My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Emil for our courthouse wedding in 2020, and those pictures came out stunning! Emil met us at City Hall and then continued to shoot all over downtown for 2 hours in 30 degree Chicago winter weather. Those photos are stunning and we will always be thankful for those memories during our wedding in the pandemic.

Fast forward to 2022, we finally had our reception! Emil was flexible with timing and answered all my questions. Agnes our day of videographer as well and she was a gem to work with too! Emil made us feel comfortable, not too posed, and captured photos that will be timeless. We got the photos back quickly and to this day I am still falling in love with them. I’m so thankful for their teamwork because I don’t even remember seeing them- since I was too busy being a bride, and they captured every second. Having a duo video/photo team is SO helpful during a wedding. They were effortless. The video is incredible and brings me right back to that day. I can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

Emil was our photographer for our engagement photos and wedding photos/videography. We just recently received our wedding photos and they are spectacular. Still waiting on the video, but we wanted to leave a review before we forgot and we are certain the video will be just as great. We paid for a second person to help on the wedding day and he was also terrific (forget his name, unfortunately). Rates were very reasonable.

Emil was always timely and respectful in all our communications and he is incredibly easy to get along with, which really helps getting candid, great photos. He had great ideas and compositions. To the extent it's helpful, we had bright orange and blue wedding colors at the Morton Arboretum on an overcast day and all of the photos absolutely pop -- we've gotten lots of really lovely compliments from those we've shown them to.

Emil was easily the best vendor we had. From our engagement photos that people were in awe of, to the ceremony photos, to the reception a year later, to the video he made, to the photo booth. This man is an absolute pro. Responsive, an expert at his craft, his wife Agnes was awesome as well. Cannot recommend Emil and his team enough. The best price point we had and the best vendor we had!

We are still loving our engagement and wedding photos from last year. He met us downtown for engagement photos and was incredibly flexible. The photos from the wedding were insanely beautiful. And he capped it off last night with our reception a year later. So grateful for Agnes and him. The photo booth he ran was such a hit as well! My friends already have selected him as their photographer/videographer when they eventually get married too.

Emil was great! He has a keen eye on how and where to take pictures. He also has very good directions on how we're supposed to model. Plus Emil toughed it out in the cold for some outdoor photos. He is a very experienced wedding photographer, and it showed in the pictures. We love the candid shots he captured throughout the day and night. His work created a lasting album for our wedding. We highly recommend Emil.
