Amy was an absolute joy to work with. She was a recommendation from a friend, and when I initially reached out to her, she was professional, prompt, and even offered to do a phone call with me so we could get a feel for each other. I don’t typically wear much makeup and I’ve had… mediocre experiences with wedding makeup in the past as part of the bridal party. I voiced these concerns to Amy during my trial, and together we came up with a game plan for a look that made me feel gorgeous while still looking like me.

On the Big Day, Amy and her second makeup artist were on-time and simply flew through all the bridesmaids. We were ahead of the timeline the whole morning, which helped start the day on a more relaxing note. I was thrilled with my final look; my hair and makeup lasted literally all night, except for the lip gloss (which is normal, and she provided a touch up for, which was perfect!).

I truly can’t recommend Amy enough for future brides!

I'm so glad I chose to work with Amy for my wedding! First off, she was so easy to work with- she responded very quickly on email, her communication was very clear and her processes and pricing were straightforward.

On the day of the wedding, she was amazing. She showed up early, kept everything on schedule, and I couldn't have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out. Everything lasted through the entire day and into the night, even in the heat! She was great about turning a concept into reality. I wanted a romantic look and she mastered it. I really felt like she was both a consultant, expert and friend.

Getting ready the day of the wedding was one of my favorite parts of the day, and Amy made it so special.

I came across Amy's website and instagram when I was looking for a wedding hair/makeup artist for myself and my bridesmaids. When I reached out she responded so quickly and put together a very affordable quote! The logistics of working with her were super easy, but her talent far outshone that! I don't usually wear makeup and was very wary of looking unnatural or overdone but I knew I was in great hands with Amy. She talked me through exactly what she was doing and in the end I was so incredibly happy with how I looked. My bridesmaids also loved her and absolutely pestered her with questions about makeup the whole time we were getting ready. She is so sweet and friendly on top of her talent with makeup & hair which makes her even more awesome! I'd also like to give her props for the makeup she used surviving a lot of happy crying (a lot!!). Amy made me, my bridesmaids, and my mother-in-law feel like the most empoweringly beautiful versions of ourselves on my wedding day. I highly recommend booking her!!

I hired Amy to do my hair and makeup, my mom and mother-in-law's hair and makeup, and to do the hair for all of my bridesmaids.

Amy herself is incredible. She is a ton of fun, very willing to incorporate your ideas, and her makeup techniques are fantastic. I felt gorgeous on my wedding day, and my makeup lasted a solid 8 hours (I danced and sweated profusely, so by the end of the night, some had melted off. This was not the fault of Amy. I really do sweat like a guy).

My one minor regret was having Amy's assistant help out. She was a little unprofessional (to be frank, she looked hungover..her dress wasn't even zipped all the way up), not as flexible, and not as willing to make changes to some of my bridesmaids hairstyles. Can't remember her name, but I'd recommend starting earlier and having Amy handle everyone in your party instead of having her bring her assistant.

Amy is a true gem. She's a ton of fun to work with, and her prices are incredibly reasonable for the services she provides. I highly recommend her to any bride for her big day!
