Facilities and Capacity

Jasper Winery can accommodate gatherings up to 300 guests. Their front lawn and on-site vineyards make the ideal setting for outdoor wedding ceremonies. There is a large covered porch, complete with wood-burning fireplace. Inside you can find an elegant banquet hall, modern bar, and intimate barrel room, ideal for indoor wedding receptions. Their main event room can accommodate up to 150 guests, and from May through to October, you may increase the size of your event with the rental of the outdoor party tent. The tent allows guests to continue the party with drinks and dancing on the patio. The venue features ample on-site parking.

Jasper Winery offers a variety of services for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Their wedding coordinator will be on-site to help with planning and decorating, and provide day-of assistance. Couples can work with any licensed caterer, and the venue is happy to give recommendations. Rental of the winery includes access to the banquet hall to set up from 10 am, and private rental from 6 pm until midnight including the banquet room, barrel room, wrap-around patio, and lawn. The banquet room features audio-visual equipment, including a screen, projector, wireless microphone, and sound system, and the venue provides access to WiFi. In addition, rental includes bartenders and event staff, bar service consisting of beer and wine, tables and chairs for use both inside and out, setup of tables and chairs following your desired floor plan, cleanup after the event, and personalized service before, during, and after the event.
