Hotel Wedding Venues in Arizona

We had our reception at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa on May 6, 2023. Our experience was smooth sailing from start to finish! Christie Cline, the Senior Catering Sales Executive, was incredibly patient with my husband and I while we went back and forth on dates, menu selections, specific customizations, and changes in ballrooms. She was always prompt to respond and never made us feel like we were a burden when she was answering our many questions. Staci Stephenson, the Senior Event Manager, was an incredible help in the months leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day itself. She made sure to check on us personally on the wedding day, and was always cheerful and in good spirits when answering our questions. The rest of the staff were just as amazing and helpful, and I always felt like we were in good hands. On top of the amazing service, the venue itself is gorgeous. Our guests were raving about our cocktail hour space (which overlooked the lake and golf course), and they couldn't say enough nice things about the ballroom itself, as well as the food and drinks (which was provided by the Westin). I loved every bit of our big day, and I couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding!

I have to give the Hassayampa Inn, Amore, and her entire staff, a full five stars. They hosted our wedding recently and everything from the first meeting to the cleanup the next day was phenomenal service. Their rooftop location has the most stunning sunset views and was the perfect place for our 60 person wedding. Amore and her staff took care of EVERYTHING!! It was the most relaxing wedding day as they truly made me feel confident that they had every detail covered - and they did! Often wedding services feel like you are being taken advantage of, but the value of this venue is unmatched. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how delicious the dinner was! We chose the Hassayampa Favorite for our guests and everyone loved it. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for quality, care, and value in your wedding day.

Dan and his crew are amazing. They bent over backwards for us again and again. His efforts before and on the night of our wedding made it an amazing success. He is so easy to work with and thoughtful. The property is as beautiful as the pics show and AUTHENTIC TUCSON downtown. If your looking for a romantic feel in the heart of Tucson this is IT!

We were very happy with how our wedding reception turned out at the Amara. At first I was a little worried bc our point of contact left suddenly and we dealt with quite a few people but it turned out perfect. The room was beautiful and all of the staff was more than helpful.

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch is such a wonderful wedding venue. My husband and I hosted our wedding in the Desert Garden space outside during the fall (in late October), and it was everything and more that we could have asked for. The landscaping and greenery provided a beautiful backdrop and the water features were so peaceful. Our photos turned out amazing! All the staff throughout the planning process as well as day-of support were extremely accommodating and gracious. If you have guests coming in from out-of-town, it’s nice to have the option to host other wedding-related festivities onsite. The little cafe, restaurants, spa, and pool are great amenities for you and your guests to take advantage of while you’re on the property. Our families also hung out at the lobby bar after the wedding and had a blast closing out the evening there together.

The Buttes at Reflections is the perfect venue for an elopement! We wanted something scenic and intimate, and they did not disappoint. All the staff were so friendly and helpful from the time we booked to our big day. They were so helpful making everything go smoothly on the day of. Having our wedding at the Boulders is truly part of what made our experience so special. They are extremely accomodating to the couple and all of the guests. Everyone is so kind, hospitable, thoughtful and truly caring for all of their guests. Our wedding weekend was beyond magical all thanks to the Boulders! This was a destination for us and our guests and the Boulders created such a beautiful environment the entire time. They were responsive and extremely helpful during the planning process. I would 100% recommend this venue for your wedding! Truly nothing but incredible feedback for this team-we can't wait to return and visit!

We had our wedding at The McCormick Scottsdale in the Lakeside Ballroom, and it was absolutely beautiful. The ballroom offers a stunning view of the lake and golf course, with a mountain backdrop that made the setting even more picturesque. Since our wedding was in the evening, we also had an incredible view of the sunset, which made the atmosphere truly magical. The patio with bistro lights added a romantic touch, and one of our favorite features was the floor-to-ceiling windows that we were able to open in the evening—seamlessly merging the indoor and outdoor spaces for our guests to enjoy. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests raved about how much they enjoyed it. It was such a highlight of the evening and really elevated the overall experience. Debra was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well accommodated. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue or better experience. Highly recommend The McCormick Scottsdale to anyone looking for a gorgeous setting, delicious food, and exceptional service for their special day!

We had a fantastic experience working with this beautiful property in the heart of Scottsdale. In the garden, there is a very intimate, lush foliage, beautiful outdoor space for a wedding!!!! It is a hidden gem wedding venue in AZ!! Because of the outstanding service and pricing, we were able to have a full sit down dinner with multiple courses. The bride and the groom, very pampered by the hotel, staff and their eye for details. We had specialty linens and before we knew it the staff had already taken them and used them on trays, around champagne, serving, And dessert displays! They did all of this without our asking. The staff was also extremely knowledgeable about proper etiquette service. The hotel rooms are well appointed. The massive Cantera fountains were beautiful backdrops for bridal photos! We have enjoyed this property so much that we have used this venue for multiple events. The guests love seeing each other at the fantastic breakfast buffet the next morning. If you were considering this venue, be sure and request a tour of the beautiful Paloma Garden!! Kimberly was our coordinator and a delight to work with!
