  Best Wedding Ever!

  If you’re deciding on where to get married, stop right here! I do not have enough amazing things to say about The Pelham House, but I’ll give it a try.
  
  Location: It’s on the beach! What’s not to love! The resort has a private beach and pool for all guests to use throughout the weekend so your guests can also make your wedding weekend a mini vacation. The venue is directly next door to where you and your guests will be staying making it an easy “commute” over to the venue when the wedding festivities start. It’s also a great location so it’s easy to explore the Cape if you want to go off the resort!
  
  Exclusivity: When you get married at The Pelham House, you have full exclusivity of the resort meaning that only you and your wedding guests can stay on the property. This was a huge selling point to my husband and me and it was the best decision we made. When the reception ends, you can keep the party going all night long with your favorite people because the resort is yours. We had an absolute blast!
  
  The Staff: Everyone who works at the Pelham House is truly wonderful. Every staff member was so helpful, nice and amazing at their jobs. Planning a wedding can be stressful nailing down all the little details, but having great people helping you execute your dream day makes the experience 10x better. So thank you to everyone at the Pelham House! Special shout out to Kelly Mannion - Kelsey was our wedding coordinator and helped us have an unbelievable weekend. She was so kind and organized, answered all our questions promptly, and was truly a pleasure to work with! Any couple would be lucky to have her. Seriously, she is the best!
  
  The Food: After our wedding, our guests could not stop raving about how incredible the food was. From the hor d'oeuvres to our meals to our wedding cake, everything was fantastic. I have no bad things to say!
  
  I’ll wrap this up with one final note - if you haven’t locked in The Pelham House yet, this is your sign to do it. You will not regret it!

  Location: It’s on the beach! What’s not to love! The resort has a private beach and pool for all guests to use throughout the weekend so your guests can also make your wedding weekend a mini vacation.   Dream venue

  We had the absolute privilege of having our dream wedding at the Pelham House in Cape cod this past August. The entire team was extremely professional, organized, and so much fun to work with. We truly believe that we couldn't have picked a better venue to have our wedding at and a better team to work with. Casey, Katie, and the rest of the team were so detailed oriented and made planning much less stressful and much more efficient. Not only was the Pelham House team so extremely impressive from a planning standpoint, but their execution was flawless. The entire wedding weekend went without a hitch and was the best weekend of our lives. The food was incredible, the venue is beautiful, and the rooms are extremely nice. We don't have one thing to say about the venue or the team that isn't positive. The staff were our rocks through the planning process and through the wedding weekend. We highly recommend having your wedding at the Pelham House. Between how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the staff is from top to bottom you cannot go wrong!

  The Best Weekend-Long Wedding Experience

  We cannot recommend the Pelham House enough! Their planning staff is top notch and guides you through every step of the process. We had the best time all weekend long and our guests did as well. Their team is so attentive, thoughtful and went above and beyond. Guest raved about the food during our welcome party and reception. As an event planner myself, I wasn't sure I'd be able to turn off my "event planner" brain and enjoy the weekend as a bride. However knowing our planner, Kelsey, had even the smallest details covered, I was absolutely able to be present and enjoy every moment.

  The most amazing venue!

  The PHR was a dream venue! From the amazing staff (bar tenders, servers, chefs, valets- who were absolutely incredible) to the fabulous apps, entrees, cake and bites, and to the most AMAZING COORDINATOR, Casey! To say our weekend was incredible is a vast understatement!
  
  We enjoyed a Friday night welcome pool party with our guests! There, we enjoyed fantastic food and drinks that were followed by an amazing bone fire on the beach! All had a blast roasting marshmallows and getting to catch up with friends who traveled near and far!
  
  Wedding day… I just can’t thank my coordinator, Casey enough! She was the saving grace to the entire show. She is organized, detail oriented and so very kind! For the year and a half leading up to our special day- she was by our side taking care of every detail at the resort. The morning was so much fun and running on time thanks to Casey!
  
  I trusted every single staff member at the PHR to make sure our weekend was amazing and they took my vision and just knocked it out of the park!
  
  I cannot thank the entire staff enough for making our weekend the most memorable wedding I could have dreamed of!
  
  If you’re lucky enough to get married here, it will be everything you have dreamed of and more!

  Wedding Weekend Perfection

  Choosing Pelham House for our September ‘22 wedding was the easiest and best decision we could have made. After nearly 2 years of planning the Pelham team helped execute an absolutely flawless day. Our coordinator Kelsey was amazing, even while she was planning her own wedding just a week before ours. If you are looking for a stunning venue, incredible and thoughtful staff and a location with an exclusive wedding weekend feel look no further. Our guests raved about the experience and we’d choose Pelham 10x over. The food is incredible and the accommodations are some of the nicest on cape. Big big THANK YOU to the PHR team for helping create such a memorable weekend, we truly can’t thank you enough.

  Absolutely Amazing Experience

  I don’t even know where to begin! Pelham House is amazing, seriously if you are considering having your wedding here, do it! It’s worth every penny. The newly renovated rooms & lobby are beautiful. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we loved Matt, the operations manager. Connie (wedding coordinator) and her assistant, Joanna were phenomenal. They made sure the day went as smoothly as possible, they truly went above and beyond. John, the owner is super passionate and friendly which as business owners, my husband and I really admired. Everyone who attended our wedding wants to go back next year for a reunion because everyone had such a blast. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I wish I could relive my wedding day over and over again.

  Amazing wedding venue

  If you want to have a fun wedding weekend then this is the venue for you. They give you flexibility to design your wedding the way you want. It’s amazing having only your wedding guests staying at the venue Friday and Saturday nights. The location is fantastic, the newly renovated rooms and lobby are beautiful. It’s the best beach wedding venue.

  From start to finish, the staff at the Pelham House were accommodating, responsive, and extremely helpful! The venue is gorgeous, of course, but you cannot get better people to help plan your day! From Connie Clark to John McCarthy to Jon Mohan to our favorite bartender Chris - there is no way we could thank them for all they did to make our wedding perfect! Every single guest at our wedding went out of their way to complement our wedding weekend and how perfect it was! You could not get a better venue anywhere and we would highly recommend everyone there!

  The Perfect Cape Cod Wedding Location

  The Pelham House staff and wedding planning team went above and beyond our expectations. From the months of planning to the day of, Pelham House made sure that we could accomplish all of our wedding day goals. They made our wedding experience smooth and easy. The venue is beautiful, with picturesque views of the water that cannot be beat. I highly recommend the Pelham House!!

  The Perfect Cape Cod wedding venue

  The Pelham House resort was the best venue for our September wedding! The private beach and pool were perfect for the guys to hang out by while the girls were getting ready for the wedding. We were able to decorate the entire hotel for the weekend and had exclusivity for our guests. All of our friends and family loved how they were the only ones at the hotel for the weekend, it made it feel personal. The beach was perfect for pictures with the sunset and jetty. The beach bonfire after the wedding was the perfect ending to our wedding night too! Our wedding planner Connie at the Perfect Plan made our day stress free and she made sure everything was just as we planned! I wouldn’t change our venue for anything, it made our wedding unique and different from any wedding our guests have ever gone to. The staff was so helpful and made us feel top priority! I would recommend this hidden gem of a venue to anyone!

  Great experience as the bride!

  The most perfect wedding location on the cape! The entire hotel is rented to only our guests and it makes the entire weekend a celebration with family and friends. Everything being in one location makes it so Easy! I could not have pictured a more perfect wedding weekend.

  The Pelham House Resort made for an amazing wedding venue! The rooms are nice, some even were updated before our wedding took place. The grounds are pretty, we could tell they put a lot of effort into the landscaping to make it look nice for our wedding. And the view is unparalleled. I would recommend Pelham House Resort to anyone looking for a venue with that classic Cape Cod feel.

  Our daughter's wedding took place overlooking the ocean on the lawn at Pelham House and the reception took place under a tent on the Pelham House lawn. The setting was lovely. The Pelham House staff were endlessly friendly, helpful, calm and competent throughout our wedding week-end. Pelham House offers a unique arrangement wherein the entire resort, all 40 rooms, are occupied only by wedding guests, so it feels like a private resort throughout the wedding week-end. Also, Pelham House generously allows the wedding hosts to invite wedding guests staying elsewhere to use the Pelham House beach and pool throughout the week-end and to enjoy the complimentary breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Because of the resort's location far enough away from residential homes, the after-party - a bonfire on the beach - continued well into the night, with no worries about disturbing the neighbors. If you're looking for a lovely, welcoming setting for a wedding that can be as casual or as fancy as you wish, the Pelham House is a great choice.

  John & Tim and the entire staff at The Pelham House are amazing! We wanted to have a fun Cape Cod wedding.....The Pelham House let us have the most wonderful wedding, even better than I could have imagined! We had family & friends with us for the whole weekend, we enjoyed a cookout the night before, fires on the beach both nights...delicious breakfast each morning. The guest rooms are awesome, the view is spectacular, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They also provided the bar service for the wedding night and the staff was super friendly, we had tons of good wines & beers, signatures cocktails & mixed drinks for those that wanted them. We even were allowed to have our boston terriers in the wedding!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about them! From planning to the actual wedding day they were so helpful! Thanks to The Pelham House we had the perfect, fun, beautiful Cape Cod wedding!!! Thank you so much!!! Amanda & Mike
  

  John & Tim and the entire staff at The Pelham House are amazing! We wanted to have a fun Cape Cod wedding.....The Pelham House let us have the most wonderful wedding, even better than I could have imagined! We had family & friends with us for the whole weekend, we enjoyed a cookout the night before, fires on the beach both nights...delicious breakfast each morning. The guest rooms are awesome, the view is spectacular, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They also provided the bar service for the wedding night and the staff was super friendly, we had tons of good wines & beers, signatures cocktails & mixed drinks for those that wanted them. We even were allowed to have our boston terriers in the wedding!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about them! From planning to the actual wedding day they were so helpful!   We had an amazing wedding at the Pelham House Resort in August of this past year. I would highly recommend this venue! We were looking for a place to get married that was beach front, but wasn't a ritzy kind of place. For a venue right on the beach this was a great value! We have our ceremony on the beach in front of the resort and then had a tent set up on the grass. I know other people do get married on the grass that over looks the ocean and have a tent set up as well. The resort itself has been redone within the past few years and the rooms are nice. There are a few suites and all of the rooms have gorgeous ocean views and some have balconies! We were able to reserve all of the rooms for our wedding weekend so it really was a private wedding facility. There is also a pool and a separate guest house that we used for all the brides maids. The green grass area is gorgeous and just perfect for a tent, small or very large!
  
  The staff is accommodating, friendly, and just so helpful. They gave us some great suggestions on local vendors, but it was completely up to us who we used. John and his staff make you feel right at home! We couldn't have been happier with our choice of getting married there! A true gem on Cape Cod!

The view is what makes this place truly breathtaking. John and Tim were responsive, flexible and easy to work with. We were thrilled that we were able to make a weekend out of our wedding, since they only do one wedding per weekend. We loved that we were able to rent out the entire resort, and the whole place was filled with our friends and family. We were literally surrounded by fun and support the entire weekend! Just keep in mind the rooms are NOT air conditioned -- which worked out perfect for us since we had an ideal wedding weather day (I am still thanking God!). The bonfire on the beach after-party was the icing on the cake. This venue had our name written all over it, and it was perfect for us.

The location was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very professional and very accommodating. I loved that my wedding, reception and accommodation was a one stop shop. Nobody had to drive, we all stayed there for the weekend. Still to this day my friends talk about what a great time it was! I would absolutely recommend this location as a venue.

We had our ceremony on the lawn overlooking the ocean, followed by cocktail hour outside and our reception in a sailcloth tent. The Pelham House just provides the venue, we planned and rented everything, which I loved. We filled the entire hotel with all of our guests and even had a clam bake the night before around the pool to welcome everyone. They let us decorate the place however we wanted. Tim and John were so attentive and easy to work with. They answered every request and were very accommodating. They even set up a fire pit on the beach after the wedding to continue the celebration. Can't thank them enough for an amazing wedding weekend. We will cherish The Pelham House forever and will return soon!

  Beautiful Views & Great Staff

  Kelsey and the whole team at Pelham were absolutely amazing to work with (plus the gorgeous hotel and venue are a huge plus)! Though a little pricey, honestly worth it. They were so attentive and extremely well-staffed all weekend. Anything I asked for got done quickly and Kelsey even made sure I had plates of food while I was socializing. Plus, the best part is having all your guests stay in one place since they are most likely from out of town – makes traveling to the wedding easy when it’s right next to your hotel!

  Hidden Gem!

  The Pelham House resort was the perfect setting for our wedding weekend. From our welcome party in the lobby bar/pool area to our ceremony and reception on the lawn, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff treated us like royalty and made our wedding weekend extremely low stress. All of our guests have raved about the weekend and we could not recommend the Pelham House enough.

  We had a Columbus Day weekend wedding and still can't get over how perfect everything was. Tim and John were awesome to work with, very laid back and flexible which made things very easy to plan. The staff they had in place for a somewhat off-season weekend was so friendly and very helpful. The hotel was blocked out for us for the entire weekend and this allowed all of our friends and family to basically stay under 1 roof and for some of the older guests, they rented vacation homes nearby or we recommended a few hotels just up the street which was equally a great experience. We had the flexibility to throw the exact wedding we wanted by bringing in our own vendors to make our day complete. The setting is as close to oceanfront as you can get and could not be more perfect. If we went and did it all over again, we would do it the exact same way.
