I can't rave enough about the level of service and overall experience that my husband and I received at the Harbor View! As a luxury wedding photographer who has worked with top-tier venues across New England, I had extremely high expectations for our own wedding vendors. Needless to say, the team at the Harbor View did not disappoint! We knew we wanted a full weekend experience for our guests, at a location on the water where everyone could stay and gather throughout the weekend. It was clear from the very beginning that Makenzie and her team were there to help us not only make that happen, but to help create a unique experience that didn't feel like "just another wedding". As our planning evolved over the months leading up, the team was always responsive and helpful with those developments. We had a wonderful experience with the Harbor View leading up to the wedding, but still couldn't have anticipated JUST how incredible the weekend turned out to be. We truly felt like VIP's. The food was incredible, many of our guests extended their stays because they loved it that much, and the hotel truly feels like our little home away from home getaway now. If we could do it all again, we would without a doubt have our wedding at the Harbor View Hotel again! The hotel and team were a highlight of our wedding experience, and we already can't wait to spend many, many anniversaries (and any other excuse we can find) back at the hotel!

Planning our wedding during Covid-19 was not easy. What was going to be a 150 person wedding went down to 100 and then 50 and then 25 and then 13. We balanced state and local health guidelines, the comfort of our guests, and ourselves. Throughout it, however, we had an excellent team behind us at the Winnetu. We recognized how difficult a season they must have been having, and yet they did what they could to accommodate us. The wedding was beautiful, it was so easy to have our ceremony/reception/lodging all at the same place, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From turning on the Cowboys football game during cocktail hour, to getting me a white blanket to match my dress when I knew I wanted to go outside and didn't think to care what color it was until I saw the pictures later and was very grateful that someone was thinking ahead, to bringing out the tray of dinosaur chicken nuggets at our "after party" at the fire pit, after hearing that our favorite late night meal were these treats after many miles of a long distance early relationship. There were so many details that they thought of before we did, and we are so grateful. The staff made every effort to welcome us and ensure that our wedding was perfect!

This is where I had the reception. It is a private club but if you know someone who is a member, you definately should take advantage of that. They make amazing food.

What a magical day! our wedding was so much more beautiful than we ever dreamed of. We set our date two months before our wedding and we were worried our wedding would feel like a last minute event. This was far from what happened. Diane and her team went way above and beyond in planning and execution! The service from start to finish was definitely five star! Small details we didn't think of were taken care of without any stress or worry. On the day of our wedding it was so beautiful, the staff was so professional and generous with our guests. Thank you to the Hob Knob for the most wonderful day of our lives!

The pictures of this venue don't do it justice. The location and amenities are fantastic. The staff are highly professional and dedicated to making sure that every event is a success. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a wedding or other special event on Martha's Vineyard.
