What a fun place to get married. Sweeping views of the sea and a lovely lawn which is accessible to all. Everyone there in one place for a ceremony and reception. A real Cape Cod gem.

The Red Jacket Beach Resort is a popular, fun and excellent wedding venue on Cape Cod. The people who work for the Red Jacket are amazingly dedicated and personable. Each employee, from the sales office, the function manager, event coordinators, waitresses, waiters, bartenders, ALL work very hard to make each wedding the best experience for the bride and groom, family, guest and vendors. I have photographed more than 10 weddings at the Red Jacket over the last few years, and I have always experienced the staff at the Red Jacket as consistently professional and superb in making each wedding their priority. The personal attention and positivity of the staff, really helps make for a successful event where the clients are left with only amazing thoughts and happy memories of their once in life time wedding day at the Red Jacket Beach Resort. From a photographers perspective, the Red Jacket is a beautiful and diverse setting for photography. The ocean side and marsh side cottages on site are lovely locations for getting ready pictures! The Red Jacket offers an ocean side lawn for ceremonies and the classic dig your feet in the sand Cape Cod beach ceremony, both locations make great for great pictures! The cocktail tent's proximity to the ceremony is extremely convenient, because I am able to photograph family groups right after the ceremony while they enjoy the ocean view and sunshine before returning easily to cocktails to enjoy their guests. For the bridal party and couple's portraits, the beach offers the quintessential Cape Cod beach picture opportunity, from the sandy open beach, beach grass, a shed that provides shade for those extra sunny days, a rock jetty for adventurous couples, and a dock in the back of the resort for intimate first look and sunset pictures. The balcony off the reception room offers an excellent opportunity to take a pictures of everyone at the wedding, something many of my brides and grooms cherish in their photography the most! I would recommend the Red Jacket Beach Resort to anyone who wants to have an amazing wedding celebration on Cape Cod for so many reasons, from the amazing staff to the beautiful location to excellent food!
