Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

My husband and I got married a few weekends ago with a small group size of about 30 guests. From the initial inquiry to the end of the reception, we were absolutely impressed. Calli Wecker was our Sales Manager, and I couldn't be any more grateful for her. She was so communicative throughout the planning process and on top of EVERYTHING the day of. The level of service at the Princess is impeccable. The food at Bourbon Steak was so good- our guests couldn't stop talking about how it was the perfect event. Calli- THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You made the day so smooth and stress free for my and my family.

The absolute BEST experience for us and our guests. It was beautiful from beginning to end. Their staff was amazing and was there for us from the second we chose our venue until after our wedding to ensure everything was what we hoped for! Megan was our point of contact at the resort and she was WONDERFUL! We received so many compliments on the venue and everyone raved about how much they enjoyed their stay at the Fairmont! The Fairmont Princess exceeded all of our expectations. We held our destination wedding here on Valentine's Day and our entire stay was perfection from start to finish. The guest rooms, pools, food, and amenities blew us and our guests away and that was even before we got to the wedding weekend! We held our welcome party at La Hacienda and the food and service were impeccable. Our ceremony on the lagoon lawn and cocktail hour and reception on the McDowell Patio and Rooms were perfectly executed and beautiful. There are so many beautiful locations within the resort to host an event, and they all are made that much better by the above average staff and service provided. Every penny was money well spent and 100% worth it.

Absolutely beautiful! The property has SO much to offer. They had a great team of workers. One for the ceremony one for food. The food coordinator was great and had everything laid out available. They even arranged for a food tasting which la hacienda did PHENOMENAL with. Reception was at the Barbacoa area of La Hacienda! Beautiful setup and staff super attentive. Toro was beyond amazing with the rehearsal and our wait staff couldn’t have been better. (Even came with great jokes). Great views. For the ceremony and wedding activities I do recommend having some outside help with. There was a changing of guards during my planning which got a little confusing who to speak to and getting some answers but was cleared up. They were on top of things and even helped make the day more special and exciting with little surprises. The outside plaza bar last minute worked with me with wristbands the night after the wedding to have a small gathering of an open bar for food and drinks for guests still around. Our wedding was kept smaller and could not have been happier. We did find our own photographer who was the absolute best! (Jonathan allison) I would definitely shop around for florists. And Taglio salon they suggested was great since the wellness spa on location wasn’t able to deal with hair extensions. The salon helped and did a great job for a blowout for the rehearsal dinner. We did our makeup with an artist from off property that we found ourselves (Lillian Fogel... literally the best you’ll EVER find or work with and worth every penny). Would definitely recommend this property and doing your wedding big or small here :) BEAUTIFUL locations and AMAZING food! And all for I thought a great price!
