Family-owned and operated, this winery boasts plenty of character. Owner David Poland dreamt of owning a vineyard for his retirement. In 2010, he reached out to his second cousin, Chancey Weidenhamer, and his wife, Holly, to invite them to take on this venture with him. In 2018, the trio turned David’s dream into a reality. They now proudly operate Hidden Hills, producing delicious wine and offering an exceptional setting for weddings and special events.
