Essence was incredible to work with for our wedding. We used the photography, videography, Photo Booth services as well as the groomsmen formal wear. This is such a well run and professional vendor who anticipate all your questions and have great communication. We liked that there was a backup photographer or videographer available just in case. Filling out the wedding worksheet made it great to have a plan together for the day off. Then our meeting the week of our wedding with our photographer Kari confirmed and reviewed these details. Kari, Joe, and Kenneth were an awesome team for our ceremony and reception and even braved the elements while it rained during our planned photo time. Absolute pros!

Finally had a chance to go through our wedding photos, and I could not be any happier with them! I worked with Vlad and Christine, and both were able to get some amazing photos! They were also very nice to work with day of, very professional and calm. They got a lot of great candids and were able to direct us and our bridal party into poses that looked natural and photographed well. We also booked a package where we got a free photo booth which was a huge hit and a lot of fun. All the photo booth pictures were included in the digital file we were given with our edited photos, and they include a lot of gems.

We are SOOO happy with our photos. Just incredible. We are still tearing when we browse trough our wedding gallery. Petar is incredible. We highly recommend him to everyone. Really easy to work with and the work he produce is incredible.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Emil for our courthouse wedding in 2020, and those pictures came out stunning! Emil met us at City Hall and then continued to shoot all over downtown for 2 hours in 30 degree Chicago winter weather. Those photos are stunning and we will always be thankful for those memories during our wedding in the pandemic. Fast forward to 2022, we finally had our reception! Emil was flexible with timing and answered all my questions. Agnes our day of videographer as well and she was a gem to work with too! Emil made us feel comfortable, not too posed, and captured photos that will be timeless. We got the photos back quickly and to this day I am still falling in love with them. I’m so thankful for their teamwork because I don’t even remember seeing them- since I was too busy being a bride, and they captured every second. Having a duo video/photo team is SO helpful during a wedding. They were effortless. The video is incredible and brings me right back to that day. I can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

Working with Anna was an incredible experience. We came to her with our vision and she completely brought it to life, capturing everything we hoped for and more. She has such a natural way of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and her patience, encouragement, and creativity made the whole process fun and effortless. Every photo feels authentic and special, and we love that she kept us relaxed and smiling the entire time. Beyond her talent, Anna is so thoughtful and clearly puts her heart into her work. We are so grateful for the memories she captured and would recommend her to anyone looking for not only an amazing photographer, but also a wonderful person to work with.

Amy was an incredible photographer who began helping us way before she arrived at our wedding. She was able to help us find a videographer within our price range, and offered to help us find a violinist and officiant. The day of the wedding, she was prompt and a true professional. She captured all of the photos we wanted, and many many more! All of our guests commented about how hard she was working to get amazing photos of our perfect day. We could not be happier and highly recommend her.
