Just so everyone out there knows, Amy is my sister. With that being said, it could have been a disaster having my sister do my makeup on the most important day of my life. The complete opposite happened. My sister was a trouper for the whole day. Not only did she do my makeup, she did the make up for my mom, my mother-in-law, the five other bridesmaids and herself, all in seven hours. My sister understood the look we all were going for, which was classy and understated. She used airbush, which was awesome and she made my dark circles go away. My sister went to a make up academy for 10 months, so she definitely understands the science of make up and none of us looked washed out in any of the pictures. I would use my sister again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone!

Communication is key to any relationship. The PAD professionals were easy to talk to, kind, and supportive. I wanted to get a diet that would kickstart me into a lifestyle that I had before the love of my life passed away. Grief encouraged me to eat my feelings and I just needed a kick in the pants to go back to my healthy eating and fitness patterns before I lost my husband to cancer. The PAD was nice because it was something that showed me the results fast of getting my pre-mourning body back. It was the encouragement I needed to keep up working out and eating healthy.
