The Boulder's was by far the most magical wedding experience we could have ever asked for. Erin was such a joy to work with and she nailed every single detail perfectly. She was extremely accommodating and responsive to every little question we had and any changes we made! Our friends and family all joined us from out of town and The Boulders were so attentive to every little detail. Our guests were blown away by the resort and the kindness of the staff. Our actual wedding day went by seamlessly and it was so stress free we were able to fully enjoy each and every moment of getting married! The resort is a stunning backdrop and every photo we took felt like we were in a desert wonderland. The ceremony space was quaint and private and they made us feel like super stars. They were so attentive with all the details of champagne in the room and little gifts that made our weekend feel extra special and unforgettable. Everyone at our reception raved about the food! It was exceptional! Everything about the Boulders was top notch and I'm so glad we chose this beautiful venue to host the most incredible day of our lives.

If you've been looking for a desert wedding venue where your guest don't have to leave, then look no further! We hosted our wedding at the Boulder's Resort and Spa on October 25th and it was the decision we had ever made. Krista and her team helped us execute our dream wedding weekend (from a far since we live in Atlanta!) and it was even more than we dreamed of. We had a small intimate wedding of 40 people with our ceremony in the Organic Garden and our reception at Promise Rock. The garden was the perfect setting for us to say I do and Promise Rock was transformed into the most magical reception. We will never forget seeing the rocks glow as we walked in. We can't wait to go back and visit!

The Boulders and all their staff did a fantastic job with our wedding. Promise Rock was an absolute dream, and Duck Pond helped us provide the fully-outdoor wedding of our dreams. The Boulders is one of the few venues in the Phoenix area that can have live outdoor music the whole reception, and that was very important to us. The Boulders staff took great care of us and our vendors from day one - they were responsive, attentive, and made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. They worked great with our planner as well. The rooms are such a unique experience for guests, and they provided a great rate for the room block.
The food and drinks were spectacular, and the Boulders let us customize everything from our meals/apps to signature cocktails. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party on site, and the Boulder did a great job with setup and hosting our group.
The Boulders resort in general is beautiful. There is no shortage of great views, walking paths, and lots of outdoorsy things for your guests to do. The golf is also great, and the golf staff went above and beyond in helping us host a fun pre-wedding tournament for our guests.
I think The Boulders is a hidden gem in a crowded Phoenix market. Kate and her team made sure our wedding weekend was prefect from top to bottom. I can't thank them enough and I encourage anyone to take the trip up to Carefree to check out The Boulders.

A major highlight of our experience was working with Kate Kilbourn, Senior Catering Sales Manager. From our initial meeting to the final moments of our wedding day, Kate and her team provided us exceptional service. She was incredibly organized, attentive, and always available to address any questions or concerns we had. Her attention to detail and dedication ensured that every aspect of our wedding was executed flawlessly.

The Boulders Resort & Spa is in a stunning location of Arizona with breathtaking desert landscapes and unique rock formations that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The serene and picturesque environment made our wedding photos look like they were straight out of a fairy tale.

The reception was held in one of the resort’s most elegant spaces, Latia ballroom, which comfortably accommodated all of our guests. The ambiance was both sophisticated and welcoming, with beautifully set tables and tasteful decor. The resort's Chef and catering team provided a delicious menu that our guests are still raving about.

In addition to the venue itself, our guests were thrilled with their accommodations and the variety of activities available at the resort. Many enjoyed the world-class spa, and golf courses, if you are up for a challenge.

Overall, The Boulders Resort & Spa provided us with an unforgettable wedding experience. We are grateful for Kate and her entire team for their hard work and dedication. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-organized, and luxurious wedding destination.

The Boulders was the most beautiful location for my daughter's wedding. Promise Rock was an intimate ceremony location and was transformed into a beautiful reception spot under the stars. Our Hacienda was the perfect setting for family gathering and pre-wedding pictures. Kate and her staff outperformed our highest expectations with the curve balls that got thrown their way. We couldn't be happier with how beautiful things turned out.

I was the planner for a wedding at this gorgeous venue in November and it was amazing! The staff was always ready to assist and a special shout out to Kate K. and Krista O. These ladies in the sales office are a huge asset to this property. They are responsive, helpful, kind and always had an I Can Do attitude! I have been coming to this resort since I was little for Easter and Mothers Day brunch and now I can say I have had a spectacular wedding here! Thank you all!
