Our wedding was the first to be had at the location so there were many opportunities for us to have our input on what we wanted. The owner was extremely flexible meeting with us, inviting our ideas and providing options for wine purchases. One of my favorite memories was when we went to the vineyard prior to the wedding and brought samples of our wedding food to pair with their different wines. It was so much fun!

We have booked our wedding at Stetson Winery and Event Center in Kingman AZ for May 2016. Working with this vendor so far has been wonderful and I expect everything to go perfectly!!

We chose Flying Leap Vineyards for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner and couldn't have been happier. We enjoyed appetizers and their delicious wines at the outside bar while our guests relaxed either on the comfortable couches, in the fire pit area or as they casually strolled around the beautifully manicured grounds including real grass. We also appreciated the fact that they allowed us to bring in our own beer for the non-wine drinkers. The scenic surroundings provided us with some amazing pictures. The indoor room comfortably held our caterer's buffet set up along with eight 60" round tables and chairs. A huge bonus was being able to use Flying Leap's tables and decorative folding chairs, with us only having to rent a few more matching chairs to accommodate our number of guests. We used their speaker system and played our own music which could be heard both inside and out. Nicole was a pleasure to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed during the entire planning process. We would highly recommend using their facilities for your special gathering.

My wife and I just had our wedding here on May 22nd, 2021. It went PERFECTLY. We initially booked with them back in 2020, and had to extend because of covid, they made it so easy to push our wedding forward into the next year. Then we told them we needed to downsize the amount of people we originally planned and they were just as accommodating and even offered ways for us to save some money with the smaller crowd. Lucas and Kim were always super easy to get ahold of and very accommodating for any concerns or questions my wife and I had. We ended up with 74 guests at our wedding. They set the venue up beautifully for the wedding! We had Verve deliver chairs and then Lucas and Kim had them set up for us by the time I arrived to put up last minute personalized decorations We chose their Gourmet Burgers, Grilled Chicken, and Vegetarian Burgers for the menu, their cook and staff did an amazing job. The sides they provided with the meals were downright incredible. We then also picked a couple different flavors of their homemade truffles, which I personally am glad I chose over a big wedding cake. The truffles are to die for. For beverages we had an Open Wine and Sangria bar, which was incredibly affordable for an Open Bar, and then I brought in my own keg of beer. Their Sangria was a big hit with my guests. For our DJ we used DJ Daniel out of Phoenix, he worked seamlessly with the venue and had music set up down at the ceremony area and up at the reception, he also was very helpful in keeping the flow of the wedding going and triggering cues for wedding party and guests. Multiple times Kim saved the day for myself (the groom) when last minute issues came up. I did not hire a day of coordinator, and Kim saved me last minute. We had an uncomfortable family issue arise during our Grand Entrance, and Kim so seamlessly solved it and made the wedding enjoyable for everybody. I can't go on enough about how her ability to solve these issues made for incredible memories for everybody at my wedding. We used their upstairs office as a bridal suite, which worked out amazing! The day after the wedding they were very flexible on allowing me to come late morning and pick up my personal decorations and left over truffles!

Wedding coordinator, Anne is wonderful! The wedding space "the Chapel" was just gorgeous, we didn't need much in added decorations. Reception area is a beautiful, grassy area surrounded by grapevines. Our day was fabulous!
