Great service. Very quick response to my questions. Had some small warranty work and it was not a problem. They had it shipped to them, repaired it and shipped it back in a short amount of time. Very happy with the quality and the service

I found Icing on the Ring while looking around online along side other businesses, but once I started speaking to my salesperson Ani, I instantly felt at ease while she graciously walked me through the process. Little by little we started narrowing down what I was looking for until I found the perfect engagement ring within my price range. I just received the finished product and couldn’t be happier. Wonderful experience working with Raffi. He was referred to me from a close family friend who has worked with him for decades. He made my friend’s engagement rings and helped us through the whole process. He met with my fiancé and me and showed us actual stones we would be able to purchase based on what we were roughly looking for, vs the big box stores who only have “floor models” to look at. We picked a stone and designed a ring together. Starting from knowing nothing, Raffi was patient and helped me feel confident in my choice. The cost was very reasonable, and he sent me design renderings and made sure the ring came out right. Could not ask for a better experience. Oh, and she said YES!

Debbie and Ravi had great ideas and was knowledgeable about the products within my budget. Beautiful selection of rings. There were so many great options and the one I chose stood out as the best. They never pressure. Parking is easy and its located the heart of downtown El Segundo

I love the wedding band my fiance and I purchased from Multi Auction. I found a picture of the ring online and called to order it. Michelle, from Customer Service, was absolutely phenomenal. She was sweet, helpful and followed up over e-mail to make sure we were happy with the ring. I love the ring. It's simple, but unique and suits me perfectly. I'm so excited to wear it for the rest of my life.

Was able to find really great pricing on jewelry and other things, I found it on this site but also was referred by my wedding planner :)
