My wife and I had a hybrid Indian-American wedding and Saphire Estate was a perfect location for it. They have a ton of experience with these types of weddings and were very accommodating of every request. Our event producer, Kayla, kept everything running on time and made sure that we weren't getting stressed out about anything. We had several meetings in advance to go over every little detail and Kayla was very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Saphire also was pretty affordable, especially given our larger guest count. We loved everything about our wedding there. -

We had our wedding at Saphire Estate in Sharon, MA, and it was everything we hoped for and more. We chose the venue because it gave us that dreamy garden-meets-New England charm that we really missed living in Florida, plus it’s right across from a beautiful lake that made for stunning scenery. From day one, the process with Saphire Event Group was seamless. Their team was responsive, organized, and so accommodating—especially with us planning everything from out of state. We couldn’t attend any in-person meetings aside from our initial visit, and they didn’t skip a beat. My parents even went to our food tasting in our place (bless them), and SEG made it all work without a hitch.
We were lucky enough to be paired with Anne, our day-of coordinator and actual angel on Earth. From the very beginning, she felt like a friend—sweet, funny, genuine, and totally on my wavelength. I came into this with messy notes and scattered thoughts, and every time I talked to Anne, she brought clarity and calm. She completely understood the vision, printed and carried around my 3-page Google Doc (LOL), and made sure not a single detail was missed. Even when we made the big decision to change our ceremony location a few months before the wedding, she took it in stride and helped everything fall into place. She had everything perfectly lined up the day of and somehow made me feel like I didn’t need to worry about a single thing

Everyone we interacted with on the day of had so much personality, were kind, professional, and genuinely seemed like they loved being there. It made a huge difference. We’re endlessly grateful to the entire Saphire team for giving us such a beautiful, stress-free experience. -

My husband and I got married at Saphire Estate on 5/31/25 and we had an amazing experience! The Saphire Event Group takes care of so much to help make wedding planning easier on the couple. Our event producer Kayla was fantastic, always answering my many emails with questions in a timely manner. She was also fantastic day of and we couldn't be more grateful! It was so easy working with Saphire, and the venue is beautiful. They even set up all of our decor for us, which made things so easy the day of. They supported us throughout the planning process as well. The food is incredible and all of our guests continue to comment about it. The venue has many great photo spots and everything was perfect! We can't recommend the Saphire Estate and Saphire Event Group enough! -

We got married at Saphire Estate in June and from the initial tour of the venue down to the moment we were leaving it was nothing short of amazing. Ashlynn was beyond accommodating with us as we were in a rush to book a venue and and kept changing our plans. Working with them up to the big day was so easy! The group tasting experience was great and so well-done, and planning all of our little details with Kayla over the course of a few meetings was also so easy and fun! On the day of our wedding Kayla and Judy made sure everything went seamlessly - it was so nice not to have to worry about anything as Kayla made sure the vendors knew where to be and when. Judy was our bridal attendant and was so attentive to what we needed without being overbearing. We got so many compliments on the food and service (2 of our guests are chefs at venues and they were highly impressed). Overall we wouldn't change anything about our big day and I highly recommend Saphire Estate and SEG to anyone! -

I had a short timeline to plan my wedding so I needed all the help I could get! Daniella and the team at Saphire were amazing. She was very responsive and accommodating especially when last minute changes occurred. The food was AMAZING, and the staff the day of were so attentive! I truly had the time to enjoy my wedding and not stress about little details. My guests couldn't believe I planned such a great wedding within my short 3 month timeline, and it's all thanks to Daniella and Saphire Event Group! -

I cannot stress enough how amazing Saphire estate really is. I recently had my wedding there almost a month ago and I can say that I didn’t even lift a finger on my wedding day. The venue really caters to your every need and wants to make your dream wedding come true. There was a little snow on the ground and it was just a beautiful night all together.
My wedding team was amazing!!! Anne was our wedding event producer and she literally was my lifesaver. Whenever I went into panic mode she there to calm me down. Her down to earth, nonchalant demeanor really makes you feel so comforted on a the most emotional happy day of your life.
Jeanine and Sydney were always there by my side if I ever needed anything throughout the night. I literally felt like a queen because of these ladies. If you get paired with any of these wonderful women, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. I cannot say thank you enough!! Do not second guess booking with Saphire estate, I promise it’ll be everything you wanted and more. -

Our wedding was amazing! We got married 09/28/24. The venue was stunning and our coordinator - Anne made it perfect!
Emma & Jeannine - our day of bridal attendants were also spectacular and so kind.
They have the best wedding food we have ever experienced. We had multiple guests rave about the short rib, Tuscan chicken and ice cream sundae bar! -

Best Night!
Saphire Estate was absolutely amazing ! They took care of all of our needs in terms of making our wedding day feel so magical! My wedding producer Kayla Collins all the way down to the amazing women who helped getting my dress together and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole day! The venue was beautiful! Even the behind the scenes process of getting all wedding things together has been great in communication , expectations, and deadlines!
I felt like my wedding was in the best hands!

Saphire Estate in Sharon, MA was a perfect choice for our daughter’s wedding!
We could not be more pleased with the Saphire Estate wedding venue . The wedding was on June 28th, 2024. Most guests had never been to this venue. We received many compliments on the venue. The grounds are beautifully cared for. The bridal suite was very comfortable with all necessary amenities.
The Saphire staff were excellent in addressing all questions and any concerns that came up. We could not be more pleased with Kayla Collins, our event coordinator/producer. She was always professional and kind in answering any questions or concerns that came up.
Everyone loved the food, which was very important to me. The venue is best described as classy with a cozy feel. We loved the cocktail area as well as the connecting reception area. The fireplaces in both the cocktail area and reception added some beautiful focal points to decorate. Everything was beautiful and service was excellent. We would choose the same venue if we had a do-over !
Thank you for the wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

My husband and I are SO happy and pleased with our choice in Saphire Estate!! The venue was stunning, flowers in the garden were blooming and we walked down to the lake for sunset and took the most beautiful photos just us two (highly recommend), & ceremony-cocktail hour-reception all flowed so easily. From the first day we booked our big day the team was very communicative and responsive to any and all of our questions. I am truly so grateful for the entire SEG team, especially our wedding coordinator, Anne. Her kindness, professionalism, and responsiveness was everything I could ask for in a coordinator. Planning a wedding was seamless and easy and it is all thanks to the entire SEG team. I never once had any doubts or concerns that our wedding day wasn’t in the right hands. My husband and I had our wedding at Saphire at the end of April and it wwas the perfect venue! We booked with Saphire at the end of October 2022 and they were helpful throughout the entire process. We got married at Saphire Estate at the end of May. We chose this venue shortly after getting engaged and the staff was so helpful during our year and a half of planning. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many options for photos. This venue is across the street from Lake Massapoag so they have a little beach for sunset photos! There is also a cute spot in a wooded area for nature inspired photos and a very cute garden for group shots! The photo op areas were a big selling point for me haha! The ceremony space was decorated beautifully, and the cocktail hour space has a very modern but timeless vibe to it! The estate itself was gorgeous! We had a relatively small wedding (less than 100 guests) and there was plenty of space to party! The staff was super professional and very nice! We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue and party itself! I would highly recommend Saphire Estate to anyone! -

Kayla was amazing through the entire process! Saphire Estate is a beautiful garden venue with incredible views of a lake too! Unfortunately, it rained and my ceremony was inside, but it was still beautiful!!! Right in front of the fireplace and all of my guests fit comfortably. The staff transitioned the room back to a dinner reception layout so quickly! The food was delicious as well.
And Kayla was so organized!! I thought I was an organized person, but when the craziness of the day comes, you need a Kayla to keep everyone and everything going smoothly!!! I can't wait to see all the photos of the decorations, but she made everything look perfect! We are so happy we had our wedding at Saphire Estate.

Saphire Estate was the first and only venue we looked at when we began the wedding planning process, and we have zero regrets. Immediately upon pulling up to the venue for our tour one year ago, we fell in love with the breathtaking beauty of the exterior. We knew we wanted to get married here. We loved the idea of the separate cocktail hour space, the view of the water, the newly renovated bridal suite, and the menu sounded delicious (it is). We booked our wedding two days after our tour! A few months after booking, Kayla was assigned as our wedding producer. We first met her in person at our group food tasting and Kayla went out of her way to make us feel special at the tasting, coming over to answer any pressing questions. The food was absolutely delicious at the tasting and helped us finalize our menu for our wedding. Soon enough, we had our 3-month meeting with Kayla where she went over everything about our wedding day. Kayla is detailed, kind, understanding, and calming. We knew we were in good hands. She constantly reassured us that everything would be fine. If we wanted something, she would make it work. If we emailed her (which we did… a lot), she would respond so quickly, despite having other weddings to help produce. We never felt like an after-thought. We always felt like Kayla went above and beyond for us. The day of our wedding, which was supposed to be outside, it was going to rain. Kayla called me the morning of and we had such a great conversation about moving the wedding ceremony indoors. Had Kayla not prepared me for this possibility, or called me that morning to discuss what it meant, I would have been upset. But because of our previous conversations and knowing she had our best interest in mind, moving the ceremony inside was no big deal - it was still SO beautiful. For our wedding day, we were assigned Jeannine as our bridal attendant and she was so kind and helpful, making sure our wedding party was taken care of. Our event manager, Ed, made sure things ran smoothly as well. We can’t thank Kayla and the Saphire Estate team enough for making our wedding day one to remember. Weeks later, we still have guests reaching out to us raving about the food, beauty of the venue, the staff, and telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Thank you Saphire Estate! -

Words cannot begin to describe how absolutely PERFECT our wedding was thanks to the Saphire Event Group. We started with a tour of Saphire Estate about a year and a half before our wedding with Madison, who started us in the bridal suite and brought us through the entire experience of our wedding from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception. It was the first of several venues we toured that we were able to actually visualize what our wedding could look like. After booking the date, Kayla was our fearless leader that helped us figure out what we needed to focus on and when as we continued to plan our wedding. We felt almost too prepared in the week leading to our wedding, to which we answered guests who asked us if we were ready with “yeah, we’re pretty sure, and if not, I think we’ll be okay :)”. The day went seamlessly, and we know that is entirely thanks to Kayla and the team’s constant behind-the-scenes-earpiece-communications that kept things moving while we basked in the joy of the day. Extra shoutout to Sarah who was our attendant for the day and basically read our minds while we were taking pictures by bringing us an appetizer plate and drinks. She also helped us pack up for the night which was incredibly helpful. Guests cannot stop telling us how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how wonderful of a time they had. We would do it all again with Saphire Estate over and over if given the opportunity. Your wedding is in the best hands when you work with the absolute professionals at Saphire Estate. We could NOT be happier to say we celebrated our marriage at the Saphire Estate in Sharon!
From the moment we first saw the venue we knew we wanted to have our wedding reception here. Everyone was so helpful when it came to answering all of my quesitons right from the start and that continued through out the whole wedding planning process. Anne was our Event Producer and we cannot thank her enough, she is just simply AMAZING. She helped ease the stress of this planning process in every way, from reviewing our invitations as well as a streamlined payment process. Saphire Event Group also has a very very helpful information packet, its lengthy but it was so helpful through almost every step of the process with planning this wedding for which I am very grateful.
The food is also so delicious! We had the buffalo chicken purses, goat cheese bacon wrapped dates, cheesestake roulade and the crostini station for appetizers which were ALL a hit. I could have eaten all that as my meal and been happy. For dinner we had the truscan crusted chicken and pan seared salmon which I also fully enjoyed!!
On the wedding day, Jeanine was with us the whole time to check in and make sure we had drinks and enough food as well, she was my angel helping keep us on time!
Everyone was happy, fed and having a blast on the dancefloor all night!
One of my concerns was the bathrooms being too small but I did not hear that as an issue at all.
We did have about 170 people with a big dance crowd but the dance floor was still a perfect size!
The venue itself is just BEAUTIFUL, with so many photo opportunities.

Perfect venue for sunshine or rain!
When we first toured Saphire Estate, we were sold on the beautiful variety of spaces for photos, cocktail hour, reception, and the beautiful courtyard for the wedding. With New England weather being so unpredictable, we ended up having to have an indoor ceremony given the absolute pouring rain outside. Working with our event producer, Kayla, and the dream team at Saphire put my nerves at ease and we moved forward to the indoor ceremony, and I have absolutely no regrets about it at all! I was (and am!) so amazed at how everything turned out, everything was perfect from getting married in front of the mantel, to the cocktail hour space with the fireplace lit up, to the reception area with SERIOUSLY the best food I have ever had! Guests would not stop raving about the space, the food, and the drinks. I cannot recommend Saphire Estate enough as a wedding venue, it's the perfect place right outside of Boston that will always have our hearts. :) -

The Saphire Event Group is fantastic! We had so much difficulty deciding between the Avenir and the Saphire Estate, we ended up choosing the Saphire Estate for its outdoor spaces and gorgeous cocktail area.

My husband James and I had our reception here on 11.19.22. It was the most beautiful day ever, and the Saphire Estate was the most perfect place to have it and really made the day special for us and our guests. From the second we toured this venue in the fall of 2021 - we fell in love. We saw this venue in the middle of dead-cold December and it STILL looked beautiful! Well-maintained, landscaped, clean, organized, etc. And let me tell you - it was the same way in late November on our wedding day. The grounds were absolutely beautiful despite most of the leaves being down by this point. We looked at 10-15 other New England, charming, vintage-modern, venues and although from a location stand-point the Saphire Estate was not our priority, it was most certainly the most impressive, beautiful, private, and quality venue we saw. You can get a feel for the service they provide through all of their work. They do not host other events - only weddings - so they know what they are doing. I mentioned the location aspect because I want to prove to prospective brides and grooms that even if you are from the North Shore or Boston, you can still create the most beautiful wedding day in and around Sharon. We were heartbroken not to be able to get married at our church on the North Shore, but no venues impressed us and made us feel special like the Saphire Estate did - so deciding to get married in a different Greek Orthodox church closer to Sharon was beyond worth it! Let's talk service - the Saphire estate blew us away with the food. The quality was amazing - we liked 90% of the things we tasted and we actually went for 2 tastings because we were indecisive. Our guests commented on how great the food was both that night and beyond. The appetizers were chefs-kiss and our two entrees - the slow-cooked braised beef and tuscan-crusted chicken were out of this world. We wanted our guests to feel special and like they were at a 5 star restaurant. We are a super food-oriented family so that was important to us! The Saphire Estate offers an exceptional separate space for the cocktail hour and moves guests under a (heated!) awning as they move into the gorgeous reception space. This is a FULL SERVICE wedding venue - there is a coordinator on site that helps your day/night move smoothly, a bridal attendant that essentially follows the bride around to make sure she has everything from drinks, food, took my coat, helped me with pictures, etc. I didn't even know I was getting this until it was happening, haha! It was incredible. All of our vendors said that working with the Saphire estate is always so easy, organized and flaw-free. Everything went perfectly. Our coordinator Kayla was amazing - she had a great understanding for weddings, exceptional recommendations, and helped our night move smoothly when the timing schedule was a bit off due to delays from the church. She was so easy-going and had an exceptional positivity and radiance. On our drop-off day (dropping off items at the venue 2 days prior to your wedding) - my nail appointment ran over, we had a major hail storm, got stuck in the worst traffic ever and had the most stressful day trying to get to the estate. Kayla calmed me down and made it work despite being late. She really understands what a bride goes through and how to make everything okay. I cannot recommend this venue enough - they put so much care into everything they do! There are SO many different places to take pictures - like honestly more than you'll ever have time to get pictures at! There is the fountain and patio outside the cocktail house, the bridge, out in front of the estate, on the walking path in the woods, down by the lake, and more. I am an extremely high-maintenance worrier and I was beyond satisfied with EVERY little detail that went into this wedding. Don't wait - book the adorable and charming Saphire Estate today :) -

Having our wedding at Saphire Estate was the best decision we could have made! Working with a group that cares so deeply to ensure you have a perfect day, while keeping things organized and running smoothly really made my nerves and anxiety melt away. My guests were all raving about how beautiful the estate was, from the ceremony space to the cocktail hour space, and the reception area! We had a gorgeous indoor winter wedding and Kayla Collins and her team were fantastic in "flipping" the room between the ceremony and reception so we could get married in front of the fireplace. Kayla was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, proactively outreaching us to check in and responding quickly to all of my last minute and random questions! She made me feel like I was her only priority not just on the day but leading up to the wedding as well. Ed and his team were FLAWLESS in their execution of dinner and reception, my husband and I were actually sitting at our sweetheart table watching their system for delivering plated meals so everyone's food was hot! I also have to rave about the food because it was DELICIOUS, my guests loved the passed apps as well as their dinners! My mother has severe dairy and gluten allergies, not only were they able to accommodate this (and her food was still delicious!), but they also created a small plate of allergen free appetizers for her to have during cocktail hour as well!
I absolutely loved working with this venue and more specifically Kayla, everything I asked for I had no questions asked! I would also be remiss not to mention the absolutely stellar perk of them delivering your family and bridal party's first round immediately following the ceremony so you can all enjoy a first cheers and your family and bridal party don't need to wait in line at cocktail hour!
Lastly I need to just spotlight again how AMAZING and beautiful the venue is, getting married in January we were worried about not having enough spots for photos and this venue has it all between indoor and outdoor spaces, all gorgeous, an opportunity to get down by the water if you want, and updated indoor decor so it doesn't feel stuffy or like a hotel ballroom!

Amazing venue!
We can not even begin to explain how grateful we are for the staff at Saphire Estate, especially Anne, for making our wedding the best night of our lives. The venue is gorgeous (especially the fireplaces in the winter- we had a NYE wedding), the staff was extremely attentive and the food was delicious! We are very pleased with the whole process leading up to our wedding as well. Anne was a pleasure to work with- she was very kind, accommodating, organized and flexible. We appreciate everything she did to go above and beyond to make sure it was the most perfect night. I would highly recommend the SEG! -

Great Experiencee!
Saphire Estate provided everything we wanted for our wedding and more. Assisting one bride is a task in and of itself, but two brides? Our producer Brooke was great and took on the task with extreme professionalism. She communicated well, was very knowledgeable, responded to all of our questions (and dozens of emails!), and was a joy to work with.
The wedding day crew: Jeannine (manager), Marlyce (bridal attendant) and the servers were all very attentive.
Everything from the well manicured grounds, outdoor ceremony space, cocktail, ceremony halls and food were exquisite!
We were very pleased with the experience we had with Saphire Event Group. -

From the moment we sat down with Jason and toured the Venue, my husband and I knew this where we wanted our wedding!!! Jason was amazing and answered all questions that we had!! Our wedding was originally scheduled for June 6th, 2020 but due to Covid we had to move our date! The staff at Saphire Event Group were amazing throughout the entire process of Covid and the navigation of how to handle it all! Jason was a part of that team and literally walked us through step by step! Our wedding planner was Hillary and she exceeded all our expectations and we couldn’t have done it without her!!! Truly so great to work with and made our day come to life and it was PERFECT! Our day ran smooth and on schedule and we couldn’t ask for more!!! Hillary is very quick to answer emails, texts, calls and always there with a solution!! The Villa at Ridder Country Club I would recommend over and over again! The location is stunning, the staff is great, the food is amazing and I could go on!! Our family and friends still talk about our day and how beautiful it was! I highly recommend Saphire Event Group, truly the best!! -

If you’re looking to have the wedding of your dreams with a team of *complete* professionals behind you- look no further. Saphire Estate runs like a well oiled machine. The property is gorgeous and so diverse. The food is absolutely amazing - our guests are still raving! Emily and Emma were our original contacts and producer- they guided us through every step of booking and planning our wedding. Maureen and Jeannine were there during our actual wedding for absolutely anything we needed. They kept the day flowing seamlessly. The entire experience was phenomenal and we highly recommend Saphire. -

Massachusetts was one of the harder states when it came to COVID restrictions. 5.30.21 was a significant date for me to be married on as it was my parents 40th wedding anniversary and a date change just wasn’t an option for me. Both Hillary and Emily at Saphire Estate, worked with me as best they could to make sure that I could get the most out of my wedding on that date. They went above and beyond and continuously kept in touch with changes along the way. The team at Saphire never missed a beat and my wedding day went flawless (even with the rain!). The setting is quaint and beautiful and there were picture perfect backdrops everywhere you looked. The staff was professional and accommodating, making sure everyone was happy and having a good time. Saphire Event Group has 3 different properties for everyone’s budget and I highly recommend checking them out if you are still undecided on a venue! -

The wedding that we just kept planning
Like almost every 2020 Bride, I lost count on how many weddings we planned. Saphire Estate was amazing through the while process. They had to learn on the fly like the rest of us during this pandemic and what the wedding world was going to look like. They kept communication open and allowed me to ask millions and millions of questions about if and when I would be able to have a wedding. We working with both Emma and Hilary through out the process, with Emma being our main producer and Hilary filling in for Emma when she had some time off. With out these 2 women I wouldn't have be able to have the amazing wedding we finally got on May 7th, 2021 (only 224 days after the original date of 9/25/2020). The day went perfectly and Emma got our vision and had everything running smoothly. The food was top notch, even better than the tasting. The staff was friendly and nice. Aubrey was my bridal consultant for the day and she took care of me and my husband even when we didn't realize we needed to be taken care. I can't say enough amazing things about Saphire and the whole team. I know there were many horror stories of Venues and cancellations due to Covid but Saphire went above and beyond. I wish I could do it all over again!!! -

Saphire Estate has the perfect combination of elegant, classic, modern, and intimate. The cocktail space is absolutely gorgeous, and the garden and main reception space are both beautiful as well. From the first venue tour, I knew this was the place I wanted to have our wedding. Elizabeth was our event producer who we worked with throughout the majority of the process. She was so awesome to work with, answered all my questions (of which there were A LOT) in a timely manner, and was very thorough in making sure every detail was accounted for. We went to Saphire a few times in the months leading up to the wedding for a tasting, detail meeting, etc…and every time I went, it made me so happy just to be there and to see the stunning water views and the gorgeous venue. The day of the wedding there were plenty of people there working together to make sure everything went smoothly. Beautiful venue, super friendly staff, yummy food…highly recommend! -

Truly Amazing!
What an amazing venue! We had our wedding here 9/28/19 and truly what an great place to work with! I knew I wanted to book this venue from our first tour with Kristen- and from each of our meetings to our big day I was confident we made the right choice. Emma our event producer was amazing! She effortlessly walked us through each step until our big day- which was absolutely seamless thanks to her hard work, the amazing staff, especially Maureen and Jeannine. From the moment we drove up to Saphire Estate, we were in love. Each staff member was great- personable, professional, and accommodating! We felt special every time we were there, not just on our wedding day. Emily and Ashley helped us identify what our dream day could look like- and how to do it within our budget.
We met our Event Producer, Hillary, about six months out from our wedding. She is AMAZING. She was beyond helpful. She answered all my questions, and constantly knew how to translate the ideas into my head into absolute perfection on our wedding day. Hillary was so easy to talk to, was reassuring at every little worry we had, and truly made us feel like we were the most important clients Saphire ever had. Day of, all the staff was great, never in the way but always there when you needed them.
The food at Saphire is ASTOUNDING. From our passed hors d’oeuvres and mashed potato bar to the sliders as a late-night snack, every bite was incredible. I even ordered a double plate of both entrée options because they are so good I couldn’t decide. And I cleaned my plate.
Our guests have not stopped talking about how great the food was, or how beautiful the grounds are. Lush gardens, a rolling path through the “forest”, down to a gorgeous lake front view- Saphire has it all yet manages to not overwhelm you at any time.
As a type-A, spreadsheet and organization junkie, I had high expectations. Hillary and Saphire Estate executed our wedding day even better than we had hoped for, they seamlessly gave us the BEST day ever. We HIGHLY recommend Saphire Estate for their professionalism, elegance, affordability, and incredible execution of making dreams come true. -

We fell in love with this venue the minute we walked into it. And that was in the dead of winter with construction going on. It has everything you could ask for. Beautiful gardens, modern interiors, and water front views. The beauty of this place is unbelievable! The staff is amazing! Our first contact with sales, Emily, really went out of her way to make our dreams come true within our budget. We met our event producer, Emma, about a year out from our wedding date. She was AMAZING to work with! She answered every one of my questions and helped guide me on how to make my dream a reality. She really worked so hard to make sure my day was wonderful! I know she was working with other couples, but she made me feel as though we were the only ones. She was in charge of setting up the decor in the venue and it was as if she could read my mind with how perfect it looked! The food here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From our passed apps to main courses every bite was delicious! Everyone says you don't really get to et on your wedding day. Well with some help from our bridal attendant, I ate! I cleared my plate and we had a mini cocktail hour with our bridal party during formal pictures and I made sure I enjoyed every bite! I could not imagine going with any other place! -

From the moment we drove up to the Saphire Estate, my husband and I knew we had to get married there! As someone who works in the industry doing weddings every weekend, it was important for me to get married somewhere where I knew they would take care of everything so I didn't need to worry about all of the details actually happening. From our first meeting with Emily to meeting with our coordinator Emma, they put us at ease immediately, they just 'got it'! We knew we were in great hands.
Our family and friends cannot believe how seamless our wedding day was. We were so relaxed, people cannot believe how chill we were on such a big day! We have continued to hear from friends and family about how delicious the food was (which, let's be honest, everyone wants good food at a wedding!), how incredible the service was and how much everyone enjoyed the gorgeous spaces. The cocktail hour room is just stunning, the grounds were beautifully manicured, and the reception room is perfect for a wedding of any size. For 100 people the room didn't feel empty at all.
We would highly, HIGHLY suggest booking the Saphire Estate if you want to relax on your wedding day knowing everything is taken care of! It's the way to go! -

Second to getting married, our decision to create our fondest memories with The Saphire Event Group may have been our best yet. Our decision to get married outdoors in May came with the likelihood and understanding that we might experience less than ideal weather on our big day. Although it didn’t come to it, this was our primary consideration when deciding on the Villa - Plan B was to be an indoor ceremony inside the Grand Ballroom in front of its gorgeous fireplace. The entire wedding planning was completely stress-free due to the knowledgeable staff and their tenacity to make sure everything was perfect for us. There really wasn’t a single problem nor a reason to complain. Absolutely everything deserve praise, in fact. From ceremony, through cocktail hour and reception, we had the support of the events team as they were there for anything and everything we needed throughout the day. Our wedding was pure perfection and my wife and I can’t possibly thank this team enough. A very special thanks to Haley for walking us through the year-long process and to Teri, as well, for her patience and for keeping the groom (and Wedding party) fed and inebriated. -

The location is gorgeous, the staff (shoutout to Maureen, Wilky, Sara and Dave) is classy, courteous & professional - and the food was nothing short of amazing. A month later - I’m still getting calls from family and friends telling me that it was the best wedding they’d ever attended!! ... For me, the true gem in this treasure box of a venue was our coordinator, Madison Kelley. She is truly the best of the best and I cannot say enough good things about her. I especially appreciated her organization skills - and the fact that she helped to make the day stress free! Thanks to her my daughters fairytale wedding will forever be one for the books!! On a final note I just want to say that if you’re looking for the ultimate venue - definitely check out Saphire... It’s elegant, intimate, romantic - pure perfection ... The gazebo that they have is simple, yet elegant and was decorated to our liking. There is also a lake down the street which is beautiful and the estate lights up at night and honestly looks so perfect. The interior was also pretty and we loved the open air concept. From the first day we got our coordinator, Sandra had been nothing but knowledgeable, positive, friendly, and super organized. My husband and I had such a beautiful wedding and I did not have to stress about anything because they have already thought of and figured out everything for the big day! Thanks again Saphire Estate!

Throughout the process, the entire Saphire team was attentive to emails and phone calls, and completely accomodating to custom ideas we wanted for our reception. At the reception itself, they were constantly providing updates with the schedule of events, asking if we needed anything. Super attentive and im so pleased with our decision to gave our wedding at their venue! -

We had our wedding here on September 22nd and I could not have imagined a more perfect evening. We had a very complicated wedding due to different cultures being in attendance and with every wedding there were last minute complications which she handled perfectly. Elizabeth and her staff were so understanding and easy to work with it took the stress right away from us and allowed us to enjoy our special day. Elizabeth was a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. Not only is she a true professional but she is exceptionally kind and a has a great sense of humour. My husband and I had visions of an outdoor ceremony on Saphire's gorgeous grounds with the full fall flair...but it rained all day and it wasn't meant to be. The staff quickly transformed the area in front of the fireplace into our ceremony site and it was just beautiful. Went off without a hitch. The service from all the Saphire staff was top notch, start to finish. My bridal attendant was a God send. The decor was perfect, just as I had imagined...I had dropped off what we had and asked Elizabeth to just do her thing...I left it to her and it was beautiful. The food was incredible - we went with the braised jerk chicken and the filet mignon and our guests were raving about it. Our first contact at Saphire was with Jason, who is an absolute riot. We had looked at several venues and none of them really spoke out to us. Within a few minutes of our first visit at Saphire and meeting with Jason we knew that Saphire Estate was perfect for us. I can't recommend them enough. If you are lucky enough to have Elizabeth as your event producer, you won't be dissappointed. We will always think of Saphire and all of the staff there very fondly.
