Kayla was amazing she took care of everything for us! Our DJ messed up big time, kayla and the rest of the team really stepped up. The estate itself was absolutely beautiful it was worth it. I will always recommend this venue if anyone is getting married!

From start to finish, our experience with Sapphire Estate was incredible. When we first began our venue search, we toured The Lakehouse with Madison Jarrett, and she immediately set the tone for what a thoughtful, professional experience should feel like. It was the first venue we toured, and we truly had no idea what we were doing, but Madison took her time walking us through everything. She asked about our vision, the other venues we were looking at, and the vibe we wanted for our wedding. Even after the tour, she encouraged us to reach out with any questions, and she meant it. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Later in the process, when we decided on Sapphire Estate, Madison gave us another tour to show the new getting-ready space, and she was just as amazing the second time—personable, patient, and so genuinely kind.

Our event producer, Kayla Caddy Williams, was truly outstanding. I sent her countless emails throughout the planning process, and she always responded quickly, kindly, and with clear direction. She kept us on track and made sure every detail was perfectly planned. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond. It was 80° outside, the ground was muddy, and our second photographer didn’t show up. I was hot, overwhelmed, and on the verge of tears. Kayla could tell before I even said a word. She walked down during photos with a drink in her hand, handed it to me, and said, “We’re going to take this last photo and then go upstairs for a quick break.” It was exactly what I needed, and I’ll never forget that small act of care.

The venue itself is stunning. There are endless spots for photos, the grounds are immaculate, and the Gatehouse getting-ready suite is absolutely perfect. It’s beautiful, spacious, and such a fun place to have your bridal party together before the ceremony.

We also had Amanda as our bridal attendant, and she was unbelievable. I joked after the wedding that I felt like Princess Mia from The Princess Diaries, and Amanda was my royal staff. Every time I turned around, she was right there handing me my bouquet, holding my drink, fixing my dress, or helping with something before I even had to ask. She truly made me feel like a princess.

The only minor issues we experienced had nothing to do with these amazing staff members. Some of our guests mentioned that the drinks were very weak, and a few ended up ordering a shot of vodka on the rocks to mix their own drinks—a little frustrating considering the bar tab was open all night. We also noticed that when guests left their drinks on the tables to go dance, they often came back to find them cleared away. Sapphire Estate had asked us to avoid bringing drinks onto the dance floor, but they weren’t strict about it. People did bring drinks out there and it was totally fine. It just seemed like the staff were being a bit overzealous about cleaning up, which led to some full drinks being thrown away.

All that said, those were small things compared to how perfect the day was overall. I highly, highly recommend Sapphire Estate, and especially Kayla Caddy Williams, Madison Jarrett, and Amanda. They made our wedding day absolutely flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue.

My wife and I had a hybrid Indian-American wedding and Saphire Estate was a perfect location for it. They have a ton of experience with these types of weddings and were very accommodating of every request. Our event producer, Kayla, kept everything running on time and made sure that we weren't getting stressed out about anything. We had several meetings in advance to go over every little detail and Kayla was very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Saphire also was pretty affordable, especially given our larger guest count. We loved everything about our wedding there.

Saphire was fantastic. Our event producer, Kayla, was a huge help throughout the wedding planning process, but she was most appreciated the day of. I was so impressed with how she and her staff set up and took down all the decor. My family, friends, and I could enjoy the full wedding and not have to worry about anything but having a good time. The food- from the apps to salads to entrees to cookies- were delicious. And the timing of everything was spot on- we got to do all the traditions we wanted (first dance, cake cutting, speeches) but still have plenty of time for dancing. Everyone warned me the wedding would go by super fast, which it did, but I was able to enjoy every second of it.

We had our wedding at Saphire Estate in Sharon, MA, and it was everything we hoped for and more. We chose the venue because it gave us that dreamy garden-meets-New England charm that we really missed living in Florida, plus it’s right across from a beautiful lake that made for stunning scenery. From day one, the process with Saphire Event Group was seamless. Their team was responsive, organized, and so accommodating—especially with us planning everything from out of state. We couldn’t attend any in-person meetings aside from our initial visit, and they didn’t skip a beat. My parents even went to our food tasting in our place (bless them), and SEG made it all work without a hitch.

We were lucky enough to be paired with Anne, our day-of coordinator and actual angel on Earth. From the very beginning, she felt like a friend—sweet, funny, genuine, and totally on my wavelength. I came into this with messy notes and scattered thoughts, and every time I talked to Anne, she brought clarity and calm. She completely understood the vision, printed and carried around my 3-page Google Doc (LOL), and made sure not a single detail was missed. Even when we made the big decision to change our ceremony location a few months before the wedding, she took it in stride and helped everything fall into place. She had everything perfectly lined up the day of and somehow made me feel like I didn’t need to worry about a single thing

Everyone we interacted with on the day of had so much personality, were kind, professional, and genuinely seemed like they loved being there. It made a huge difference. We’re endlessly grateful to the entire Saphire team for giving us such a beautiful, stress-free experience.

We had an exceptional, once-in-a-lifetime, magical night at Saphire to celebrate my daughter's wedding. Kayla, our consultant was warm, responsive and professional throughout the year we worked together. She made the planning process and event flow seamlessly. The personalized service, the fantastic food and the atmosphere left our guests raving about what an amazing place we had chosen. Little details...like preparing private cocktails and apps for the happy couple to have before greeting guests, getting the children's dinners out rapidly to keep the smallest guests happy, creating special milkshakes to end the evening, and an unexpected refund on the bar tab demonstrated how attuned to guests (and trustworthy!) the team really is. Each step of the planning allows you to choose things to customize a special day. 10 out of 10, surpassed expectations. If you want to take the worry out of an important day and plan a dream event, you will be exceptionally pleased with the team at Saphire!

My husband and I got married at Saphire Estate on 5/31/25 and we had an amazing experience! The Saphire Event Group takes care of so much to help make wedding planning easier on the couple. Our event producer Kayla was fantastic, always answering my many emails with questions in a timely manner. She was also fantastic day of and we couldn't be more grateful! It was so easy working with Saphire, and the venue is beautiful. They even set up all of our decor for us, which made things so easy the day of. They supported us throughout the planning process as well. The food is incredible and all of our guests continue to comment about it. The venue has many great photo spots and everything was perfect! We can't recommend the Saphire Estate and Saphire Event Group enough!

We got married at Saphire Estate in June and from the initial tour of the venue down to the moment we were leaving it was nothing short of amazing. Ashlynn was beyond accommodating with us as we were in a rush to book a venue and and kept changing our plans. Working with them up to the big day was so easy! The group tasting experience was great and so well-done, and planning all of our little details with Kayla over the course of a few meetings was also so easy and fun! On the day of our wedding Kayla and Judy made sure everything went seamlessly - it was so nice not to have to worry about anything as Kayla made sure the vendors knew where to be and when. Judy was our bridal attendant and was so attentive to what we needed without being overbearing. We got so many compliments on the food and service (2 of our guests are chefs at venues and they were highly impressed). Overall we wouldn't change anything about our big day and I highly recommend Saphire Estate and SEG to anyone!

First of all, book Saphire Estate now. I just want to say how absolutely incredible Anne was through the entire process. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner via text & email, and provided all the information we needed during the planning process.

At our rehearsal she was so organized & kind to our giant wedding party (23 total!).

We cannot believe how perfect our wedding day was (We can, Anne, Jeannine, Brooke & the entire Saphire Event Group is incredible in everyway). Everything from booking 18 months out to the hours before the ceremony was completely smooth.

Our vision was love in bloom with a classic/minimalistic look and the day exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfectly placed and coordinated - thanks to Anne and the entire staff.

We felt the timing of everything from family portraits to guests arriving to the ceremony to the cocktail hour etc. was perfectly managed. The environment was kept calm and that is all you want on your wedding day!!

Our guests are still raving about the food. All of the apps were hot & fresh for our guests to enjoy. The mashed potato bar was a huge hit - so delicious with more toppings than we could have imagined.
The salad was crisp & fresh. The entrees were hot, seasoned and cooked perfectly.

The presentation was stunning. We took pictures of everything we ate before digging in! Everyone we encountered was so polite & kind! It's not easy to manage 128 guests!

This was my dream wedding and I cannot thank Anne, Jeannine, and Brooke for making it happen!
