What’s included in your weekend rental:
The full weekend rental rate is $1,800, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way. Your rental includes tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, black or white linens, and gray chair covers. We’re happy to recommend trusted local vendors, but you’re free to work with any vendors of your choice—no restrictions required.

We’ll help you design beverage service that fits your style and budget, whether that’s a cash bar, open bar, or partially hosted bar. Bar service is handled on-site, with alcohol purchased through The Warehouse to ensure a smooth and compliant experience.

On-site getting-ready spaces for your wedding party are also available for an additional $200, providing a convenient and comfortable place to prepare for the day.
