We ordered a custom, 5-carat, u-prong eternity band. The ring is spectacular. The communication with Dino was perfect. And when we needed a slight adjustment in size, the customer support was spot-on.

Absolutely amazing . My engagement ring was purchased online - great price and took to expensive jeweler and they priced it almost 3x as much as I paid. We got my wedding band later after emailing with Dino and he found a band that matched my ring and uploaded a video of what it would look like so we could see it before paired with my style of ring. Great shipping , always does next day air and it’s packed great. Would recommend highly !

Thank you! I wish I could leave longer feedback for the review. I had the ring appraised by The Jewelery Appraiser- Debòrah Ann Villepigue in Manhasset NY. She has appraised engagement rings for Lady Gaga and Paris Hilton. She could not say enough nice things about the center/side stones. She was thoroughly impressed by how the ring was crafted/set, specifically noting the importance of this for princess cut diamonds. It appraised for a little over $7,800 after taxes and she was VERY surprised by how much I paid. I say all this because I was incredibly reluctant to purchase a $5,000 engagement ring off eBay but did so because of your return policy and the strong advice of my gfs mother. She sold jewelery on eBay years ago and said its very hard to have ur rating selling jewelery on eBay. Even when I received it I said, nope too nice/good to be true which is why I paid $270 to have it appraised by “the best.” Dino! Cant thank you and your team enough!

After a year and a half of shopping for that once in a lifetime perfect ring I couldn't be happier with the choice to trust in Dino and the Diamond Mansion to deliver. Not only did Dino make the process easy, but also guaranteed delivery to my door on a date and time certain. This during arguably the busiest shopping season of the year and just days prior to Christmas. When my wife opened the box Christmas Eve morning the look on her face that followed was irreplaceable. She has not been able to stop looking at her hand since and is so excited to share the experience with everyone. In terms of service, quality, craftsmanship and cost, our experience was second to none.

My Fiance said he bought my ring here and did the whole process online! My ring is BREATHTAKING. The amount of compliments I get daily is incredible. I came to find Diamond Mansion online after searching local jewellers in Calgary, AB, both in-store and on their websites, and was pretty dismayed at the cost of diamonds / engagement rings locally. I started looking at other sites like James Allen and Blue Nile, and came across Diamond Mansion through their listings on ebay. The prices for the rings shown were pretty reasonable and I felt like I wouldn't be paying for a company's brand or heavy advertising (hello Spence Diamonds). The only drawbacks that gave me some hesitation were buying internationally from a vendor selling on ebay, and generally only seeing rings in a CGI format before having them physically build something for you. Having said that, the staff (Dino, in particular) were still very helpful with questions / concerns and made the process pretty easy. Also having a GIA grading for the centre stone was a plus. At the end of the day, the ring turned out fantastic, I've got a fiancé that loves it, and a local jeweller confirmed the ring's worth and stone characteristics. Combine that with the fact that I paid significantly less than what I would have if I bought locally, and it's a no brainer. Telling your gf that you bought her bling in L.A. doesn't hurt either. I'd definitely recommend Diamond Mansion for anyone in a similar position.

Both my engagement ring and our wedding bands came from Diamond Mansion. We visited their showroom in downtown Los Angeles and were so impressed by the quality and service! Everything they showed us was beautiful, and everyone was so nice. We settled on a halo setting with a pear shaped diamond for the engagement ring, and customized platinum bands for the wedding. Wonderful Selection although some rings couldn't be resized. I have really small fingers so it was hard to find a ring that I liked... in the end I found the perfect one.
