We hosted our wedding weekend at Pelham this summer and had the best experience. The staff (everyone from wait staff, hotel staff, bartenders, and event coordinators) is incredible - so kind and so attentive, especially Katie who we worked closely with in planning and got to spend some time with during the weekend – she’s the best! The staff at Pelham is a well-oiled machine and our events went so smoothly thanks to their hard work. The venue is gorgeous, the hotel rooms are lovely and very clean, and having your guests stay on site or in the other Pelham locations is so convenient. We have been to a ton of weddings, and the food at ours was top tier. We also ate at the restaurant during our stay and the food was equally delicious. We are so happy we chose Pelham and would recommend to anyone looking for a Cape wedding venue.

Wow- it’s hard to even put into words what my wedding weekend at Pelham was like. Flawless, dreamy, perfection are the first that come to mind. Starting from check in on Friday, everything was incredible. The team worked really hard to get all the rooms ready early as I had quite a few people who were traveling significant distances to come to the wedding. Not only were the rooms I had requested early check in for ready- everyone’s rooms were ready early. Check in was a breeze and we all checked into spotless rooms. Having done a resort buyout, we all had time to hang by the pool firepits and relax before our rehearsal dinner. Our wedding coordinator (and literal angel on earth) Tara ran a smooth rehearsal and everyone knew their role for the next day. Our rehearsal dinner on the rooftop was delicious and the service was amazing. I was worried that with the rooftop restaurant open during our dinner that it would be noisy, but it wasn’t at all and we didn’t even notice anyone else was there. We moved right into our welcome party in the lobby and pool deck and it was perfect. Attentive, friendly bartenders kept our guests happy all night long.
From start to finish, the wedding day was perfect. Everyone at Pelham was friendly, attentive, and more than willing to help in any way they could. Someone was constantly checking in with us- whatever we needed it wasn’t hard to find someone to help immediately. There was a team there from the moment we started getting ready (8:30am) until the after party ended at midnight. My guests had nothing but good things to say about the food, drinks, and service. We hosted a Sunday brunch the next day in the ballroom. The team turned that room around so fast and it looked like a completely different space for breakfast, I loved it.
If you’re a bride planning to get married at Pelham House and wondering if you need a wedding planner- you don’t! Upon booking at Pelham I was connected with my wedding coordinator, Tara. She was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. She had a quick, thoughtful response for whatever frenzied email I sent her and she eased any anxieties or worries I had. On my wedding day she was always accessible and consistently 3 steps ahead of me, anticipating things I might need. I had a bag of ice in the bridal suite that had leaked on the floor- I felt horrible, not wanting to make a mess for anyone else to clean and quickly tried to gather paper towels etc. to clean it up myself. Before I even had a chance to go back into the room after enlisting help from a few of my bridesmaids, Tara had already cleaned it up. Just one small example of how she’s always right on top of everything.
If you’re thinking about having your wedding at Pelham House- stop thinking and do it. We got married on a cold, misty day and I truly don’t think a 60-degree, sunny day would have made our wedding day any more fun than it was!

If you want an amazing event space with an ocean view, delicious food and outstanding service- book here! We had the best day of our lives thanks to our coordinator Tara and her professional team! From the buy out option which allowed us to have full control of the resort for the weekend (only 1 wedding per weekend!!) to the attention to detail and support from start to finish of the wedding process we could not recommend this place more!

If you want your guests to say that this was the best wedding they've ever been to, then you need to book Pelham House Resort! The amount of our guests who came up to us after our wedding to tell us this compliment was overwhelming, yet so rewarding after all of the planning.

The food at Pelham was absolutely incredible and one of the things my husband and I cared about most when selecting our wedding venue! We were not disappointed. So many of our guests commented that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! Everyone also loved the presentation and professionalism of the meal courses too. It is so nice how the team presents everything so that everyone at the table can eat at once. It also just shows how organized/well-run everything is here. Their Pelham on the Rise Bakery created the treats for our dessert bar and our cake, which were also delicious and a huge hit!

We did the wedding buyout of the resort and it was truly an experience ourselves and our guests will NEVER forget! Weddings are so expensive for a few hours of an experience, however doing the buyout allowed us to have multiple events on property for ourselves and guests to make it all worth it! The buyout let us cherish each moment and event we had here with our guests a lot more than we would've been able to with a regular wedding.

We caught a stunning sunset during our rehearsal dinner on property, had a gorgeous welcome party by the pool with some local vendors to make the event even more special, a rooftop after party, and a grab-and-go breakfast the morning after. Guests enjoyed lunch by the heated pool (some even went swimming), strolled on the private beach, and explored the area. We had guests trying to book a trip to come back to PHR this summer mid-wedding weekend, that's how much they loved their stay!

This was an absolute DREAM wedding and weekend thanks to the Pelham team! Kelsey, our coordinator went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure we had answers to all of our questions and made the entire wedding weekend run SO smoothly! Even despite windy weather, we were so lucky the team was tracking everything and squeezed the ceremony in outdoors before it started raining a couple of hours later. They managed all of this themselves and I never once knew the weather was swifting. They make it easy, are so calm, beyond friendly, and super professional! Everyone I met working at Pelham was so kind and helped to make the experience what it was.

I cannot recommend this venue enough and the experience we had during our wedding weekend with our guests was truly worth all of the planning. This venue is PERFECT and I wouldn't have changed a single thing about our wedding weekend at Pelham! My husband and I can't wait to visit again soon and have a meal at the rooftop restaurant and always be able to come back to celebrate and visit our Pelham fam! Thank you all for everything. We will never forget this experience during the happiest day of our lives!

As both the bride and the wedding planner, The Pelham House Resort proved to be the ideal venue for our wedding. Throughout the entire process, our dedicated wedding coordinator, who was part of our wedding package, was incredibly supportive and an excellent communicator. They assisted me in selecting vendors, creating schedules, and choosing amazing dishes. Our guests enjoyed an open bar, delectable hors d’oeuvres, gourmet main courses, and a beautifully crafted wedding cake, all provided by Pelham. Starting with the ceremony on the lawn, followed by the cocktail hour on the patio, and ending with the reception in the ballroom, our guests were truly impressed. Even now, we continue to receive compliments from our wedding attendees.

Note: The only issue I encountered was not being informed about the absence of a bathroom in the bridal suite. Consequently, my bridal party and I had to use the upstairs bathroom, which was shared with the bustling brunch crowd on the restaurant's second floor. Given that it was Memorial Day weekend, the bathroom and upstairs area were overcrowded, and as the bride, I did not have the desired privacy.

The absolute BEST on the Cape ! Just married at Pelham House Resort and they exceeded our expectations in every way ! Incredible venue, warm staff, excellent food and the most communicative, thorough and supportive wedding support …we plan on returning regularly as guests in the future and will be forever Team Pelham !

I’m not exaggerating when I say that at least a dozen guests took the time to tell me that ours was the best wedding to which they had ever been! The beach, the bonfires, the rooms, the staff, the drinks, the food, the reception, the ceremony- all perfect. One guest said that having the hotel full of only our guests all weekend made the resort feel like a warm, loving hug. Guests mingled, bonded and exchanged contact info. Casey is a superhero with her organizational skills, reassuring responsiveness and all around lovely personality. Pelham House Resort is the place you want your wedding- don’t hesitate for a moment- it’s worth every penny and more. Thank you to every staff member who made our wedding a dream come true!

If you are interesting in booking your wedding at The Pelham House Resort… don’t wait! My husband and I got engaged here in June of 2023. The property is absolutely gorgeous and we knew immediately that we HAD to get married here! Before we checked out we contacted the front desk and asked if there was any way we could meet with one of the wedding coordinators. That is when we met Katie who ended up being the best wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for! We ended up hosting our welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and after party at Pelham. We also booked 16 of the guest rooms and had all of our close friends and family staying with us at the venue. Having everything and everyone at one location was super convenient for everyone! Everything flowed seamlessly for all of our events and we were able to be fully present with all of our friends and family for the entire four days.

The day of our wedding Katie was amazing. She had this super calm energy which made me feel very relaxed and I was able to enjoy the day with my bridesmaids getting ready. Katie worked with me for the year leading up to our wedding so she knew my vision and she brought it to life. I trusted her 100% and the day of told her she was in control of any last minute decisions that needed to be made. I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING, other than enjoying my wedding day. Her team is incredible. They set up the entire room and ceremony and I didn’t question anything. Everything was PERFECT! They even steamed all of my linens, washed my vases, and unwrapped all of my décor that was packaged up including over 100 candles. All of the tedious little projects I thought I would have to help with the morning of the wedding, they did for me.

The staff at Pelham is incredible! They are all so happy and always greeting you with a smile. They were always willing to help with any requests and truly made us and our guests feel at home!

They have their own bakery Pelham on the Rise. You do have to have your desserts done by them and honestly it was so convenient and one less vendor to book! They provided our pastries for the morning of the wedding. The provided our wedding cake which was exactly what we wanted. They also provided our cheesecake bar for our wedding and a birthday cake for one of my best friends that we brought out to her at our after party.

Our after party was on the beach and we had a beach bonfire. Pelham provided late night snacks and coolers stocked with a variety of beverages for our guests. It truly was the perfect ending to the best day!

One last thing I want to mention is the food! The catering chef succeeded our expectations and our guests were all raving about the food. My husband is a chef so he can be hard to please and he loved everything! Chef approved!

Everything at the Pelham House was perfect. Tara was so helpful in making sure all of our requests were handled. The setting was beautiful and the food and drinks were exceptional. Our cake was delicious and everyone was so wonderful to work with. I would recommend the Pelham House to everyone!

We hosted our wedding at the Pelham House Resort on May 19, 2024 and it was the absolute best day of our lives. Every detail was perfectly executed and just as we envisioned. Our planner, Tara met with us on multiple occasions to go over all the details and was prompt and knowledgeable in replying to emails, answering any questions we had along the way. The staff on the day of went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. They made sure we had a plate full of hors d'oeuvres and always had a fresh drink in our hands. Our guests raved not only about the gorgeous venue and accommodations but also about our appetizers and dinner. The day was seamless and stress free due to their experienced and dedicated team.
