Wow! I had zero stress related to the venue for the wedding weekend! Cheyenne made sure that everything was perfectly set up, running and that there weren't things needed from her to make our day special. Even 16 days later and she is still checking in on us! Thank you for making our day the BEST. DAY. EVER! 10/10 RECOMMEND

We just had our daughter’s wedding at the Alta house and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Phoebe and Rachel are nothing short of amazing. They truly care about every person and ensure every detail is perfect. I was honored for them to bring our daughter’s wedding dream to life. Thank you Phoebe and Rachel we couldn’t not have had a more beautiful wedding thanks to the both of you…..and even Nick! You all are simply the best!

Scheduling a tour was super simple! And when we saw it in person, we knew it was the one! The location is secluded and very beautiful! The suites were stunning and a great spaces to have to get ready in! Even though we really wanted to use the waterfall for our ceremony, the weather didn’t allow us to use it. But Alana was so helpful to switch us to the indoor ceremony location and was quick to help solve our ceremony arch centerpiece issues! It was the perfect day and we’re so grateful for all who helped out to make it such!

When our daughter got engaged we visited four venues in the Ames/Des Moines area. Glen Oaks was the last and we are so very happy we went with them. Our wedding was this past weekend and we feel like we got the Golden Ticket. The venue is gorgeous (we had the ceremony out on the croquet lawn), the food was fantastic, and every staff member was kind & accommodating. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed working with Shannon, their catering director. It was like having our very own coordinator, wedding planner and friend helping the whole way through. We'd do it again in a heartbeat. Add Bella Flora into the combination and prepare for perfection!!!

Bash is such an amazing building to begin with! Catherine manages to turn it into the most beautiful facility to host a wedding in and she utilizes the space perfectly. Catherine was so much fun and so pleasant to work with! We highly recommend choosing Bash for your venue! Catherine has the best set up and package for all of the venues that we researched and chose! Our wedding was a dream come true and was even better than we ever imagined it would be! We received constant compliments about how amazing our venue was and how beautiful! Thank you to Catherine at Bash and all of her crew for making such a wonderful night possible for us! We are so grateful and happy!

We are so excited to have booked this venue for our wedding next year! From the moment we toured, we knew it was the right fit! It’s new, spacious, and has such a beautiful layout that will work perfectly for our celebration. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and well cared for, which instantly put us at ease. One of the best parts of this process has been working with the owner. They have been so kind, professional, and responsive, making the entire experience feel stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about the couples they work with, and that has made all the difference for us. We can’t wait to celebrate here and are so grateful to have found a venue that checks all the boxes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful space and an amazing team to work with!

I could not have asked for a better place to have my wedding and reception. My husband and I choose to have a Sunday wedding to keep costs within our budget, therefore, the price was very reasonable to have our wedding at such a memorable location. The setting is absolutely beautiful outside and inside, so it did not require much decorating at all! I received many wonderful comments from guests on how it was such a lovely venue and the food was delicious. The pizza and apps buffet was a hit! Having the venue provide there own catering made the process so much easier. I cannot thank Ashton enough for her help throughout the entire process, from communicating via email about concerns and opinions to helping on the wedding day with anything we may need. My husband and I will definitely be returning for wine and pizza to reminisce on our special day.

Bailey Farms was the perfect place for our wedding! This venue exceeded my expectations and was the most beautiful, dreamy spot to say “I Do”. From the very first correspondence, they were quick to reply, accommodating, and kind. They were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process (I had LOTS of questions and texted an annoying amount of times), which is honestly one of the best things about this place. You can tell all of the staff members are dedicated to their jobs and love what they do. Montana was great to work with. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a beautiful venue: from the freshly manicured lawn and landscaping to keeping everything extremely clean, tidy, and organized. My husband and I did the weekend package, which included access to the guest house and barn. It was the perfect place to hold our rehearsal dinner and hang out around the bonfire prior to our wedding day, and had a great amount of room for all of our bridal party to stay with us. The space in both buildings was great for getting ready. There were plenty of outlets and mirrors for everyone to have a spot! When it came to the setup, the staff were there working the day before, getting all of our chairs set up and doing last-minute finishes to the lawn. They arrived at the venue the next day and immediately got to work. Throughout the wedding, they helped by keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked, keeping my cocktail hour snacks refilled, and the bartenders did great keeping anyone from going thirsty! We had a big storm the day of our wedding. They made sure to wipe off all of the outdoor chairs before the ceremony, and during the reception, they were on top of mopping up any wet spots that were brought inside by the storm and guests. When the night was over, they collected all of the decor, separated our stuff from their stuff, and left it all neatly on a table for us to pack up and haul away the next morning. The staff and venue truly went above and beyond any and all expectations I had for our wedding day. I wouldn't change a thing! If you're thinking about getting married here, DO IT! You won’t be disappointed!

Alex and the Hilton were great to work with! Alex was very knowledgeable, very responsive, and was present on the day of the wedding to ensure everything went as planned.Every single Hilton employee that we interacted with was so kind and helpful, seriously EVERY SINGLE ONE. The late night clean up crew included! The cocktail hour area was spacious, bar set up was great, hors d’oeuvres were very good. The banquet room is modern, spacious, and was perfect for our event. The bar set up in the ballroom looked classy. Dance floor was perfect sized. The backdrop for behind the head table looked fantastic- they hung some neon signs for us on it and it was perfect! Service during dinner was timely, food was very good. HIGHLY recommend the Hilton and their staff to host your event (ours was a wedding)!
