizabeth was incredibly kind and flexible as we had different things come up. Elizabeth made everything happen seamlessly that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Her and her team (including Aubrey and Ella) made me feel so taken care of. I couldn’t recommend The Villa at Ridder Country Club more- they make you feel incredibly special and important throughout the entire process from beginning to end, and it is clear they are so passionate about what they do. I couldn’t have picked a better venue to have my wedding. I gave 5 stars but it isn’t enough to rate the villa they all deserve 10 stars. We’ve received nothing but amazing comments and compliments from food down to the venue from all of our guests.I will be highly recommending everyone who will be getting married here. My husband and I couldn’t thank them all enough they’re all amazing and we’re still obsessing over it.

Absolutely Fantastic Venue!

The Villa was the first venue that we looked at and we knew it was the one! We got married at the tent and everything about it was perfect. The scenery and the food were both amazing - but the service and staff are really what makes this venue stand out. Everyone that was a part of our wedding whether it was from the initial sales person, to our coordinator, and all of the people that helped on the day of, the service was truly unmatched. They handled all of the small details so that we didn't have to and it made wedding planning so much less stressful than it could have been. We didn't have a specific vision for decorations and knew we wanted to keep it simple and our coordinator really helped us navigate this. You can tell that weddings are their business and they know exactly what they are doing. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Villa and everyone who works there!

The Most Perfect Day

Could not say enough good things about The Villa. We had our wedding in the Madera Ballroom, the space is beautiful and the food was fantastic - our guests were raving about it. However, the best part by far is the staff. Sarah and the rest of our wedding team were so amazing and made our day seamless. If we could do it all over again we would chose The Villa 10x over.

The Tent at The Villa was AMAZING!!!

We got married at The Tent at The Villa on September 16th 2022 and it was everything we could have imagined and more. From the sales manager we dealt, Ashley, at the start of planning, to our event coordinator who was assigned to us 6 months prior to the wedding, Victoria, to our bridal attendant Terri, everyone we dealt with was fabulous!

Victoria answered every question we had in a very timely manor. She also offered her suggestions which we took- she does this every day so always listen to the professionals! She is also just so fun to be around and work with and her positivity is contagious.

From the start, we knew we had picked the right place to get married. The tasting was the first event we had went to and it was wonderful. We tried so many different things and were so impressed with the food. Sometimes, wedding food is nothing to write home about but this food is amazing. They cook the filet to your liking and you can use your fork to cut it. Also, the Tuscan chicken was one of the best things we had ever had- HIGHLY suggest.

Our wedding day could not have gone more perfectly and that had a lot to do with the staff at The Villa. I would suggest checking out this place to get married!

Amazing and Wonderful

My wife and I planned our wedding within 9 months. It was a great success in great part because of Hillary, Meridith and their team at The Villa. Very accommodating and understanding. They anticipated our needs every single step of the way. The wedding outside was beautiful and the tent space they have was amazing. No need for extra decor from another vendor this place has it all. They know how to get things done. They will take care of all of your needs. If you want to be in good hands go to them. One of the best decisions we made. We will go back for any other event that we need a space for.

Perfect from start to finish

We got married on 8/13/22 at The Villa and it was absolute perfection. Ellen, our wedding planner, along with all other staff were wonderful to work with. The day was seamless. Ellen and staff were organized and on top of everything that I knew I had nothing to worry about. The day was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend getting married at The Villa.

Amazing Venue!

When it was time to look and pick a venue, after searching google and wedding wire, I knew I wanted a tent/outdoor reception. I stumbled upon the tent at The Villa. The pictures looked beautiful and the reviews were amazing. I'm usually hesitant when it comes to reading things online, but all of the past reviews were on point. We loved The Villa from the moment we walked onto the property and went to tour the tent. We toured the tent and booked it very shortly after. The whole wedding process was smooth, organized, and everyone was informative and knew what they were doing. I was assigned an Event Producer (Victoria) and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all of my questions and knew exactly what we were looking for. Willingly and with no hesitation, Victoria actually took my flowers that I repurposed from the church and set them up on the sweetheart table/place card setting before guests arrived. Victoria was exceptional and went above and beyond, and it seemed like I had known her for more than just a few months. She's the best! Thank you Victoria!!!!! In the end, I never worried about a thing. The wedding day went so smooth, the staff was so nice, organized, and kept in communication with us throughout the night. Lastly, the food! Our guests all commented on how good the food was and how it came out hot! Really, you can't go wrong with The Villa. The grounds are beautiful, the food is great, and staff is amazing, and the wedding process is easy/organized. I highly recommend The Villa and the tent! Thank you again to the staff at The Villa & Victoria who helped make our wedding day so great. We're happy to be a SEG couple!

Outstanding service and beautiful venue

Honestly, our wedding night literally could not be more perfect. Sarah was absolutely amazing; the attentiveness, timing, coordination and care that she and her staff had provided us and our guests during our wedding day were more than we can ask for, and it's so hard to express into words how grateful we both are. Drinks always came if they were empty, reminders were given to us in a timely fashion, and any concerns or questions that we had were handled in an utmost professional manner. Sarah had even ensured that the preparation portion of our wedding day was a very clear, concise, and smooth process. All of our requests were also honored, such as specific beer/wine and other spirits. Sarah was very accommodating when it came to any changes along the way as well
If there has to be any complaint at all, it's that I can only leave 5 stars instead of 6!

Wonderful!

The Villa exceeded all of my expectations. My husband and I just got married at the recently renovated tent location at the Villa and it was just beautiful. So many of our guests are still raving about how pretty the site was, and how amazing the food was! Our event coordinator, Victoria, helped us every step of the way, from invitations to seating charts, to all my random questions in between. The service on the actual wedding day was impeccable as well. If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor or indoor wedding venue with quality service (and FOOD!), look no further!!

Best day ever!!!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this venue! We had our wedding here 4/8/22. From the start the Villa was a no brainer; it was actually affordable, the food was out of this world delicious, and the entire venue was gorgeous. Elizabeth and Kayla were like my cheerleaders during planning, they saw my vision and really cared to help me bring it to life. Michelle made sure everything ran smoothly for us that day. Becky was so attentive and complimentary as our bridal suite attendant. She made sure we had fresh apps after we came inside from taking photos before we had introductions into our reception. Everyone who we experienced working at the Villa was so kind and very great at their job. Besides their wonderful staff, the Villas grounds were gorgeous for photos and the Grand Ballroom side which we picked is just stunning. Gorgeous crystal chandeliers, cozy fireplace, and dark hard wood floors made it easy for any theme possible to look amazing. The entire place was also so clean and spotless. And oh my gosh the food. THE FOOD. If I could give it 6 out of 5 stars I would. Everything was beyond delicious but this chicken tempura lollis are a must have. A Perfect Day!

We got married at The Villa in the Madera ballroom on March 26th, 2022 and had the most wonderful time! From our first sales meeting to our wedding day (which ended up being postponed due to COVID), everyone we worked with at The Villa was incredibly professional and kind. Our wedding producer, Elizabeth Ryan, was fantastic and we felt at ease with her in charge of our wedding day. Elizabeth and her team worked seamlessly with our vendors and made sure to reach out and coordinate with them in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Our guests raved about the beauty of the venue and how delicious all of the food was. The Villa was also incredibly accommodating for food allergies (the bride had celiac) and the chef was able to make almost all of the food gluten-free. We were so impressed by the entire staff on our wedding day and we were even assigned a special bridal attendant, Colleen, who was fantastic! We would definitely recommend The Vila for anyone looking to have a classy and fun wedding!

Thanks for a beautiful wedding!

We chose The Villa because it was beautiful, had great reviews, and was willing to work with us on our budget without having us sacrifice important things. We used the Grand Ballroom, which is truly grand while still feeling inviting. I loved that there was a separate space for the cocktail hour. They were very friendly, responsive, and thorough throughout the process. We appreciated that they paid very close attention to detail to ensure that our day went smoothly. They were also flexible when we needed to change our date (twice) due to Covid. They really worked to help us bring our vision to life.

The tasting experience at The Villa was fun—it was like a nice little date night. We were thrilled to receive confirmation that the food there was delicious. After the wedding, we received positive feedback about the food, and we certainly enjoyed it (and they made sure we had opportunities to do so!).

The staff, including our wonderful Event Producer Kevin, were welcoming to our guests and good at corralling our families and bridal party when it came to pictures, intros, etc. (I even found out a couple days later that Kevin switched shoes for the ceremony with the best man, who had worn the wrong color. Talk about going above the call of duty!) They made sure to check in with us to see if there was anything we needed and to make sure we knew what would be happening next in the order of events so we didn’t have to worry about memorizing the schedule.

There were also great places to take photos. Our indoor photos looked great, and the outdoor photos were even better. Despite being in November when most of the leaves were off the trees, the scenery still looked fantastic in the pictures.

Thank you to The Villa for helping us have a beautiful wedding. Covid made the wedding planning process stressful, but everything that was in The Villa’s control was great and once the big day finally arrived, we were able to relax and have fun because we knew they’d take care of things.

We love The Villa! Highly recommend!!

From the moment we walked in the door at our first tour of The Villa with Ashley to planning through a postponed wedding with Hillary, the Villa and everyone who works there exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding day! A month later and our guests are still raving about the gorgeous space, delicious food, and everything else about it. We are so happy that we chose them and highly recommend Saphire Event Group to anyone venue searching!

Best venue out there

Got married here and everything was PERFECT! Such a beautiful and romantic venue. Multiple guests told me it was the best food they have had at a wedding. The day ran so smoothly I was surprised not a single thing went wrong. The reason it went so perfectly was because of my coordinator Hillary. If you get assigned Hillary for your wedding you are in the BEST of hands. She knows her stuff and can answer each and every question you have. She was with us throughout the entire planning process and was so quick to respond via email, text, call, etc. 10/10 recommend both Hillary and The Villa.

Beautiful Venue and Attentive Staff

Kevin was absolutely amazing! At our meeting 2 weeks before the wedding, he spent more than 2 hours with us to make sure we knew what we wanted and he documented everything perfectly. We didn’t feel rushed at all and were grateful for all of his insight when trying to make decisions about things we didn’t particularly have preferences on. Walking away from that meeting, we felt comfortable and knew exactly what to expect on the big day. At the rehearsal Kevin walked us, our families, and the bridal party through the ceremony a few times, and we even made some last-minute adjustments. He took everybody’s first drink order, and they were ready to go right after the ceremony! He was there for us through all of the “ceremonial” things at the reception (special dances, toasts, cake cutting) and made sure we made it to the bridge for sunset pictures! Kevin and the rest of the staff at The Villa exceeded our expectations and helped us create a night we’ll never forget! Oh, and all of our guests raved about the prime rib and the mashed potato bar!

Best wedding ever

The whole process working with the staff was pleasurable. They worked as a well oiled machine. The only concern we had was being rushed a head our schedule. There was some miscommunications amongst staff members that was already decided upon at our finalized meetings. Overall, the food was AMAZING and the venue met all our wedding needs.

My husband and I just recently married at the Villa. We had an amazing experience! All of our guests had a wonderful time. Our event producer, Hayley was incredible. She was very responsive and helped facilitate a beautiful wedding celebration for us. The day of was very organized like a well oiled machine. Such a great time!

Our wedding day was truly magical and we have The Villa to thank for a large part of it! There was definitely a lot of stress leading up to it as we had decided on the venue a month before covid hit, however our event producer Hayley was incredible and there for us every step of the way. The day went super smoothly and we had such a great time! Having a bridal assistant there with you was also amazing. As the bride it’s easy to forget to eat/drink so having someone there to help you with that is much needed. I would definitely recommend going with the Grand Ballroom for the added space to boogie all night. The late night french fries we added were a hit with our guests as well! Overall I would definitely recommend this venue for your big day

Super Smooth and Beautiful Wedding

We got married in the tent. The venue was gorgeous, the food was incredible, and the night was a blast. Hayley was our event producer and she made the day so smooth and seamless for my wife and me. She was a great resource leading up to the event and did so much for us on the night of. I would absolutely recommend the Villa to any couple getting married. Hayley as well as Saphire Event Group knows what they are doing and they do it very well. They work with you every step of the way to make your wedding day exactly as you want it.
